A matching circuit includes first and second input/output ports; first, second, and third coils; and a capacitor. The first coil is connected in series between the first and second input/output ports, and the second coil is connected in shunt between a ground and an input/output line between the first and second input/output ports. The first and second coils are magnetically coupled to each other, the third coil is magnetically coupled to at least one of the first and second coils, the capacitor is directly or indirectly connected to the third coil, and a closed circuit including the capacitor and the third coil is provided.

Matching circuit, matching circuit element, and communication device

A matching circuit includes first and second ports, an autotransformer, and first and second capacitors. The autotransformer includes a first terminal coupled to a first port, a second terminal coupled to a second port, and a common terminal coupled to a reference potential, and includes a series parasitic inductor and a parallel parasitic inductor. The first capacitor is coupled in shunt to the second terminal, and defines a low pass filter together with the series parasitic inductor. The second capacitor is coupled in series between the first port and the first terminal, and defines a high pass filter together with the parallel parasitic inductor.

Matching circuit and communication device

A first end of a first conductor pattern of a first coil conductor is connected to a power supply terminal, and a second end of the first conductor pattern is connected to an antenna terminal. A second conductor pattern includes second coil conductors. A first end of the second conductor pattern is connected to the antenna terminal and the second end of the first conductor pattern, and a second end of the second conductor pattern is connected to a ground terminal. The second conductor pattern magnetically couples with the first conductor pattern. The second end of the first conductor pattern and the first end of the second conductor pattern are connected to the antenna terminal via a routing pattern that extends to magnetically couple with at least either the first conductor pattern or the second conductor pattern.

Impedance conversion element and communication device

On a first-signal-line side, a first resonant circuit is defined by a first inductance element, a first capacitance element, a second capacitance element, a third inductance element and a fifth inductance element, a third resonant circuit is defined by the first inductance element, the first capacitance element and the second capacitance element, and a fifth resonant circuit is defined by the first inductance element, the third inductance element, the first capacitance element, the second capacitance element and the fifth capacitance element. Similarly, on a second-signal-line side, a second resonant circuit, a fourth resonant circuit and a sixth resonant circuit are provided.

Common mode filter and ESD-protection-circuit-equipped common mode filter

In a common-mode choke coil, first annular conductors are helically defined from the lower layer to the upper layer, and first annular conductors are helically defined from the upper layer to the lower layer. Further, second annular conductors are helically defined from the lower layer to the upper layer, and second annular conductors are helically defined from the upper layer to the lower layer. The first annular conductors and the second annular conductors are disposed alternately in a lamination direction. The first annular conductors and the second annular conductors are disposed such that substantial portions of the annular conductors adjacent to each other in the layer direction do not overlap in a planar view. This structure achieves a compact common-mode choke coil with which the loss of normal-mode signals is small, and which is highly capable of removing common-mode noise.

Laminated common-mode choke coil

A common mode filter includes, between ports, a differential transmission line including a first signal line and a second signal line. The first signal line includes a first inductor arranged in series, and the second signal line includes a second inductor arranged in series. In addition, a first resonant circuit is provided between the first end of the first inductor and the ground, and a second resonant circuit is provided between the first end of the second inductor and the ground.

Common mode filter

A technique for an ultrasonographic device that can obtain respective rendering images for a plurality of regions of a 3D space is disclosed. According to the technique, a transmission beam former generates an ultrasonic beam for scanning a plurality of regions of interest and drives a matrix array. When a reception beam former generates a plurality of beam forming signals, respectively corresponding to the regions of interest, in accordance with reception signals of the matrix array generated by reflection wave from the respective regions of interest, a signal processing unit processes the beam forming signals and, with a viewpoint set for each of the regions of interest as a standard, generates respective rendering images of the plurality of regions of interest. A display unit displays the rendering images in parallel. A control unit carries out setting of the plurality of regions of interest and the viewpoints, by an external operation.

