Provided is a heating device which is capable of smoothening flow of a heat medium while reducing a processing time of a case. Heating device and method for manufacturing heating device

Provided is a heating device which makes it possible to effectively perform heat exchange between a heating element and a heat medium without increasing the number of components, and further to eliminate air retention and increase of a pressure loss. A heating deviceis constituted of a caseincluding therein a flow paththrough which a heat medium flows, and an electric heating wire heaterdisposed in the flow path of the case to heat the heat medium. The case comprises a first case sectionand a second case sectioneach of which has at least one opened surface and which are connected to each other in a state where respective openings are made to abut on each other, and a plate-like gasketwhich is interposed between abutment portions of the first case section and the second case section, and seals a space between both the case sections, and the gasket controls the flow of the heat medium in the flow path.

Heating device

This invention provides a compressor that can efficiently return lubricating oil through an oil storage chamber to a lubrication target site without residence of the lubricating oil within the discharge chamber and can prevent deterioration in lubrication performance. The compressor comprises a housing having a discharge chamber for lubricating oil-containing hydraulic fluid and a discharge port communicating with the discharge chamber, a rotational shaft extended into the housing, a compression unit for the suction, compression and discharge of the hydraulic fluid through the drive of the rotational shaft, and a lubricating oil separator comprising a separation chamber and an oil storage chamber. The separation chamber is provided between the discharge chamber and the discharge port in the housing. The oil storage chamber is located below the separation chamber. Lubricating oil separated from the hydraulic fluid in the separation chamber is introduced through an oil hole is stored in the oil storage chamber. The compressor further comprises a communication section for directly communicating the discharge chamber and the oil storage chamber without through the separation chamber.

Compressor with dual pathways for returning lubricating oil

A scroll compressor has a housing, in which are provided fixed and movable scrolls for cooperatively compressing working fluid containing lubricating oil, an oil chamber storing the oil separated from the fluid, and a drive chamber in which a revolving unit for revolving the movable scroll is arranged. The fixed scroll has a communication passage for supplying the stored oil to the drive chamber. The passage has an oil outlet opening in a drive chamber-side end face of the fixed scroll and located in a position which is periodically covered with a base plate of the movable scroll when the movable scroll revolves. A cut is formed in the base plate of the movable scroll and prolongs a time period over which the outlet is opened. The compressor is suited for use in a refrigeration circuit of an air-conditioning system for a vehicle.

In a scroll type compressor in which a front housing (,) closes an open end of a easing (,) to define a hollow space, a filed scroll member and a movable scroll member are placed in the hollow space. The front housing has a plurality of holes (,) for inserting therethrough bolts. One of the casing and the filed scroll member has a plurality of threaded hole portions (,) and a plurality of non-threaded hole portions (,) extended from extended ends of the threaded hole portions. The threaded hole portions are for engagement with the bolts inserted into the holes of the front housing. The non-threaded hole portions are for receiving end portions of positioning jigs (,) for an alignment of the front housing relative to the casing with a relative angular degree with each other so that at least one pair of the holes of the front housing and the non-threaded hole portions are used for positioning the front housing and the casing.

Scroll type compressor which requires no flange portions or holes for solely positioning purposes

A variable displacement, scroll-type compressor comprising a housing having fluid inlet and outlet ports. A fixed scroll member, placed within the housing, comprises a first plate from which a first spiral element extends. An orbiting scroll member comprises a second plate from which a second spiral element extends. A pair of holes are formed through said first plate. A pair of bypass passages place intermediately located sealed-off fluid pockets in communication with a suction chamber. A pair of cylinders are formed within respective bypass passages. A valve member having a first and a second axial end is slidably disposed within each of the cylinders so as to close and open the corresponding bypass passage. A spring is disposed within the cylinder so as to urge the valve member to open the bypass passage. The valve member receives pressure at its first axial end from the intermediately located sealed-off fluid pocket. A three-way electromagnetic valve selectively controls communication between the second axial end of the valve member and either the suction chamber or the discharge chamber.
