A waterproofing structure for shielded cable includes: a shielded cable including one or more cables and a braided wire serving as a shielding member and covering the cables; and a grommet serving as a waterproofing member covering a waterproofed portion of the braided wire. Thermoplastic resins serving as waterproofing fillers are respectively disposed on an inner side and an outer side of the waterproofed portion of the braided wire. The gaps between the plurality of strands of the braided wire and the gap between the braided wire and the small-diameter cylindrical portion of the grommet are filled with the thermoplastic resin melted by heating.

Waterproofing structure and waterproofing method for shielded cable

A waterproofing structure for shielded cable includes: a shielded cable including one or more cables and a braided wire serving as a shielding member and covering the cables; a grommet serving as a waterproofing member and covering a waterproofed portion on the braided wire; and a heat shrinkable tube including an adhesive disposed to cover the waterproofed portion of the braided wire. The adhesive pushed into the braided wire by heat shrinkage of the heat shrinkable tube fills a gap between a plurality of strands of the braided wire in an entire region of the waterproofed portion and a gap between the cable and the braided wire. A space between an outer circumferential surface of the heat shrinkable tube and a part of an inner circumferential surface of the waterproofing member is blocked without any gap in a circumferential direction.

A wire harness includes a harness main body including one or a plurality of conductive paths and an exterior member through which the one or a plurality of conductive paths is inserted, a packing bent portion arranged in a middle of the harness main body and used as a bent portion at a position suitable for packing the wire harness, and a routing path regulating portion arranged at the position suitable for packing the wire harness and configured to regulate the wire harness at a desired path when routing the wire harness.

Provided is a grommet having: a main body, which is arranged in close contact with an opening of an attachment member, through which a shield electric wire having an electric wire covered with a braid is inserted, and which includes an elastically deformable electrically conductive material; a pair of shield terminals that are arranged respectively on one side and the other side of the attachment member, are connected with end portions of the braid, are assembled with the main body, and include an electrically conductive material; and an insertion portion, which is formed of a member continuous with the main body, through which the electric wire exposed from the braid is inserted, and which comes into close contact with the outer circumference of the electric wire.

Grommet and grommet assembling method

A wire harness includes: a tubular outer member; and a conductive path which is inserted in and protected by the outer member. The conductive path includes a vibration suppressing portion which reduces a movable space of the conductive path at a prescribed position inside the outer member to suppress shaking of the conductive path. The vibration suppressing portion is formed by a partially increased thickness portion of a covering of the conductive path.

A wire harness includes a first conductor path having a high priority in protection, a second conductor path having a priority in protection which is lower than that of the first conductor path, and an external member having a tubular shape and accommodating the first conductor path and the second conductor path altogether so as to protect them. The external member has a form in which the first conductor path is positioned farther away from a road surface than the second conductor path within a predetermined range in a longitudinal direction thereof.

In a water cut-off structure including: a shield electric wire having a braid covering signal lines; an exterior member through which the shield electric wire is inserted; and a grommet that is arranged at an opening of an attachment member, partitions one side and the other side of the attachment member, and has an insertion portion through which the shield electric wire is inserted, an exposed portion where the braid is exposed to the outside is arranged between the insertion portion and the exterior member and is provided with resin that is formed integrally with the exterior member and the insertion portion and is poured into a space between the signal lines in the braid, a space between the braid and the signal lines, a space in the braid, a space between the braid and the exterior member, and a space between the braid and the insertion portion.

An exterior member for a wire harness which is formed in a tube shape so as to accommodate and protect one or a plurality of conduction paths, the exterior member includes an outer layer structure part that has an outer surface and that is an outermost layer, an inner layer structure part that has an inner surface and that is an innermost layer, and an intermediate layer structure part that is one or a plurality of layers between the outer layer structure part and the inner layer structure part.

A wire harness exterior member includes a flexible tube portion, an inflexible tube portion, and a post-attached part attached to a boundary between the flexible tube portion and the inflexible tube portion. The post-attached part is attached such that at least a portion of an attaching surface of a rigid attaching portion overlaps the flexible tube portion.

A wire harness includes a conductive path including a braided part and a sheath member accommodating the conductive path so as to protect the conductive path. The braided part is provided as an outermost layer of the conductive path. The braided part includes a cushion part having elasticity in a radial direction of the conductive path and projecting outward in the radial direction toward the sheath member.

Wire harness for suppression of vibration of a conductive path

A corrugated tube includes: a tubular body including outer-face bellows recess sections outer-face bellows protruding sections in a circumferential direction as viewed from an outside, wherein the outer-face bellows recess section and the outer-face bellows protruding section are alternately arranged continuously in an axial direction of the tubular body. Deep groove sections are formed in some of the outer-face bellows recess sections. The deep groove section has: a shape being recessed partially in a predetermined range in the circumferential direction; a shape protruding toward an inner side of the tubular body; and a shape having a pair of tapered sections as viewed from the axial direction of the tubular body.

Corrugated tube and wire harness

An exterior member end cap, to be attached to an end portion of a tubular shaped exterior member from which at least one conductive path is withdrawn, is provided. The exterior member end cap includes a cap main body and a first sealing member. The cap main body is inserted into the exterior member from the end portion so as to be disposed on an outside of the conductive path. The first sealing member has a elasticity, is disposed on an outside of the cap main body in close contact with an outer peripheral surface of the cap main body, is close contact with an inner peripheral surface of the exterior member, and has a continuous bubble structure.
