A multilayer sheet disposed at least between a plurality of heat sources and capable of conducting heat from the heat sources includes: a rubber sheet made of a rubber-like elastic body; heat insulating sheets laminated on both surfaces of the rubber sheet and capable of reducing heat conduction between the plurality of adjacent heat sources; and first heat conductive sheets laminated outside the heat insulating sheets in a separated manner and having more excellent heat conductivity than the rubber sheet and the heat insulating sheets, in which the heat insulating sheets have a bag shape wrapping the rubber sheet, and a cell unit including the multilayer sheet.

A heat dissipation structure for a battery includes a plurality of heat dissipation members. The heat dissipation members are each provided with: a heat conductive sheet having a shape that extends while winding in a spiral shape for transferring the heat from the heat source, a cushion member which is provided on an annular rear surface of the heat conductive sheet and can be more easily deformed to conform to the outer surface shape of the heat source than the heat conductive sheet, and a penetration path penetrating in the direction in which the heat conductive sheet extends while winding. The plurality of heat dissipation members is connected to each other by connection members in a state of being aligned in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the beat conductive sheet extends while winding.

Heat dissipating structure and battery provided with the same

A heat dissipating structure for a battery is provided between a heat source and a cooling member and enables heat dissipation from the heat source by conducting heat from the heat source to the cooling member. The heat dissipating structure includes: a thermally conductive sheet containing at least one of metal, carbon, and ceramic and settable between the heat source and the cooling member; and a cushion member at least partially covered with the thermally conductive sheet.

The operation plate has a first loop-shaped protrusion that is located at a plane opposite to the base plate, that is protruded toward the base plate side, that is opposite to the looped sensor, and that is configured with a resistant rubber member. A two-stage switch apparatus includes: a PCB including first and second electrodes; a conductive dome disposed on the PCB; an insulating film covering a surface of the conductive dome on a side opposite to the PCB, and third and fourth electrodes above the conductive dome; and a button actuator provided over a side of the insulating film, which is opposite the PCB. The button actuator includes a conductive elastic body protruding to the side of the insulating film at positions corresponding to both the third and fourth electrodes. An analog portion is formed by the conductive elastic body, the third electrode and the fourth electrode, when the conductive elastic body contacts both the third and fourth electrodes. A digital portion is formed by the conductive dome and the second electrode, when the button actuator is pressed and the conductive dome is indented.

A method for manufacturing a push button switch cover includes providing a cover substrate that is formed on a front surface thereof with at least one key top and on a rear surface thereof with at least one pressing projection in a manner that corresponds to the key top, and applying an adhesive to the pressing projection to form an adhesive section on the pressing projection. The cover substrate is carried to a dish-shaped metal spring feed position while keeping the pressing projection facing up, and a dish-shaped metal spring is pressed onto the pressing projection corresponding thereto, while aligning a central portion of the pressing projection with an apex of the dish-shaped metal spring, whereby the dish-shaped metal spring is bonded to the pressing projection through the adhesive section.

Methods of manufacturing a push button switch cover

A push button switch cover capable of enhancing positional accuracy between a cover sheet and dish-shaped metal springs, thereby highly improving keying characteristics and reducing manufacturing cost. The cover sheet is provided on a front surface thereof with key tops and on a rear surface thereof with pressing projections in correspondence to the key tops.
