The present invention is provided with a high frequency module comprising a multilayered substrate, a power amplifier IC mounted on the upper surface of the multilayered substrate, first and second filters disposed substantially directly below the power amplifier IC in an inner layer of the multilayered substrate, and coupling-reducing ground vias disposed between the first filter and the second filter. At least the first filter is disposed substantially directly below the power amplifier IC. The coupling-reducing ground vias double as thermal vias for dissipating heat generated by the power amplifier IC.

A method and system for detecting information relating to the location of a radio IC tag, using an interrogator unit. In one implementation of such method and system, a radio IC tag is securely attached to a fixed object, and a mobile object that has an interrogator unit moves into communication range with the radio IC tag. As the interrogator unit sends radio waves to the radio IC tag, the radio IC tag existing in the communication range sends reflected waves to the interrogator unit. When the interrogator unit receives the reflected waves, it detects and demodulates the reflected waves. The interrogator unit then reads information relating to the location of the radio IC tag as the information stored in the radio IC tag.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an indoor mobile communication device having a simple structure, providing a sufficient communication range, and also providing for stable communication with a small fading effect.
