A semiconductor memory device according to an embodiment includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, first and second pillars. The substrate includes first to third regions. The first pillars are provided in the first region to penetrate the first conductive layer. The second pillars are provided in the second region or the third region to penetrate the first conductive layer. The second region includes first and second sub-regions. The first sub-region includes a contact corresponding to the first conductive layer. A coverage of the second pillars in the second sub-region is higher than a coverage of the second pillars in the first sub-region and lower than or equal to a coverage of the first pillars in the first region.

Semiconductor memory device

A current sensor inspection system according to the present invention comprises a first wire, a second wire, a direct-current power supply device and an alternating-current power supply device. The first wire and the second wire are insulated from each other and pass through the plane surrounded by the core. The direct-current power supply device is capable of outputting a value of a direct current. The alternating-current power supply device is capable of outputting a value of an alternating current. Only the direct-current power supply device is connected to the first wire, and only the alternating-current power supply device is connected to the second wire.

Current sensor inspection system and current sensor inspection method

A current sensor includes a magnetic core with a gap in part of a circumference and formed in an annular shape, and a magneto-electric conversion element arranged in the gap, the magneto-electric conversion element detecting magnetic fluxes changing with a measurement target current passing through a hollow part of the magnetic core. The magnetic core is formed by laminating a plurality of materials in a direction except a circumferential direction, and is formed so that magnetic flux densities of two points in an area defined in advance as an area where a sensing part of the magneto-electric conversion element can exist (hereinafter referred to as a sensing part existence area) approximate to each other, the two points being away from each other with a distance in a laminating direction being a length of the sensing part in the laminating direction.

A phase control unit compares a phase of a display synchronization signal with a phase of a clock signal generated from a clock signal generated by an imaging clock generating unit, and controls oscillation of the imaging clock generating unit based on a result of the comparison. A drive signal generating unit generates a drive signal that drives a CMOS sensor based on a multiplication clock signal synchronized to the clock signal.

Electronic endoscopic apparatus

A CMOS sensor converts optical information into an electric signal, and outputs the converted electric signal as an image signal. An imaging clock generating unit generates an imaging clock acting as a source of a drive signal that drives the CMOS sensor. A drive signal generating unit generates an imaging synchronization signal and a drive signal based on the imaging clock. A display clock generating unit generates a display clock. A phase comparing unit compares a phase of an imaging-side synchronization signal with a phase of a display-side clock, and controls oscillation of a display-side clock generating unit based on a result of the comparison. A display timing adjusting unit receives a video signal output from an endoscope at a timing based on the imaging-side synchronization signal and adjusts a synchronization timing of the received video signal to a synchronization timing based on a display-side synchronization signal.

Electronic endoscope apparatus

An electronic endoscopic apparatus includes an endoscopic scope and an image processing processor. The endoscopic scope includes a solid-state imaging device, an imaging-side multiplying unit, and an imaging synchronization signal generating unit. A reference signal generation circuit generates a reference signal used in synchronous detection for removing an excitation signal component in an angle calculation section that converts a detection angle &#x3b8; obtained from two-phase resolver detection signals output from a resolver, to a digital output angle &#x3c6;. The reference signal generation circuit includes a first multiplier, a second multiplier, and an adder. The first multiplier multiplies one of the resolver detection signals sin &#x3b8; sin(&#x3c9;t+&#x394;&#x3c9;) by the sine value sin &#x3c6; of the digital output angle &#x3c6; obtained from the angle calculation section. Two-phase resolver signals output from a rotation angle detector are squared by first and second squaring circuits. The squared signals are added by an adding circuit. The DC component of the output signal from the adding circuit is removed by a filter. The output signal from the filter is compared with a reference potential by a comparator to generate a rectangular-wave signal. The phase of the rectangular-wave signal is corrected a phase shifter. The frequency of the output signal from the phase shifter is divided by 2 by a frequency dividing circuit in synchronization with an excitation signal supplied to the rotation angle detector to generate a synchronous clock.