Ultrasonographic device with weighted addition of data

An object of the invention is to provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus that can scan a region of interest at high speed and other regions at low speed. In the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of the invention, a two-dimensional array probe 1 formed by arranging a plurality of ultrasonic elements two-dimensionally transmits an ultrasonic beam to a three-dimensional region and receives a reflected signal. The ultrasonic beam scans a region on a pyramid, and the scan region is divided into a main scan region Am of a region of interest and a subscan region. The subscan region is divided into small regions As1, As2, As3, and As4. The number of main scanning times of the main scan region is larger than the number of subscanning times of the subscan region.

Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus

A technology for structuring a three-dimensional image in a more accurate position spatially even when an ultrasonic transducer unit does not perform oscillation scanning at completely constant angular velocity is disclosed. According to the technology, an oscillation angle detection meansdetects an oscillation angle of an ultrasonic transducer unit, and a three-dimensional image processing meansforms a three-dimensional image based on the oscillation angle detected by the oscillation angle detection means and image data outputted from an ultrasonic receiving means

Ultrasonographic equipment

An acupuncture point position evaluating apparatus in which a current generated in a current generating section is applied to measurement points of skin of a subject through current application electrodes. The applied current and a voltage generated in the skin by the current application are measured in a measuring section. In a frequency analyzing section, the measured current and the measured voltage are provided with frequency analysis, and skin impedance Z(jf) in the respective measurement points is calculated. In a characteristics amount generating section, based on the frequency response of the skin impedance Z(jf) in the measurement points, frequency response K(f)=XZ(f)/RZ(f) as a ratio between real part RZ(f) and imaginary part XZ(f) of the skin impedance Z(jf) are calculated. In a determining section, based on the difference of the frequency response K(f), an acupuncture point position is determined from among the respective measurement points.

Acupuncture point position evaluating apparatus

A small ultrasound diagnostic device is provided at a low cost that enables the appropriate control by a single power supply unit so as to give a predetermined transmission power to a driving waveform different for each mode without excess or deficiency and without affecting properties of the driving waveform. The ultrasound diagnostic device includes: an ultrasound generation unit () that transmits ultrasound; a waveform generation unit () that generates a single pulse or a burst pulse whose duty factor is variable in units of a time that is a period corresponding to a frequency outside a frequency band of the ultrasound generation unit () so as to drive the ultrasound generation unit (); and a single power supply unit () that determines an amplitude of a driving waveform generated by the waveform generation unit (). Thereby, an acoustic power of the transmitted ultrasound can be controlled without making the transmission amplitude variable.

Ultrasound diagnostic device

A surface mount antenna includes a loop-shaped radiation electrode arranged so as to be extended over a plurality of surfaces of a dielectric substrate. The front end side of the loop-shaped radiation electrode is branched to provide a plurality of branched radiation electrodes. One side end of the radiation electrode functions as a electric feeding portion connected to an external circuit. One of the branched radiation electrodes is an in-loop branched radiation electrode which is surrounded by a loop-shaped electrode portion including the radiation electrode portion extended from the feeding portion of the radiation electrode to a branching portion and the other branched radiation electrode connected to the radiation electrode portion, the in-loop branched radiation electrode being positioned at an interval from the loop-shaped electrode. A capacitance is generated between the one of the branched radiation electrodes and the radiation electrode portion extended from the feeding portion of the radiation electrode to the branching portion.

Surface mount antenna, antenna device using the same, and communication device

A circularly polarized antenna apparatus includes a radiating electrode and a ground electrode which are provided on a dielectric substrate. A degeneracy-splitting elements is also provided on the substrate to cause two resonant currents split between degenerate modes to be excited in the radiating electrode. The radiating electrodes includes a primary radiating electrode on a principal surface of the substrate, and secondary radiating electrode on side surfaces of the substrate, thus increasing the area of the radiating electrode. Therefore, the conductor loss of the primary radiating electrode is reduced and the antenna gain is increased.
