A load detection apparatus includes a strain element including a first fixation hole into which a fixation member is insertable to be positioned, a second fixation hole into which a connection member is insertable to be positioned, a strain gage, and a fixation support member inserted to be positioned within the first fixation hole, the first fixation hole serving as an elongated bore, the fixation support member including a base portion specified to be greater than the first fixation hole, an intermediate shaft portion protruding from the base portion and fitted to the first fixation hole, and an insertion hole into which the fixation member is inserted to be positioned, the insertion hole being provided in a state where a center position of the insertion hole is displaced relative to a center position of the intermediate shaft portion in a longitudinal direction thereof.

Load detection apparatus

A cover for a load detection sensor removably attached to the load detection sensor includes a sheet-shaped strain member, a load input member, a strain detection element, at least one fixing member fixing the strain member to a housing, a cover portion, a side portion being integrally formed with the cover portion, and a clamping portion extending from the side portion and covering a clearance provided between the load input member and the fixing member, the clamping portion cooperating with the cover portion so that the clamping portion and the cover portion sandwich the load detection sensor therebetween. The cover portion includes an opening portion being formed to correspond to the load input member, a cutout portion being formed to correspond to the fixing member, a projection portion protruding from a rim portion of the opening portion and being in contact with a portion of the load detection sensor.

The detecting device comprises a rotation member with a magnet portion which generates a magnetic field having different polarities arranged alternately in a circumferential direction, a case having a bearing, an angle calculating device and an elastic member which biases the rotation member so that the rotation member is rotated, keeping a constant inclined angle relative to a central axis line of the bearing or a phase difference between a rotation phase of the rotation member and a rotation phase of the bearing rotating about the central axis line thereof with an inclined angle relative to the rotation member is kept constant regardless of the change of the rotation angle of the rotation member.

According to an aspect of the present invention, a mounting structure includes a housing, an electronic component mounted at the housing, a pin-shaped terminal arranged upright at the housing, a circuit board having a mounting through-hole into which the in-shaped terminal is inserted, and a mounting support member positioned between the housing and the circuit board and fixed to the housing with the circuit board. In the mounting structure, the mounting support member includes a through-hole for positioning the pin-shaped terminal and an inclined guiding surface formed continuously with the through-hole for guiding a distal end of the pin-shaped terminal into the through-hole.

A rotation angle detection device includes a housing including a magnetic sensor, a rotation member rotatable relative to the housing and including a magnet facing the magnetic sensor, and a shaft member operated so as to rotate with an operated member. A rotation angle of the operated member is detected on the basis of a change of an output signal from the magnetic sensor rotatable relative to the magnet. The rotation member and the shaft member are connected to each other in such a manner that axes thereof are tiltable towards each other. Further, the rotation angle detection device includes a centering mechanism for retaining the rotation member and the housing member in a coaxial manner regardless of a tilting of the shaft member.

A holding structure of an electronic component includes a first resin mold formed by resin insert molding with a terminal. The first resin mold possesses a positioning portion for positioning the electronic component to be electrically connected to the terminal. The holding structure includes a second resin mold formed by resin insert molding with the terminal and surrounding the first resin mold and the electronic component. The electronic component has been positioned by the first resin mold and has been electrically connected to the terminal.

A non-contact displacement detecting device including a permanent magnet fixed with a rotational member, a sensor portion fixed with a non-rotational member, and the sensor portion detects a displacement of a detected object connected with the shaft. The non-contact displacement detecting device includes a housing for supporting the rotational member rotatably and restricting one movement of the rotational member in an axial direction, and a holder for contacting with the rotational member at a plurality of contact points and restricting another movement of the rotational member in the axial direction. Thereby, the movement of the rotational member in the axial direction is restricted by the holder and the housing.

Non-contact rotational displacement detecting device

A variable resister includes a housing made of a synthetic resin and having an inner space that opens to an open upper end of the housing, and a substrate made of a synthetic resin mounted on the housing for closing the open upper end of the housing to enclose the inner space. A resister is provided on the surface of the substrate and terminates in a conductive extremity while a conductive terminal electrically connected to a power supply terminates in an extremity that opposes the conductive extremity of the resister in the inner space. A conductive coil spring is elastically disposed between the conductive extremity of the resister and the extremity of the conductive terminal. A contact is disposed in sliding engagement with the resister such that a distance between the contact and the conductive extremity of the resister is used as a control variable.
