The motor vehicle comprises a first motor configured to drive front wheels; a second motor configured to drive rear wheels; and a control device configured to control the first motor and the second motor, such that the motor vehicle is driven with a required torque for driving. The control device controls the first motor and the second motor to set a larger value to a rear wheel distribution ratio that is a ratio of a torque of the rear wheels to the required torque, when the motor vehicle runs on a low &#x3bc; road having a road surface friction coefficient equal to or less than a predetermined value and is currently turned, compared with a value when the motor vehicle does not run on the low &#x3bc; road or when the motor vehicle is not currently turned.

Motor vehicle

A resolver fixing structure which does not cause distortion at a resolver stator is provided. The resolver fixing structure arranged between coil ends of a stator constituting a rotating electrical machine includes a ring portion as a base member having a hole, and a resolver stator press-fitted into the hole. The resolver stator has an outer circumferential portion provided with a shield member coming into contact with the hole.

The shield shell is formed of a shield shell main body, a shield shell auxiliary member and a fixing member. The shield shell main body is made of die-cast aluminum. The shield shell auxiliary member is formed by pressing a steel plate, and has a surface plated with gold. The fixing member has a ring shape, which is formed by pressing a steel plate. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a shield shell that can be manufactured at a low cost, that can improve reliability of the shielding effect, and that can improve assembling workability of the shielded wire.

Shield shell

A cable for supplying electric power to a motor is electrically connected to an inner conductor of a terminal block via a contact by a mating structure of a male connector and a female connector. A connecting member for electrically connecting the inner conductor and a motor winding includes a fixed terminal and a movable terminal. The fixed terminal is electrically connected to the inner conductor by a fixing member and has a portion formed to extend along a terminal at the tip of the motor winding. The movable terminal is elastically deformable in accordance with the position of the terminal and arranged to hold the terminal interposed between itself and the fixed terminal. As a result, a motor module can be assembled to the terminal block integrally formed with a housing, while component tolerance is effectively absorbed by the connecting member.

A resolver external conductor fixing structure which includes a connection body having a plurality of leads, and a terminal pin holding part formed on a portion of an insulation cover for an annular stator. The terminal pin holding part and the connection body are configured to detachably engage to allow the leads to be disconnected during assembly of a resolver and connected when assembly is complete.

A connector connection structure includes: a female connector on a housing accommodating a dynamo-electric machine mounted in a vehicle; and a male connector shaped so as to be fitted into the female connector by inserting it with a force not smaller than a predetermined amount. The male connector includes a contact joinable with a contact of the female connector to be electrically connected, and a rod-like lever connected with the male connector via a fulcrum. The lever generates the force not smaller than a predetermined amount by applying, with its one end's position being restricted, a rotation force to the other end. The housing includes a protrusion for restricting the position of the one end.

Connector connection structure

A male connector to be connected to a female connector provided at a housing accommodating a vehicle-mounted electrical device includes a contact point to be connected to a contact of the female connector, a cable connected to the contact point, and a shield shell covering the contact point. A fixing structure for the male connector includes a bolt for fixing the shield shell to the housing, on the contact point side, and a clamp for fixing the cable to the housing, on the cable side. The fixed state of the cable established by the clamp is such a state as to allow for more movement of an object to be fixed than does the fixed state of the shield shell established by the bolt.

According to an aspect of the invention, a hybrid vehicle comprises an engine which is mounted in an engine room and serves as a driving force, a transmission which is disposed adjacent to the engine and incorporates at least one electric motor that serves as the driving source, an inverter disposed in the engine room, and at least one high voltage wire which is routed behind the engine with respect to a vehicle longitudinal direction and connects the inverter with the electric motor incorporated in the transmission.

A vehicle-connector routing structure is provided with which routing can be made through a narrow space. The vehicle-connector routing structure includes a chassis having an engine compartment and a tunnel continuing from the engine compartment, motors provided in the tunnel, and vehicle connectors connected to the motors. The vehicle connectors include bus bars extending at least from the motors to the engine compartment through the tunnel. One bus bar extends to an inverter. The other bus bar is connected to a flexible electric wire.

Routing structure of vehicle connector

An equipment-mounting wire harness for mounting on equipment, which includes a shield casing for accommodating a plurality of equipment-side terminals. The equipment-mounting wire harness includes a plurality of wires and metal terminals. Each of the metal terminals includes a terminal connection portion for connecting to the equipment-side terminal and a wire connection portion for connecting to the wire. The wire harness further includes a connector body, a seal ring, a tubular shield member, a tubular shield member and a shield shell. The connector body can be fitted into the mounting hole and is molded to embrace the wire connection portions. The seal ring seals a gap between the connector body and an inner surface of a mounting hole of the shield casing. The tubular shield member collectively covers the wires in a surrounding manner. The shield shell secures an end portion of the shield member to the shield casing.
