Hedge trimmer

A trimming machine capable of suppressing damage to a gear when blades are locked, with a simple structure without increasing weight and cost. The trimming machine includes: an electric motor; a blade drive gear rotationally driven by the electric motor; an eccentric cam provided in the gear; and a pair of blades relatively slidably facing and contacting each other, in which the eccentric cam is adapted to reciprocate the pair of blades in relatively opposite directions along the longitudinal direction of the blades, thereby grinding cutting edges against each other, the cutting edges provided in a protruding manner with gaps therebetween in the pair of blades, and a shock absorbing portion is provided between a connecting portion connected to the eccentric cam and the cutting edges in each of the blades.

Trimming machine

A reciprocating blade apparatus includes a pair of reciprocating blades stacked on one another in a thickness direction. Each of the blades includes a base as a flat plate extending in a longitudinal direction, and a plurality of teeth protruding in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction. A transmission case of the reciprocating blade apparatus also includes a reciprocating member having a joint detachably coupled to the base, the reciprocating member being reciprocably supported in the longitudinal direction. A blade support member is attached to the transmission case and configured to sandwich bases of the pair of reciprocating blades therebetween to allow the pair of reciprocating blades to move in the longitudinal direction. The blade support member holds a space to accommodate the pair of reciprocating blades and is independently attached to the transmission case. The pair of reciprocating blades is detachably attached to the blade support member.

Reciprocating blade apparatus and handheld working machine

A reciprocating blade apparatus includes a pair of reciprocating blades stacked on one another in a thickness direction. Each of the blades includes a base as a flat plate extending in a longitudinal direction, and a plurality of teeth protruding in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction. A transmission case of the reciprocating blade apparatus also includes a reciprocating member having a joint detachably coupled to the base, the reciprocating member being reciprocably supported in the longitudinal direction. A reciprocating blade apparatus includes a pair of reciprocating blades stacked on one another in a thickness direction, and a transmission case including a power train configured to reciprocate the pair of reciprocating blades. The power train includes a pair of eccentric cams, and a pair of reciprocating members including fitting holes in which the eccentric cams are fitted, respectively. The pair of reciprocating members is guided to be able to move along an axis line which is parallel to a moving direction of the pair of reciprocating blades and runs through a rotation axis of the eccentric cams.

The power hand tool includes: a tool body () including an engine for generating driving power used for performing work; a front hand grip () fixed to the tool body; a rear hand grip including: a control lever member coupled to the engine for controlling an output of the engine; a supporting mechanism for supporting the rear hand grip rotationally about an axis (AX) between the tool body and the rear hand grip; a locking mechanism for locking the rear hand grip at one rotational position about the axis in response to the control lever member; and a controlling mechanism () for allowing the control lever member to control the output of the engine after the locking mechanism locks the rear hand grip.
