A connector includes a housing to be assembled to a wall portion of a box-shaped body, a bus bar having a fastened portion that is disposed inside the wall portion and is to be connected to a terminal fitting by fastening using a bolt, a nut meshing with the bolt to fasten the fastened portion and the terminal fitting together, and a cover attached to the housing with a gap between the cover and the fastened portion into which the terminal fitting is capable of being inserted and covering the fastened portion the nut.

A waterproof connector includes a housing including a first tubular portion forming a first end of the housing and a second tubular portion forming a second end of the housing, an inner member to hold a terminal, a seal member having a wire insertion hole, the seal member being to be attached to the second tubular portion at the second end of the housing and a filler filling a space inside the housing and between the inner member and the seal member. The housing has a bent structure. The second tubular portion includes a recessed portion on an inner peripheral portion on a side where an inside corner of the bent structure of the housing is provided. The seal member includes a protruding piece to be fitted into the recessed portion when the seal member is attached to the second tubular portion.

Waterproof connector

A connector includes a terminal, a housing, a waterproofing member and a waterproofing member cover. The waterproofing member includes a cylindrical sealing portion in which an insertion hole for the terminal is formed, and a guide portion disposed at least on a rear side in a terminal insertion direction in the insertion hole of the sealing portion and having a tapered shape so as to guide the terminal toward the insertion hole. The waterproofing member includes an elastically-deformable thin portion in a periphery of the sealing portion so that weight generated when the terminal guided to the insertion hole by the guide portion expands the insertion hole is larger than weight necessary for moving the sealing portion in a direction perpendicular to the terminal insertion direction.

Connector

In a mat seal cover of a waterproof connector, waterproof pins are provided inside through holes of the waterproof connector and are configured to close terminal insertion holes of a connector housing. The waterproof pins are retained in the through holes by pin retention portions. Coupling portions between the pin retention portions and inner circumferential walls of the through holes are disposed more closely to the front side in the pushing direction of the punching jig than abutment surfaces at rear ends of the waterproof pins against which the punching jig abuts, and rear end faces of the pin retention portions are inclined faces extending from the abutment surfaces toward the coupling portions and inclined to the front in the pushing direction of the punching jig.

Mat seal cover of waterproof connector

A connector includes a housing and an electric wire cover assembled with the housing. The housing includes a terminal housing portion and an electric wire leading portion. A locking rib protruding outward is formed on the electric wire leading portion. An assembling portion is formed on an end part of the electric wire cover facing to the housing. The assembling portion includes a locking protrusion and a catching portion protruding more than the locking protrusion in a mounting direction of mounting the electric wire cover on the housing. The catching portion includes a sliding face inclined with respect to the mounting direction. When the electric wire cover is mounted on the housing, the sliding face makes contact with the electric wire leading portion, thereby the assembling portion is displaced outward.

A connector includes a connector housing to be fitted to a counterpart connector housing, a pair of lock arms integrally formed on the connector housing and configured to be engaged with a pair of connecting engagement portions of the counterpart connector housing to lock a state of the connector housings fitted to each other, a pair of wedge pieces configured to be assembled into a wedge insertion hole in the connector housing so as to be movable from a standby position to an unlocking position in the connector housing, the pair of wedge pieces being configured to release, when the pair of wedge pieces are pressed to the unlocking position, a locking of the connector housings fitted to each other. Each of the wedge pieces and the wedge insertion hole has an asymmetrical front and rear cross-sectional shape.

A cover includes a body attached to a housing containing a terminal connected to an electric wire, and that includes an electric wire leading portion, and a lid to be fitted to the body. The cover includes a guide receiving portion on an outer surface of a distal end of one of the lid and the body, and a guide portion on a distal end of the other. The guide receiving portion has an inclined surface inclined toward an inner surface of the guide receiving portion along a fitting direction. The guide portion guides a distal end of the guide receiving portion. The guide portion protrudes outward perpendicularly to the fitting direction. The guide portion has an inclined surface on an inner surface of the distal end of the other of the lid and the body.
