A motor device includes an electric motor, a control board on which a control circuit controlling the electric motor is mounted, a metal housing supporting a first surface of the control board, a resin cover attached to the housing to cover a second surface of the control board opposite to the first surface and the periphery of the control board, and a heat dissipation member dissipating heat generated by a heating element included in the control circuit to the housing. The heat dissipation member includes a heat reception plate fixed to the cover, and a heat transfer plate protruding toward the housing. The housing includes, outside the motor accommodation space, a reception portion receiving a protrusion end of the heat transfer plate inserted in a direction in which a rotation shaft extends, and a heat exhaust wall extending in the and coming into surface contact with the heat transfer plate.

Motor device and oil pump device

Because the pressure angle β° (=12°) of teeth () of a worm wheel () is larger than the pressure angle α° (=11°) of teeth () of a worm (), tips of the teeth () of the worm wheel () can be more tapered as compared with a case in which the pressure angle of the teeth of the worm and the pressure angle of the teeth of the worm wheel are the same angle (the conventional case). Motor having deceleration mechanism

Provided are a motor device and a method for manufacturing the same that can accurately and consistently provide a support shaft to a case and enhance the strength for fixing the support shaft to the case. A small-diameter part having a smaller diameter than a large-diameter part is formed through drawing. The large-diameter part and a step part are embedded in a gear case. The small-diameter part is exposed outside the gear case. The dimensional accuracy (dimensional tolerance &#xb1;&#x3b1;) of the external diameter of the small-diameter part is enhanced. The small-diameter part can be set, without rattling, in a lower mold for molding the gear case. Consequently, the support shaft can be accurately and consistently provided to the gear case. Because the large-diameter part and the step part are embedded in the gear case, the resistance of the support shaft against pulling from the gear case can be enhanced.

Motor device and method for manufacturing same

On one side of a worm wheel () in an axial direction, first thinned portions () recessed toward the other side of the worm wheel () in the axial direction are arranged. Further, on the one side of the worm wheel () in the axial direction, reinforcing portions () reinforcing areas between the first thinned portions () and tooth portions () of the worm wheel () are arranged. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a weight of the worm wheel () and to suppress occurrence of distortion of the tooth portions () by the first thinned portions (). In addition, it is possible to sufficiently increase the strength of the worm wheel () in the vicinity of the tooth portions () by the reinforcing portions ().

A damper member () is provided between the worm wheel () and the output member (), and elastically deformed by a relative rotation of the worm wheel () and the output member (), a gap portion (SP) is provided between the worm wheel () and the output member (), a portion (DP) bulged by elastic deformation of the damper member () is housed in the gap portion (SP), the portion (DP) bulged by elastic deformation of the damper member () does not push the output member () away from the worm wheel (). Therefore, although it has the damper member (), it is not necessary to fix the output member () so as to prevent the output member () from being moved in an axial direction of a support shaft by using a fixing member on the basis of a conventional manner, thereby making it possible to reduce the intensity of the support shaft, and consequently, it is possible to realize excellent shock resistance and silence, and cost reduction.

Each cross-section of the connector member assembling hole and the assembly main bodyin a direction intersecting the insertion direction has a point-symmetrical circular shape with the insertion shaft center FC as the center. Motor apparatus

A seal member is attached to a cover which occludes a gear case as a housing unit. The seal member is formed of elastomer and integrally formed with: a plate-shaped portion formed into a disc shape which covers the inner surface of the cover; an inner seal portion which is positioned on the inner peripheral edge of a through-hole, and comes into sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of an output member; an outer seal portion which is positioned on the periphery of the cover, and comes into contact with the opening end of the housing unit; and anchor portions which latch onto the front surface of the cover via mounting holes provided to the cover. The boundary between the seal member and the cover extends only to the outside of the gear case, and does not extend to the inside of the gear case.

Detecting a rotation state of a worm wheel side with good accuracy while allowing play between an armature-shaft-side coupling member and a worm-shaft-side coupling member. The armature-shaft-side coupling member is provided together rotatably to the other end of an armature shaft; the worm-shaft-side coupling member is provided together rotatably to one end of a worm shaft; the armature-shaft-side coupling member and the worm-shaft-side coupling member are coupled together rotatably; and a sensor magnet is provided together rotatably to the worm-shaft-side coupling member. Therefore, the rotation state of the worm shaft can be detected with good accuracy. Even if the play is provided between the armature-shaft-side coupling member and the worm-shaft-side coupling member, this play does not affect the accuracy of detection of the rotation state of the worm shaft, thereby bringing no problem regarding accuracy of detection of a rotation state of a worm wheel side.

Motor with speed reduction mechanism capable of absorbing axial deviation between armature shaft and worm shaft

Electric motor and opening/closing apparatus for vehicular opening/closing body employing the electric motor

General versatility of a brush holder is enhanced regarding a difference of specifications of connector parts, and costs of an electric motor with brush are reduced. A pair of brush-side connection terminals electrically connected to brushes is provided to a brush holder mounted inside a motor yoke. A connector part and a pinching part are provided in a connector unit formed separately from the brush holder, power connection terminals are provided in the connector part, and connector-side connection terminals electrically connected to the power connection terminals are provided inside the pinching part. The pinching part is disposed so as to overlap with the brush holder axially, thereby electrically connecting the brush-side connection terminals and the connector-side connection terminals, and the brushes are electrically connected respectively to the power connection terminals, and the pinching part is sandwiched and fixed between the motor yoke and a gear case.

Assembly work of an electric motor in which a power supply device and a rotation detector both equipped in a motor case are connected to a control device via a connector unit can be made easy. A power window motor includes an armature provided with an armature shaft and a motor yoke rotatably accommodating the armature. A gear case is fixed to the motor yoke, and a power supply unit that supplies a driving current to the armature is equipped to the gear case in the axial direction of the armature shaft. A sensor unit that detects rotation of the armature shaft is attached to the power supply unit in the axial direction of the armature shaft. A connector unit for connecting the power supply unit and the sensor unit to the control device is integrally formed with the power supply unit. The power supply unit is attached with the sensor unit in advance and then equipped to the gear case.

Electric motor and method of manufacturing the same

A cable driving device for use in a window regulator is made simple in structure and is reduced in weight and size. When a worm wheel to which motor power is transmitted, a damper for absorbing shock, and a drum wound with wires for opening and closing a window glass are assembled into a casing integrally formed with a front bracket , damper bodies are fitted into cavities formed through the worm wheel with a gap S interposed therebetween, and tongues extending downwardly from the lower surface of damper are fitted into the gaps S, to form a damper mechanism within the thickness of the worm wheel.
