An endoscope reprocessing tool includes: a connection portion configured to be connected with a fluid outlet provided on a bottom face of a reprocessing basin of an endoscope reprocessor; a direction changing portion configured to change a flow direction of fluid discharged from the fluid outlet from a direction against a gravity direction to a direction crossing the gravity direction; a discharge portion configured to discharge the fluid direction-changed by the direction changing portion in the direction crossing the gravity direction; and a positioning portion configured to position a distal end portion of an endoscope so that the discharge portion and a recess portion provided on the distal end portion face each other.

An endoscope accessory case includes: a case body made up of a bottom portion and an impermeable trunk portion, the case body including an opening portion provided in a top face, and a fluid introduction port configured to introduce a fluid; and an impermeable lid, the lid including a contact portion configured to come into contact with the case body, and a bubble lead-out edge located at a position apart from an inner circumference of the case body and configured to lead out bubbles separated from endoscope accessories when the endoscope accessories held in the case body are agitated by being pushed by the fluid, the lid being configured to detachably cover the opening portion.

An endoscope cleaning/disinfecting apparatus includes: a cleaning/disinfecting tank; a cover portion; a facing portion; an approach portion; a central portion; an acceleration sensor detecting an acceleration change pattern at time of the cover portion moving from an open position to a closed position; an informing section; and a control section, when the acceleration change pattern detected by the acceleration sensor is different from a set pattern at the time of the cover portion moving from the open position to the closed position, judging that the approach portion comes into contact with the cleaning/disinfecting target and performing warning control of the informing section. A shortest distance between the approach portion and the cleaning/disinfecting tank at time of the approach portion being fitted into a hollow portion at the closed position is less than 3.2 mm.

A medicinal solution collecting tool of the invention includes: a pillar-shaped portion including an insertion end and a withdrawal end; a collecting section provided on the insertion end side of the pillar-shaped portion; a collecting port provided on a surface of the pillar-shaped portion; and a guide section provided on the surface of the pillar-shaped portion, the guide section including a first guide section being convex or concave and parallel to an axial direction of the pillar-shaped portion, and a second guide section provided on the withdrawal end side relative to the first guide section, the second guide section being convex or concave and crossing the axial direction of the pillar-shaped portion.
