A traveling unit includes a drive wheel and track links. The drive wheel includes a plurality of drive wheel teeth and a tooth groove which is disposed adjacently to the drive wheel teeth. The track link includes projection portions which mesh with the drive wheel teeth. The projection portion has a height h greater than or equal to a depth d of the tooth groove.

A link mounted part is formed as a part separate from a link body. The link mounted part includes a plate portion having a rail surface, and two projection portions which are integrally formed with the plate portion and project upward from the rail surface. A mounting pin mounts the link mounted part on the link body below the plate portion on a side opposite to the projection portions with respect to the plate portion.

The lug bar includes a base, having a bar shape and made of a first metal, and an overlay, extending along the longitudinal direction of the base to cover a covered region as a part of the outer peripheral surface of the base. In an overlay edge portion corresponding to a boundary between the covered region and an exposed region other than the covered region of the surface of the base, the exposed region and the surface of the overlay are flush with each other to form a forged surface.

A quick coupler includes a coupler body having a first hook, a lock member, a slidable second hook, a hydraulic cylinder, and a connecting pin connecting the cylinder and coupler body. The lock member is movable between locking and unlocking positions in which the lock member protrudes into and retracts from an opening of the first hook. The cylinder includes first and second end portions connected to the coupler body and the second hook, respectively. The cylinder extends and contracts to cause the second hook to slide away from and towards the first hook, respectively. The coupler body includes a support hole moveably supporting the connecting pin in an extension and contraction direction of the cylinder. The first end portion of the cylinder moves away from the second end portion within a movability range of the connecting pin to move the lock member from the unlocking to locking position.

Quick coupler

A steering method and steering system which enable a minimum turn radius more than the discharge capacities of a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic pump and which positively prevent the unstable traveling and turning behavior of a vehicle when the vehicle makes a pivot turn. The vehicle is provided with a pair of brakes for right and left output shafts and designed to transmit the driving force of the hydraulic motor to the output shafts through planetary gear mechanisms. During a pivot turn of the vehicle, an operation of the brake of either one of the right and left output shafts and a transmission of a driving force from the hydraulic motor to a planetary gear mechanism are simultaneously carried out for a specified period of time and thereafter, the transmission of the driving force from the hydraulic motor to the planetary gear mechanism is interrupted.

Steering method and steering system for tracklaying vehicle

A method and system for controlling a hydraulic driving circuit, which are simple in structure, capable of readily providing neutral position adjustment, manually adjustable and able to cope with a failure in the circuit. When an adjustment mode for adjusting the neutral position of a steering hydraulic pump is set, an offset command current value is calculated as a command current value to be output to a servo electromagnetic valve, and an offset command value calculated when a steering lever is in its neutral position is output to the servo electromagnetic valve to adjust the neutral position of the steering hydraulic pump.

Method and system for controlling hydraulic driving circuit

An independent two pump system comprising an implement hydraulic pump and a steering hydraulic pump is described. The system has an inexpensive structure and the capability of preventing a construction machine from engine stalling without impairing fuel economy. When the implement hydraulic pump is actuated with the output of an engine to operate an implement attached to the construction machine, while actuating the steering hydraulic pump with the output of the engine to turn a vehicle body of the machine, the load exerted on the implement is detected and if the detected load is determined to exceed a preset value, the displacement of the steering hydraulic pump is reduced to thereby reduce the load associated with turning of the vehicle body.
