Provided is an antenna device with a simple configuration, said antenna device supporting a plurality of frequency bands. An antenna device according to the present invention is provided with: at least one first radiation element that has a resonant frequency in a first frequency band; at least one second radiation element; and a connection line for connecting the first radiation element and the second radiation element. The line length formed of the first radiation element, the connection line, and the second radiation element is set to a length so as to have a resonant frequency in a second frequency band lower than the first frequency band.

Antenna device

Provided is an antenna device with a simple configuration and in which it is possible to control the directivity in various directions. An antenna device according to the present invention is provided with: an array antenna that includes at least one antenna element disposed on a first surface of a substrate and that forms beams in respective directions having a plurality of angles including a first angle relative to the first surface of the substrate; and a side wall that is provided on at least a partial periphery of the at least one antenna element and that refracts, in a direction along the substrate, a first beam in the direction having the first angle.

Provided is an antenna device with a simple configuration, said antenna device supporting a plurality of frequency bands. An antenna device according to the present invention is provided with: at least one first radiation element that is provided on one surface of a substrate and that has a resonant frequency in a first frequency band; at least one second radiation element provided on the one surface of the substrate; a connection line for connecting the first radiation element and the second radiation element on the one surface of the substrate; a conductor that is provided at a position facing the first radiation element in the interior of the substrate and that has a slot; and a power supply line for supplying power to the first radiation element via the slot. The connection line is connected to the center portion, of the first radiation element, in a direction along the direction of polarization of radio waves radiated due to resonance. The line length formed of the first radiation element, the connection line, and the second radiation element is set to a length so as to have a resonant frequency in a second frequency band lower than the first frequency band.

A wireless module includes: a substrate; a ground pattern formed on the substrate; a heat generating component mounted on the substrate and connected to the ground pattern; a pattern antenna including a grounding part connected to the ground pattern and a power feeding part fed with power from the heat generating component, the pattern antenna being formed on the substrate; and a conductive base plate electrically connected to the ground pattern and disposed opposite to the pattern antenna.

Wireless module and image display device

A wireless module includes a substrate, a ground pattern disposed on the substrate, a first antenna, a second antenna, and a base plate that is conductive. The first antenna is disposed between one end of the substrate and the ground pattern, and includes a grounding part and a first power feeding part, the grounding part is connected to the ground pattern, and the first power feeding part is fed with a first signal. The second antenna is disposed between the other end of the substrate and the ground pattern, and includes a second power feeding part fed with a second signal. The base plate includes a first opposed portion that faces the first antenna, a second opposed portion that faces the second antenna, and a third opposed portion that faces the ground pattern and is short-circuited to the ground pattern. The base plate also has, on the third opposed portion, a short-circuit point at which the base plate and the ground pattern are short-circuited to each other. The short-circuit point is disposed on the third opposed portion at a position nearer to the first opposed portion than to the second opposed portion.

An antenna includes: a radiating element that is formed of a conductor and radiates electromagnetic waves when supplied with electrical power; and a parasitic element that is (i) formed of a conductor, (ii) provided near the radiating element so as to be electromagnetically coupled with the radiating element, (iii) provided in a plane substantially perpendicular to a plane including the radiating element, and (iv) guides the electromagnetic waves without being supplied with electrical power.

Antenna and electric device

An array antenna device includes a substrate, a strip conductor formed on one surface of the substrate, plural loop elements formed on the one surface of the substrate, and a conductor plate formed on the other surface of the substrate. Each of the loop elements has a circumferential length that is approximately equal to one wavelength of a radiated radio wave, and is disposed at such a position as to be coupled with the strip conductor electromagnetically, and the loop elements are arranged alongside the strip conductor at distances that are equal to the one wavelength.

Array antenna device

An antenna device includes a dielectric substrate, a conductor plate that is placed on one surface of the dielectric substrate, that includes a first slot element, a second slot element, and one or more slits, and a ground conductor that is placed at a specified distance from the conductor plate in a first direction. A center of the first slot element is placed between a center of the second slot element and a center of each of slits, in a second direction.

