A switch includes: a case including an opening; a cover that covers the opening, is made of an elastomer, and bulges outward from the case; a push rod movably disposed to protrude into the cover from the opening and to retreat through the opening from inside of the cover; a biasing portion that biases the push rod toward the cover from the opening; a fixing contact piece disposed in the case; a movable contact piece that contacts the fixing contact piece, and moves with the push rod inside the case to separate from the fixing contact piece; and a slide contact member disposed on an inner surface of the cover and contacts a tip end of the push rod.

An image forming apparatus executes an image formation process through which a developer image is formed on an image carrier by developing an electrostatic latent image while rotating a developer carrier in a forward direction, a voltage controller controls development and regulating voltages after the image formation process such that a magnitude relationship between the development regulating voltages becomes inverted from that during the image formation process, and after finishing the image formation process, in a state where the magnitude relationship between the development and regulating voltages is inverted from that during the image formation, the drive controller rotates the developer carrier in the forward direction for a prescribed period, and afterwards rotates the developer carrier in a reverse direction for another prescribed period.

Image forming apparatus

This invention is to provide an in-vehicle interior light unit that protects a base from a thermal damage attributable to a thermal factor and reduces cost. This is achieved by adopting a general-purpose compact bulb cassette which does not have a heat shielding function although the bulb cassette still uses a heat-resistant resin as the material thereof, and the thermal deformation due to the radiant heat from a bulb is prevented by a heat shield plate integrally formed when punch-molding a bus bar, which is formed of a conductive metal member. Thus, the radiant heat from the bulb is blocked by the heat shield plate. An in-vehicle interior light unit in accordance with the present invention includes: a housing-shaped base formed of a non-heat-resistant thermoplastic resin; a bus bar integrally formed with a heat shielding plate which is mounted in the base and which rises in the vicinity of a general-purpose bulb; a bulb holder electrically connected to the bus bar; a general-purpose vertical type bulb cassette which is provided with the bulb holder and which has a socket function; a general-purpose bulb which is vertically mounted in the bulb cassette and which is electrically connected to the bulb holder; and a lens mounted on a front surface of the base.

In-vehicle interior light unit

A cover for an insulated portion in an automotive room lamp has a base member made of synthetic resin. The base member includes at least one insulation cap integrally formed at the time when the insulation is molded and a bus bar attached to the base member. The bus bar has at least one bridge cut and bent up to separate the bus bar into a plus side section and a minus side section wherein at least one gap is defined therebetween. The at least one insulation cap in the base member is adapted to being brought into engagement with the gap to thereby prevent the plus side section and the minus side section from short-circuiting.

Covers for insulated portions in automotive room lamps

Conventionally, in order to downsize the enclosure, there was no other choice than downsizing the enclosure and decreasing the area of the lens plate, or increasing the area of the lens plate and increasing the enclosure as well. However, decreasing the area of the lens plate disadvantageously lowers brightness of illumination. In contrast to this, when the dimensions of the lens plate are increased, the proportion of the area of the lens plate with respect to the roof increases, which leads to a problem in terms of design. Accordingly, the present invention provides an interior light system for vehicles comprising a lamp accommodated in the enclosure, a push switch for turning on and off the lamp fixed in the enclosure, and a lens plate journaled at the ends of the opening of the enclosure for a swinging motion, in which the push switch is turned on and off by pressing the lens plate, thereby turning the lamp on and off.

Interior light system for vehicles

An automotive lamp unit to be mounted in a vehicle includes a plurality of bus bars embedded in a molded resin and used for switching on an automotive lamp. The plurality of bus bars formed integrally with each other via a bridge portion are embedded in the molded resin, and are electrically separated from each other by being separated from each other at the bridge portion.

Automotive lamp unit and method for manufacturing the same

An automotive lamp unit includes a bus bar unit forming a circuit with a plurality of bus bars connected with each other via a bridge portion, the bus bar unit including terminals, for connection to switches and a power source, and a supporting member for supporting a lamp, the circuit serving to switch on the lamp, and a resin base member provided with the bus bar unit mounted thereon at a predetermined position, and a small hole formed in the resin base member at a position thereof associated with the bridge portion. The plurality of bus bars are separated from each other at the bridge portion which is disposed in the small hole.

A resin-molding die for embedding in a molded resin a plurality of bus bars connected with each other via a bridge portion includes a supporting member formed on a first mold, for supporting the bus bars, a pin-receiving hole formed in the supporting member at a position associated with the bridge portion, and a pin provided on a second mold at the position associated with the bridge portion and the pin-receiving hole, for cutting and raising the bridge portion substantially at an intermediate part thereof.
