A CT apparatus includes a plurality of imaging units, a rotation mechanism, and a CPU. The imaging unit includes a radiation source and a radiation detector. The rotation mechanism rotates the plurality of imaging units around a body axis of the subject while maintaining a disposition interval. An imaging control unit of the CPU controls operations of the plurality of imaging units and the rotation mechanism. An angular interval that is determined by a frame rate of the radiation detector and a rotation speed of the imaging unit and that defines an acquisition time of a projection image based on the radiation is the same for the plurality of imaging units. The plurality of imaging units have different phases in a rotation direction, and positions where the plurality of imaging units acquire the projection images are separated by a set angle that is less than the angular interval.

Computed tomography apparatus

A CPU of a console includes a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit, a specifying unit, and an extraction unit. The first acquisition unit acquires designation information of a measurement target part of a bone density of a subject. The second acquisition unit acquires an optical image obtained by imaging the subject facing radiography with a camera. The specifying unit specifies a region of the measurement target part in the optical image based on the designation information. The extraction unit extracts a region in a radiation image corresponding to the region of the measurement target part as a measurement region of the bone density based on correspondence relationship information between pixels of the radiation image and pixels of the optical image.

A radiography system includes a radiation source that emits radiation, an electronic cassette that receives the radiation and detects a radiographic image, a portable first retainer that holds the electronic cassette, a string that is attached to the first retainer, and a camera that images the string. The first retainer includes a lock portion and a movable portion as an inclination change mechanism that can change an inclination of the electronic cassette with respect to the radiation source. The string and the camera constitute a first detection mechanism that detects an inclination of the electronic cassette about an X-axis which intersects a Z-axis and is directed toward the radiation source in a case in which a radiation detection surface of the electronic cassette and the radiation source are disposed to face each other.

A radiography system includes: a radiation source that emits radiation; an imaging stand having a detection panel that generates a radiation image by detecting the radiation; a lifting device on which a subject to be examined is placed; a misalignment amount detection device that detects a relative misalignment amount between the imaging stand and the subject to be examined; and a lifting control device that lifts and lowers the lifting device on the basis of the misalignment amount detected by the misalignment amount detection device.

A CT apparatus includes a plurality of imaging units, a rotation mechanism, a radiation source elevating mechanism, a detector elevating mechanism, and a CPU. The imaging unit includes a radiation source that emits radiation having a quadrangular pyramid shape to a subject and a radiation detector in which a plurality of pixels detecting the radiation transmitted through the subject are two-dimensionally arranged. The rotation mechanism rotates the plurality of imaging units around a body axis of the subject. The radiation source elevating mechanism and the detector elevating mechanism change an interval between the plurality of imaging units in a rotation axis direction. An imaging control unit of the CPU controls operations of the plurality of imaging units, the rotation mechanism, the radiation source elevating mechanism, and the detector elevating mechanism.

An acquisition unit of an image processing device acquires a radiographic image which includes a patient and markers including lead plates and has been captured in a state in which the markers are disposed at a first position between a radiation source and the patient and a second position between a radiation detector and the patient, the subject being interposed between the first and second positions. An image processing unit calculates a correction magnification for setting a part of interest in the patient included in the radiographic image to a set dimension, on the basis of sizes of images of a plurality of the markers included in the radiographic image and an actual size of the markers, and changes a size of the radiographic image according to the correction magnification.

An ultrasonography apparatus includes: a processor configured to detect, from an image obtained by capturing a breast, a region of breast to which an acoustic matching member is not applied, the acoustic matching member being a member for reducing a difference in acoustic impedance between an ultrasound probe which outputs an ultrasonic wave to the breast and the breast; and an output unit that outputs a warning in a case where the region is detected by the processor.

A radiography system includes a radiation source that irradiates a subject with radiation, a camera, and a console. The camera is provided in the radiation source. The camera images the subject irradiated with illumination light that is, light having uniform brightness, to output an optical image. A CPU of the console has a first acquisition unit and a derivation unit. The first acquisition unit acquires the optical image from the camera. The derivation unit derives spinal column shape information representing a shape of a spinal column of the subject based on the optical image.

A radiation detector has a sensor panel unit which includes two sensor panels and in which end portions of the two sensor panels are arranged to overlap each other in a thickness direction. An image processing unit acquires two projection images from the two sensor panels. A combination unit of the image processing unit performs a process related to image quality on the projection image in a case in which a tomographic image which is a diagnosis image to be used for a doctor's diagnosis is generated and does not perform the process related to image quality on the projection image in a case in which a scout image which is a confirmation image for confirming a reflected state of the subject is generated.

A radiation detector includes a sensor panel unit, a support table to which the sensor panel unit is attached, and two fixing members. The sensor panel unit includes two sensor panels. The sensor panel has pixels that sense visible light converted from radiation and generate charge. The sensor panel unit has a configuration in which an end portion of one sensor panel and an end portion of the other sensor panel are arranged to overlap each other in a thickness direction. A first fixing member fixes two sensor panels in an overlap region in which the end portions overlap. A second fixing member fixes the sensor panel unit and the support table in the overlap region. Radiation detector and radiography apparatus

A radiation detector includes a support table in which an attachment surface having an arc surface shape is formed, a sensor panel which has a rectangular plate shape and in which pixels that include TFTs and detect radiation are two-dimensionally arranged, a circuit board, a flexible cable, and a reduction structure. The sensor panel is attached to the attachment surface while being curved following the arc surface shape. The flexible cables connect a curved side of the sensor panel and a reading circuit board and are arranged along the curved side. The flexible cable is bent to dispose the reading circuit board at an angle of 90° with respect to the sensor panel. The reduction structure reduces a bias of a stretching force applied to the flexible cable caused by the curved side.