A radio device of the present invention includes a radiation conductor which converts a radio frequency signal into an electric wave and radiates the electric wave; a circuit board electrically connected to the radiation conductor and incorporating an electric circuit for supplying the radio frequency signal to the radiation conductor a planar grounded conductor electrically connected to the electric circuit on the circuit board and placed such that the grounded conductor faces the radiation conductor, the grounded conductor constituting a ground of the radiation conductor; and a resin-made casing for accommodating the radiation conductor, the circuit board and the grounded conductor; wherein the grounded conductor, the circuit board and the radiation conductor are placed in this order in a thickness direction of the circuit board.

Radio device

An antenna device includes a first substrate, a feeder line which is disposed in the first substrate, a grounding conductor which is disposed in the first substrate, a first radiation element which is electrically connected to the feeder line in the first substrate, a second radiation element which is electrically connected to the grounding conductor and is disposed substantially in parallel with the first radiation element in the first substrate, a first reflector which is disposed in the first substrate, and a second reflector which is disposed in the first substrate so as to be separated by a predetermined distance from the first radiation element or the second radiation element in at least one of longitudinal directions of the first radiation element and the second radiation element.

There is provided an antenna device which can suitably tilt directivity of an antenna. The antenna device includes a dielectric substrate, a conductive plate arranged on one surface of the dielectric substrate, a first slot element to which electric power is supplied from a power supply line, which has an electrical length having an approximately &#xbd; wavelength of use frequency of the antenna device, and which is formed in the conductive plate, a second slot element which has an electrical length longer than that of the first slot element, and which is formed in the conductive plate to be substantially parallel to the first slot element by leaving a gap of an approximately &#xbc; wavelength of the electrical length from the first slot element, and a ground conductor arranged to be substantially parallel to the conductive plate by leaving a predetermined gap from the conductive plate.

Provided is an antenna which has a small-sized planar constitution as can be easily mounted on a small-sized radio device and which can form a principal beam having a vertical polarization in directions of low and high elevation angles. On the surface of a substrate, slot elementsA andB having a length of about one half wavelength are arranged in parallel at a predetermined distance d, and a reflecting plateis arranged at a predetermined distance h from the mounting face of the slot elementsA andB. On the back of the substrate, parasitic elementsA toD are made of a copper foil pattern and are arrayed to intersect the slot elementsA andB at right angles. A switching elementA is connected with the parasitic elementsA andB, and a switching elementB is connected with the parasitic elementsC andD.

Antenna assembly and multibeam antenna assembly

An antenna apparatus capable of main beam direction switching is provided that achieves high gain with a small, planar configuration. Rhombic antenna sections composed of linear elementsthroughthrough, andthroughare arranged in the same plane, and the rhombic antenna sections are connected by linear linking elementsthrough. Linear detour elementsandare connected to the pair of vertices of the rhombic antenna sections arranged at each end. Feed pointsandare provided at the other opposite two pairs of vertices of any of the rhombic antenna sections, and the opposite vertices of the other rhombic antenna sections are connected by linear elements. A plate reflector is arranged at a distance h from, and parallel to, the surface on which the rhombic antenna elements are arranged.

Antenna apparatus

Linear elementstoare conductors, which have the element length equivalent to half a wavelength, have been placed so that they may draw a diamond shape. Delay elementsandare bent conductors, which have a total length equivalent to one fourth wavelength and a length Lequivalent to one eighth. The linear elementsandare connected one another via the delay element, while the linear elementsandare connected one another via the delay element. A feeding sectionis connected to each of the ends of the linear elementsandfor feeding power to them. Between the tips of the linear elementsand, a gap with a length Lis left. A reflectorhas been placed at a distance h from a diamond-shape antenna with delay elements along the &#x2212;Z axis, the distance h being equivalent to 0.42 wavelength. This achieves the antenna device, which may be suitably mounted on any of small wireless apparatuses and form a primary beam, of which horizontally-polarized wave or vertically-polarized wave tilts toward the horizontal direction.
