Wire harness routing device

The connector () includes a connector housing () having a terminal holding wall () that separates the internal space from the external space, and terminal fittings () extend through the terminal holding wall (). The connector housing () includes a surrounding wall () disposed on the lateral surface of the terminal holding wall () to surround the terminal fittings (). A potting material () is disposed inside the surrounding wall () and separates the terminal holding wall () from the resin portion (). This can prevent a melted resin from entering a hood () through press fitting holes () at the time of forming the resin portion () by mold forming.

Seal structure for multicore cable, and rubber plug

A electricity storage module is provided with a stack formed by stacking a plurality of electricity storage elements having positive and negative lead terminals that protrude outward from end portions thereof and insulating holder members made of an insulating material for holding the electricity storage elements. A connecting portion formed by connecting different polarized lead terminals of adjacent electric cells is disposed in a position shifted from other connecting portions than that connecting portion as seen from the stacking direction of the stack, and the insulating holder members are provided with windows that correspond to the connecting portions.

Electricity storage module

An electricity storage module is provided with a stack formed by stacking a plurality of electricity storage elements having positive and negative lead terminals that protrude outward from end portions. Differently polarized lead terminals of adjacent electricity storage elements are bent in opposite directions and connected by superimposing and welding the end portions thereof.

An electricity storage module includes a stack, holder members, and heat-transfer plate members. The stack is formed by stacking power storage elements having lead terminals protruding outward from end portions. The holder members are made of insulating resin and are attached to the end portions of the power storage elements, the holder members holding the power storage elements. The heat-transfer plate member are disposed between power storage elements adjacent in a stacking direction, the heat-transfer plate members made of heat conductive material. An engaging portion is provided on one of the holder members and the heat-transfer plate members, and an engaged portion arranged to be engaged by the engaging portion is provided on the other of the holder members and the heat-transfer plate members. The holder members and the heat-transfer plate members are integrated by mutual engagement of the engaging portions and the engaged portions.

Electrical storage module

In a connector () with a first housing () made of resin and including a first terminal portion (A) connected to a first device and a second housing () made of resin and including a second terminal portion (B) connected to a second device, the first and second housings () are coupled and united by a coupling portion () made of rubber and formed by insert molding or two-color molding. A method for manufacturing the connector () of the present invention includes a uniting step of coupling and uniting the first and second housings () by the coupling portion () made of rubber by insert molding or two-color molding.

Connector and method for manufacturing same

A molded connector () has a molded connector main bodyincluding a terminal () of a cable () and a molded resin section () molded onto a portion of the terminal () and a distal end of the cable (). A barrel-like cap () has a cable insertion hole (&#x3b2;) for passing the cable () and is attached to the molded connector main body () so as to cover an outer periphery of a support section () of the molded connector main body (). An annular seal () is provided on an inner surface of the cap (). The seal () closely contacts and seals an outer periphery of the cable ().

Molded connector

A connector () comprises a primary resin-molded member () integrally covering both a terminal () and a covering material (). A first sealing material () is disposed at the first joining portion () between the primary resin-molded member () and the covering material () so as to seal the first joining portion (). The first sealing material () is integrally covered together with the primary resin-molded member () by a secondary resin-molded member (). The peeling of the first sealing material () from the first joining portion () is suppressed by the secondary resin-molded member (), whereby the durability of the waterproof structure can be improved.
