An angle detection device of the present invention includes: a stator which includes a plurality of salient pole portions which are formed on a flat sheet made of a magnetic material and are raised by bending, each salient pole portion constituting a winding magnetic core on which a winding member for excitation and a winding member for detection are mounted; and a rotor which is made of a magnetic material and is provided rotatably relative to the stator such that gap permeance between the rotor and each salient pole portion is changed due to the rotation of the rotor about a rotational axis of the rotor. According to the angle detection device of the present invention, it is possible to provide the angle detection device which can largely reduce the number of parts and can realize the reduction of cost and the enhancement of reliability.

An angle detection system of the present invention includes: a statorwhich includes a plurality of salient pole portions which are formed on a flat sheet made of a magnetic material and are raised by bending, each salient pole portion constituting a winding magnetic core on which a winding member for excitation and a winding member for detection are mounted; and a rotorwhich is made of a magnetic material and is configured to be rotatable relative to the stator such that gap permeance between the rotor and each salient pole portion is changed due to the rotation thereof about a rotational axis thereof. An angle detector including an annular stator board (); a plurality of stators () provided on the annular stator board () independently of one another and forming slots () at constant or various intervals; a magnetic core () formed on surfaces of the stators (); stator windings () formed around the magnetic cores () and composed of excitation windings () and output windings (); a magnetic flux return path plateau () provided on each of the surfaces of the stators () and provided inward or outward of the stator windings (); an annular rotor board () provided on the magnetic flux return path plateaus (); and a gap forming board () provided on an inner surface () of the annular rotor board () and having a board inner surface () whose protrusion state changes according to a waveform. Rotary angle detector

An angle detector includes a magnetic rotor and a plurality of magnetic stator portions. The magnetic stator portions are arranged separately in an annular stator frame and each magnetic stator portion includes a pair of magnetic stator strips. The periphery of the magnetic rotor is disposed between the magnetic stator strips of each magnetic stator portion. By such a configuration, accurate angle detection can be carried out irrespective of the decentering of a rotary shaft.

In a stator structure for a rotation detector according to the present invention, a stator body is formed by rotating a plurality of annular stator pieces by a predetermined angle for each stator piece and laminating them, and a resin-molded frame body having a mounting ear is disposed on an outer periphery of the stator body, such that the stator body can be mounted in other equipment or the like by using the mounting ear.

To ensure mounting between a stator body and a motor or the like by causing a connector portion integrally formed to an insulating member to be positioned away from the stator body through an inclined surface and a gap. In a stator structure for a rotation detector according to the present invention, the inclined surface is formed on the connector portion placed at a part of one of a pair of insulating members of the stator body, and this inclined surface and the gap cause the connector portion to be located away from the stator body, whereby the stator body can be certainly mounted in a motor or the like.

A resolver stator includes a stator coil which is fixed to magnetic poles of the resolver stator by a resin softer than an epoxy, whereby disconnection in the stator coil is avoided when the resolver stator is used in an environment in which temperature varies in a wide range. Wire ends of the stator coil are each wound around a terminal and fixed thereto such that one part of the wound wire end is left free from the terminal, whereby disconnection of wires is avoided.
