A method for operating a flue gas purification system, comprising, in the flue gas purification system, equipped with a boiler which can burn oil fuel and coal fuel either simultaneously or switching therebetween, a denitration equipment having a reducing agent injector and a catalytic reactor, an inlet flue to guide flue gas discharged from the boiler to the denitration equipment, an outlet flue to guide flue gas discharged from the denitration equipment, a bypass flue which can guide flue gas from the inlet flue to the outlet flue so as to bypass the denitration equipment, and a bypass damper, opening the bypass damper and burning oil fuel in the boiler being in condition not yet suitable for coal combustion to allow the flue gas discharged from the boiler to dividedly flow to the denitration equipment and the bypass flue, switching the oil fuel to coal fuel when the boiler is in condition suitable for coal combustion to burn the coal fuel in the boiler, closing the bypass damper after switching the oil fuel to the coal fuel, and then injecting a reducing agent when the catalytic reactor is in condition suitable for a denitration reaction.

Method for operating flue gas purification system

An exhaust gas purification device is disclosed provided with a denitration catalyst for reducing and removing nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas using ammonia as a reducing agent in a gas flow passage through which the exhaust gas discharged from a boiler flows, and which injects ammonia into the exhaust gas flowing through the gas flow passage on an upstream side of the denitration catalyst, including multiple disturbing plate support members, and a disturbing plate. The multiple disturbing plate support members are fixedly provided on a downstream side of the denitration catalyst and arranged extending linearly in a flow path cross section to cross the gas flow passage. The disturbing plate includes an exhaust gas flow facing surface exposed on an upstream side and is fixed to the disturbing plate support members so that a position thereof in the flow path cross section can be changed.

Exhaust gas purification device

A constant-voltage generating apparatus including a plurality of constant-voltage circuits connected in series is provided. Each of the constant-voltage circuits has a positive-side power supply node, a negative-side power supply node, and a control unit that controls voltage between the positive-side power supply node and the negative-side power supply node to be constant voltage. The positive-side power supply node in the constant-voltage circuit at a preceding stage is connected to the negative-side power supply node in the constant-voltage circuit at a subsequent stage. The constant-voltage generating apparatus may further include a constant-current circuit that regulates power-supply currents flowing through the plurality of constant-voltage circuits to be constant.

Constant-voltage generating apparatus and measuring apparatus

A temperature measuring device of a power semiconductor apparatus that accurately detects chip temperature even where a gradient of the measured characteristic line segment is different from a designed gradient, including a chip temperature detecting circuit that includes an A/D converter delivering a measurement value of a digital converted forward voltage across a temperature detecting diode and an operational processing unit for calibration and chip temperature calculation. In calibration processing, different known reference voltages are applied by a reference connected in place of the diode and a gradient of the line segment connecting the measurement values is calculated. The gradient is stored in a memory with an offset correction value that is one of the measurement values. A chip temperature is calculated based on a forward voltage across the diode calculated based on the measurement value and the stored values of the gradient and the offset correction value.

Temperature measuring device of a power semiconductor apparatus

Power electronics equipment includes a switching device directing current flow to a load and interrupting the current flowing to the load, a control circuit generating a control signal directing the conduction and non-conduction of the switching device, a driver circuit driving a control terminal of the switching device based on the control signal, and at least one air-cored insulating transformer insulating the control circuit and the driver circuit from each other. Each air-cored insulating transformer includes a primary winding and a secondary winding configured to generate a voltage by a change of interlinkage of a magnetic field. The secondary winding includes a plurality of coils configured such that voltages generated by external magnetic flux intersecting the secondary winding are canceled and a voltage generated by the signal magnetic flux intersecting the secondary winding is increased.

Power electronics equipment for transmitting signals to switching devices through air-cored insulating transformer

An insulated transformer, which can suppress aging deterioration and can reduce the influence of noise caused by external magnetic flux, while improving reliability and environmental resistance, and can send and receive signals while electrically insulating a low-voltage side and a high-voltage side. A secondary coil is formed on a semiconductor substrate, and a primary coil is formed on one face of a glass substrate. The primary coil fixes the glass substrate formed on one face onto the semiconductor substrate through the other face of the glass substrate by an adhesive layer.

Insulated transformers, and power converting device

An insulating transformer includes a semiconductor substrate, an insulating substrate, a primary winding provided on one of the semiconductor substrate and the insulating substrate, a secondary winding provided on other of the semiconductor substrate and the insulating substrate, and an insulating spacer layer provided in between the semiconductor substrate and the insulating substrate for insulating and separating the primary winding and the secondary winding. The primary winding and the secondary winding are disposed to face each other. The insulating spacer layer maintains a constant interval between the semiconductor substrate and the insulating substrate.

