A method for producing granules containing a core particle by using a general granulation method is provided. Granules containing a core particle produced by the method are provided. The granulation method according to an embodiment of the present invention granulates by spraying granulation liquid having a mist diameter (D) not more than the particle size (D) of the core particle on a mixture containing a drug substance and a core particle. It is expected to provide a lighting apparatus that can improve the radiation performance. In a lighting apparatus that includes a light source unit and a heat sink radiating the heat generated by the light source unit and is recessed and installed to an attaching hole opened on a mounted portion, the heat sink is exposed at least partially to a side where the light from the light source unit is emitted from the attaching hole. For example, when installed to a ceiling having a heat insulated structure, the heat generated by the light source unit and transferred to the heat sink is transferred inside the heat sink and radiated from one part to the air at the side where the light from the light source unit is emitted from the attaching hole. A method for producing a tapered waveguide is produced using an undercut-type shadow mask having an overhanging part. The shadow mask includes a photoresist layer having the overhanging part and a metal layer for supporting the photoresist layer on a substrate.
