A weight is attached to the rear side of a magnetic circuit of a speaker unit. The tip of a boss that projects from the front side of the weight is joined to the rear side of a center pole of the magnetic circuit with a bolt. Even if reactive force that is generated when an electrical signal is converted into mechanical vibration by the magnetic circuit and a voice coil and sound waves are emitted from a vibration plate is transmitted to the magnetic circuit, the vibration of the magnetic circuit is suppressed by the weight. In this manner, sound quality with a good transient characteristic can be obtained.

Speaker system having processing circuitry

Speaker assembly having plural drivers

A speaker device has a pair of speaker units each including a magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuits are opposed and connected to each other by a binding member. Vibrations generated by the speaker units are canceled to each other so that the occurrence of unnecessary vibrations can be suppressed and the transient characteristic can be improved. Acoustic load members are arranged in the front portions of frames so that the resonance frequency can be lowered and a band of reproducing sound of low frequency can be expanded.

A speaker for vehicle has a weight mounted on the backside of a magnetic circuit of a speaker unit. The weight includes a weighting part having a shape in which the thickness in an axial line of the speaker unit is made small and the diameter in a direction perpendicular to the axial line is extended. The outer diameter of the weighting part is made longer than that of the magnetic circuit. The weighting part has a peripheral edge extending forward in the axial direction to cover the outer periphery of the magnetic circuit at least partially. Where a frame of the speaker unit is provided with an opening, the weight is designed to have a shape and position so as not to face the opening.

Speaker for vehicle

A speaker box is covered with a buffer material exclusive of a portion where an acoustic output is derived from a speaker unit. The speaker box covered with the buffer material is attached to the surface of a wall member such as an interior member of a vehicle body or a side plate outside the vehicle body in a manner the speaker box is pressed by a holding member, which is a part of the interior member or designed member, and secured by bolts. Even when the surface of the speaker box is vibrated, the buffer material prevents an acoustic output due to the vibration from being generated so that no unnecessary acoustic signal is generated.

Mounting structure of speaker for vehicle

A speaker includes a main speaker part, and a case for containing and holding the main speaker part therein. A peripheral portion of a front side of the main speaker part is attached to a peripheral portion of the case, surrounding a hole formed in a front side of the case by placing a gasket cushion between both peripheral portions. The speaker further includes an internal rod, attached to a rear side of the main speaker part, for functioning as an imaginary ground.

In a speaker apparatus equipped with a speaker unit including a magnet, a frame and a diaphragm, a speaker housing has a substantially cylindrical shape, and also has such a structure that the speaker unit is secured onto one end surface of the cylindrical shape of the speaker housing so as to substantially cover the speaker unit except for front and back surfaces of the diaphragm. Further, the speaker housing has an opening in another end surface of the cylindrical shape thereof. A support bar extends and has one end secured to a back surface of the magnet of the speaker unit. Furthermore, a weight is secured to another end of the support bar, and then, the weight holds the support bar in a substantially vertical direction and grounds the magnet acoustically and virtually, thereby attenuating and suppressing oscillation transmitted from the magnet to the support bar.

Speaker apparatus equipped with means for producing complicated waveform of low frequency with higher improved fidelity

A driver unit is fixed to a stand. A front box and a rear box are directly fitted to the stand through a buffer material. A box comes into contact with the driver unit through a buffer material and is fixed to the stand. Therefore, sound of the driver unit is not transmitted to the box and the drop of sound quality of the speaker can be prevented. The driver unit is fixed to the stand at an immovable foundation, and sound energy can be efficiently transmitted from a speaker cone to the air.
