Disclosed is an abrasion resistant material having low cost and excellent abrasion resistance, a puffer cylinder, and a puffer type gas circuit breaker. The abrasion resistant material includes: a base material which is formed of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy and has an unevenness structure formed on its surface; and an aluminum hydrated oxide film which is formed on the surface of the base material, wherein a surface of the aluminum hydrated oxide film is provided with an unevenness structure which is finer than the unevenness structure of the base material.

Abrasion resistant material, puffer cylinder, and puffer type gas circuit breaker

The invention provides a switchgear that is capable of increasing a degree of freedom of a position of a moving arcing contact in a circuit breaker, does not require dimension management of components and a mechanism for adjusting a position of the moving arcing contact, and is capable of simplifying fabrication of components and assembly of devices and reducing cost. The switchgear according to the invention includes: a circuit breaker that is configured of a fixed arcing contact installed at a fixed-side conductor and a moving arcing contact installed at a moving electrode that opens and closes with respect to the fixed arcing contact; a linear motor that generates drive force for operating the moving arcing contact; a position detecting device that detects a position of a moving element of the linear motor; a contact detecting device that detects a contact state between the fixed arcing contact and the moving arcing contact; and a control device that sets a moving range of the moving arcing contact by controlling a voltage and a phase to be supplied to the linear motor based on the contact state between the fixed arcing contact and the moving arcing contact, which is detected by the contact detecting device, and position information of the moving element of the linear motor, which is detected by the position detecting device.

Switchgear

The present invention includes a wear-resistant material including: a base material formed of pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy having a projection, and a depression in a pit-like shape on a surface thereof; and a coat including a dehydrate of a hydrated oxide of aluminum, the coat being formed on a surface of the base material. Further, the present invention including a method for producing a wear-resistant material including the steps of: forming a hydrated oxide coat of aluminum on a surface of the base material by a chemical conversion coating; and heating the hydrated oxide coat. Further, the present invention also includes a puffer cylinder and a puffer-type gas circuit breaker applied to the above wear-resistant material.

The present invention includes a wear-resistant material including: a base material formed of pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy having a finely asperity structure on a surface thereof; and a coat including a hydrated oxide coat of aluminum, the coat being formed on the surface of the base material. Further, the present invention including a puffer cylinder including: a finely asperity structure on an inner-wall surface thereof; and a coat including a hydrated oxide coat of aluminum, the coat being formed on the inner-wall surface of the puffer cylinder. The present invention also includes a puffer-type gas circuit breaker includes the above puffer cylinder.

Wear-resistant material, puffer cylinder, and puffer-type gas circuit breaker

The present invention is provided to satisfy insulation and conductivity performance requirements, to reduce the size of a gas insulated bus, and also to make conditioning for a particle more reliable. In a gas insulated bus having a conductor supported in a cylindrical metal container via an insulator, insulating gas being contained in the metal container, the metal container has an expanded diameter part formed over a given range in an area of the metal container in which the insulator is positioned and a reduced diameter part formed over the entire area of the metal container except for the expanded diameter part. Thus, when the temperature of the insulator increases during conduction, heat from the insulator is transferred to the metal container via a large space in the expanded diameter part and released to the air through a large outer surface of the expanded diameter part of the metal container.
