A zipper tape is provided which can freely be used regardless of whether the zipper tape is made from a polypropylene-based resin or a polyethylene-based resin and also on which letters can be printed or any color can be given thereto. A method of producing the zipper tape with high productivity by means of extruding male strips and female strips in rows in a batch is provided. The zipper tape () with the mating section () (the male strip () and the female strip ()) formed thereon has a three-layered structure comprising the heat-insulating film () as an intermediate layer, the thermally fused film () thermally fused and bonded to one side of the heat-insulating film () of the bag (), and the thermally fused film () for formation of a mating section bonded to another side of the bag (). The male strips () and female strip () for forming a mating section together are extruded from the miscellaneous extrusion molding machine () onto a surface of the thermally fused film () for forming a mating section in rows in the state where adjoining male and female strips form pairs respectively and are thermally fused and bonded to the base tape. Then the base tape is cut along each strip with the adjoining male strip () and female strip () mated with each other to form the mating section (), and is wound up to provide a product. Letters, marks, or colors are printed on or given to the mating sections () and () on the base tapes () and () respectively.

Zipper tape for a bag and method of producing the same

The ease of opening of a tubular casing is facilitated based on a plastic film comprising three or more layers. The tubular sealed casing () for packaging the contents therein is based on a composite plastic film formed into a tubular form by bending the base film into a circular form, overlaying two edges of the bent base film, and heat-sealing the overlaid section so that a not heat-sealed section () will be left in an edge section of an upper film when the two edges thereof are overlaid on each other. The casing base film () is a composite plastic film comprising three or more layers. In this casing, the peel strength between the outer layer () and intermediate layer film () is set to a lower level as compared to the peel strength between the inner layer film () and intermediate layer film (). Because of this feature, disruption () of the outer layer film () from the intermediate film () occurs easily, when open the casing in the heat-sealed section (), and further the outer layer film () is peeled () from the intermediate film (), so that the casing can easily be opened.