Insulating transformer and power conversion device

Power electronics equipment includes air-cored insulating transformers inserted between a control circuit grounded to a vehicle body and an upper arm biased at a high voltage, and air-cored insulating transformers between the control circuit grounded to the vehicle body and the lower arm biased at a high voltage. Each of the air-cored insulating transformers includes a primary winding and a secondary facing to each other. The power electronics equipment facilitates improving resistance against hazardous environments, suppressing the deterioration by aging, reducing the adverse effects of noise caused by external magnetic flux, and transmitting and receiving signals while insulating the low and high voltage sides electrically from each other.

A magnetic data embedding system (or disk servo writer) includes a stack with a master disk () and a plurality of magnetic disks () mounted on a shaft of a spindle motor (), and a rotary positioner () which integrally holds one or more read-only heads (to) for reading the master disk and a plurality of groups of servo heads (to) and which simultaneously turns both of the kinds of heads. The groups of servo heads have access to the top and bottom sides of the magnetic disks. The servo heads are made carry out writing to the same (top or bottom) side of each of the disks in parallel, within assigned track ranges for the respective servo heads. In order to make the servo heads on the same side of the disks carry out writing correctly in their assigned track ranges in several of the disclosed embodiments, an address correction data memory () supplies information about track position errors between the read-only heads and their associated servo heads to a servo head address deriving unit (), which corrects track addresses of items of servo information read by the read-only heads and transmits the corrected track addresses to a servo pattern generator () to make the servo heads write the corrected address. This shortens the time needed for writing servo patterns to magnet disks with high density and high accuracy.

Magnetic data embedding system

A magnetic pattern of a master disc is transferred to both sides of a magnetic recording medium with no displacement. The origin of a magnetic recording medium can be determined by observing the inner or outer periphery of the magnetic recording medium. Back-side alignment marks are formed on the front side of the magnetic recording medium based on the origin thus determined. The back-side alignment marks can be observed with a microscope and front-side alignment marks for the magnetic recording medium can be provided on the back side of the magnetic recording medium. The alignment marks provided on the front/back sides of the magnetic recording medium are aligned with the corresponding alignment marks provided on the master disc, and a magnetic pattern formed on the soft magnetic material of the master disc is can be transferred to the magnetic recording medium.

Magnetic transfer apparatus and method for magnetic recording medium

Magnetic transfer can be performed with high reliability by shortening the magnetic transit interval of servo address information, that is, a section in which '0' or '1' continues. An area for registering information indicating a start position of data inversion or non-inversion of the servo address information is formed between a servo detection pattern and servo address information of the servo signal. When a continuing data section exceeds a predetermined section in a data sequence of the servo address information, the data at the subsequent portion to the exceeding position are inverted or non-inverted, and the exceeding position is registered as a start position for inversion or non-inversion in the area.

A first sample hold circuit or S/H, for holding an amplitude value at a predetermined phase of pipe vibration waveform, detected by both sensors and, a second S/H for re-holding the value at the predetermined phase, a comparator for comparing second S/H output with a set value, an differential amplifier for amplifying a difference value thus obtained, and an exciter circuit for increasing and decreasing the vibration amplitude of the pipe responsive to this amplified difference value are provided so as not to cause any change in exciting frequency characteristic, even when outside vibrations are added to the pipe. The present invention enables oscillation waveform to be less distorted and a more stable operation to be achieved even when responsibility, relative to outside vibrations, is increased.

Corioliz type mass flowmeter having isolation form external vibration

A phase difference measuring apparatus for precisely measuring a phase difference between two input signals having the same frequency sent from, for example, a Coriolis type mass flowmeter. A differential amplifier in the apparatus provides the sum or difference of the two input signals and a multiplexor sequentially selects and outputs to an A/D converter the two input signals and the output of the differential amplifier. The A/D converter converts the output of the multiplexor into digital data and a digital signal processor or a microcomputer calculates the phase difference between the two input signals based on the converted digital data. The apparatus may further comprise a function that an error caused by the difference of the transfer characteristics of a filter and the A/D converter is compensated using a reference signal which is selected from the two input signals.

Phase difference measuring apparatus for measuring phase difference

A vibration type measuring instrument measures at least one of a mass flow rate and a density of a fluid flowing through a straight measurement pipe by vibrating the measurement pipe, obtains a frequency ratio of a resonant frequency of a first vibration mode to a resonant frequency of a second vibration mode of the measurement pipe, and corrects a measured value of at least one of the mass flow rate and the density according to the frequency ratio. The instrument includes a first vibration detector for detecting at least one of a vibration generated in the measurement pipe depending on the mass flow rate and the resonant frequency of the first vibration mode of the measurement pipe; and a second vibration detector for detecting the resonant frequency of the second vibration mode of the measurement pipe. The second vibration detector is provided around an antinode of the second vibration mode of the measurement pipe to improve the detection sensitivity in the second vibration mode.
