Discharge valve mechanism and high-pressure fuel supply pump including the same

Provided is a fuel supply pump capable of improving welding quality while securing a function of a valve body. A fuel supply pump of the present invention includes a regulating member (discharge valve stopper) that guides movement of a valve body (discharge valve), a main body portion (body) provided with a valve chamber (discharge valve chamber) that houses the regulating member, a sealing member (plug) that seals the valve chamber, and a welded portion (welded portion) that fixes the sealing member to the main body portion. An annular space portion (annular space portion) along an outer periphery of the regulating member is formed between the welded portion and the regulating member. The regulating member includes a positioning portion (fitting portion) for positioning with respect to the main body portion on a side opposite to the sealing member, and a gap forming portion (gap forming portion) forming an annular gap (annular gap) between the gap forming portion and the main body portion, and the annular gap allows a space on a side of the positioning portion in the valve chamber and the annular space portion to communicate with each other.

The body-side holding member includes a bottom surface in contact with the body and a flexible portion formed along an urging direction by being urged downward from the damper cover toward the body.

High-pressure fuel pump

Provided is a high-pressure fuel pump that ensures oil tightness even at high fuel pressure and has a small and lightweight inexpensive discharge valve structure. Therefore, a high-pressure fuel pump according to the present invention includes: a discharge valve arranged on a discharge side of a pressurizing chamber; a discharge valve seat on which the discharge valve is seated; and a facing member configured independently as a separate member from the discharge valve seat and located on an opposite side of the discharge valve seat with the discharge valve interposed therebetween, in which a stroke direction regulating portion that regulates displacement of the discharge valve in a stroke direction is formed on a tapered surface of the facing member.

A battery pack is disclosed. The battery pack includes one or more battery assemblies and a circuit board connected to the battery assemblies. The battery assembly includes first and second battery cells having the predetermined surfaces overlaid on each other. The first and second battery cells each have battery elements accommodated in a container thereof, and cathode terminals and anode terminals are provided at a same height as the predetermined surfaces at a same side. The cathode terminal and anode terminal of the first battery cell are adjacent respectively to the cathode terminal and anode terminal of the second battery cell.

Battery pack

An object of the present invention is to supply a high-pressure fuel supply pump capable of holding a spring holding member while reducing the height of the pump body. A high-pressure fuel supply pump is provided with a pump body for forming a pressurizing chamber at an inner wall portion, and a flange portion for fixing the pump body to a high-pressure fuel supply pump mounting portion. The high-pressure fuel supply pump is provided with a cylinder and a spring holding member. The cylinder is inserted into a hole portion of the pump body from a lower side and in which the pressurizing chamber is formed further above an uppermost end surface. The spring holding member has an outer peripheral portion press-fitted and fixed to the pump body and a holding portion holding a spring portion for biasing the pump body between the outer peripheral portion and the inner peripheral portion. A spring-side lowest end portion of the holding surface of the spring holding member is disposed above the lowermost end portion of the flange portion.

High-pressure fuel supply pump

A work machine is provided. The work machine includes a changeover valve capable of disabling area limiting control by bypassing an area limiting control solenoid proportional valve disposed in a pilot line through which pilot pressure generated by a hydraulic pilot type operation device is guided to a directional control valve and the work machine can perform the area limiting control while ensuring response of a work implement. When a first fluid temperature Tis higher than a first predetermined temperature Ta and a control changeover switchspecifies disabling of the area limiting control, a controller brings a plurality of changeover valves into a bypass position. When the first fluid temperature Tis equal to or lower than the first predetermined temperature Ta, the controller brings the changeover valves into a communication position and places the solenoid proportional valves in a fully open position.

To increase a valve-opening pressure at which a pressure relief valve is opened in order to deal with a higher pressure of the fuel, a large pressure relief valve is installed in a high-pressure fuel supply pump. This upsizes the high-pressure fuel supply pump. A pressure relief valve is installed in a discharge joint. This can provide a high-pressure fuel supply pump that is not large too much and sufficiently performs a relief function by efficiently using the excessive space in the pump even when the fuel pressure is increased.

A fuel pump includes an intake valve unit which is provided between a low-pressure chamber and a pressurizing chamber. The intake valve unit includes an intake valve configured to move in an axial direction of the intake valve unit and a valve stopper arranged between the intake valve and the pressurizing chamber. A plurality of fuel passages configured to allow fuel to communicate between the low-pressure chamber and the pressurizing chamber are formed on a radially outward of an outer peripheral surface of the valve stopper.

Semiconductor device and method of manufacturing the same

A fuel pump includes an electromagnetically driven intake valve mechanism, a pump housing, a discharge valve, an opening, a seal member, and a first relief passage. The relief valve mechanism has a relief valve, a relief valve seat contacting the relief valve when the relief valve is closed and a relief spring biasing the relief valve against the relief valve seat. A second relief passage, communicating the first relief passage and a hole formed in the relief seat, is formed between the seal member and the relief valve seat. The present invention provides a high pressure fuel supply pump of a type in which, from a fuel suction port connected to a low pressure pipe provided upstream of a fuel, a low pressure passage, an electromagnetic suction valve driven by an electromagnetic force, a pressurizing chamber in which the volume thereof is increased or reduced by a plunger that is reciprocatingly moved by being guided by a cylinder, and a discharge valve provided at an outlet of the pressurizing chamber are sequentially arranged, a fuel is sucked to the pressurizing chamber through the electromagnetic suction valve, the amount of a part of the fuel, which is sucked to the pressurizing chamber, to be returned to the low pressure passage side is adjusted so that the amount of the fuel to be discharged through the discharge valve is controlled, and the high pressure fuel supply pump includes a backflow suppression mechanism for suppressing backflow of fuel from the fuel from the fuel suction portion to the low pressure pipe side.

High pressure fuel supply pump

A high-pressure fuel supply pump includes a pressurizing chamber, a piston plunger, and an electromagnetically-driven intake valve mechanism. The piston plunger reciprocates within the pressurizing chamber. The electromagnetically-driven intake valve mechanism is provided at an inlet of the pressurizing chamber. The electromagnetically-driven intake valve mechanism includes an anchor which pulls a plunger rod, a fixed core which attracts the anchor, and a yoke in which inner peripheral part has the fixed core and the anchor. The fixed core is fixed to a bottom part of the yoke. A through hole is formed at a bottom part of the fixed core.
