The objective of this invention is to provide a motor which can reduce occurrence of a torque reduction in the overload, and also lower the temperature of a motor main body immediately even in the case of a temperature rise in the motor main body. This motor comprises: a statorthat is constituted by a stator main bodyhaving a plurality of slotsformed on the circumference of the main body with equal intervals from each other and teetheach of which is located between the slots, and extends outward along the radial direction from the slot bottom face of the slotswith the same width, and a coil bobbinthat is attached to each of the teethof the stator main body, and is formed by winding a wirearound a bobbinthat has been preliminarily made from an insulating material such as a resin, in a concentrated winding system; and a rotorthat is maintained on the circumference of the statorconcentrically with the stator main body, in a manner so as to face the stator main bodythrough a predetermined air gap

Motor

It is intended to suppress the vibration and noise during operation of a concentrated winding electric motor and to provide an electric motor with high efficiency, low vibration and low noise. A skew is formed on at least one of a stator () and a rotor (), arranged with a concentrated winding, and a winding vibration damping body () is inserted between windings () of different phases within a winding groove () and contacted therewith.

A low-vibration/noise brushless motor capable of limiting the height of coil ends, and a low-current-leak hermetic compressor includes the brushless motor. This brushless motor is of a three-phase full-pitch-winding type including a stator having coils () inserted in slots in a one coil per one slot manner. Coil ends () of the coils () are arranged such that the first coil () is arranged outside the second and third coils () in a place (A) where the second and third coils () are inserted in a pair of slots adjacent to each other, the second coil () is arranged from inside of the first coil () to outside of the third coil () in a place (B) where the first and third coils are inserted in another pair of slots adjacent, and the third coil () is arranged inside the first and second coils () in a place (C) where the first and second coils () are inserted in still another pair of adjacent slots. The coil ends () are shaped in the axial direction.

Brushless motor and hermetic compressor assembly including the same motor

A structure of a rotor used in a synchronous motor employing both of permanent magnets and a stator using concentrated windings is disclosed. Slits () provided in a section of a rotor laminated in a direction of a rotary shaft are shaped like an arc or a bow, and the shape protrudes toward an outside rim of rotor (). Permanent magnets () are inserted into slits (). This structure produces less magnetic salient poles than a conventional rotor, so that a magnetic flux density can be lowered, and an efficient motor with less loss is obtainable.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor

To provide a motor which can suppress vibration and noise during an operation of a concentrated winding motor and can achieve low vibration and low noise with high efficiency. Skew is formed on at least one of a stator () provided with concentrated windings and a rotor (), and the windings () of different phases in a groove () for windings are brought into contact with each other directly or via an insulating material.

A motor and a method for manufacturing thereof use a rotor having permanent magnets and stators. The highest revolving speed of a motor is adjusted by using end plates of different thickness. The end plates are made of a magnetic material and disposed at the end faces of the rotor. The end plates made of a magnetic material provide part of the magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnets with short circuits within the inside of the rotor. The magnetic flux that links with the coil can be adjusted by using end plates of different thickness. Therefore, the highest revolving speed of a motor can be finely adjusted with ease.

Motor and method for manufacturing the same

A compressor and an electric motor in which their weights are successfully reduced by employing a light-metal conductor wire for a winding, by reducing constituent components of a stator and a rotor of the electric motor, by providing a notch or a hole, and by eliminating the need for components necessary to mount the stator in a housing or a casing.

An electric motor accommodated fixedly in position within its own casing or a housing of a compressor is provided with a non-conductive member between its stator and the casing or the housing, for preventing the stator and the casing or housing from making contact with each other. The non-conductive member is made of a material having a thermal expansion coefficient greater than that of the stator, such as resin.
