A physical-quantity-measuring device includes: an outer-case including a bottom and a cylindrical body; a synthetic-resin-made inner-case provided inside the outer-case; a detector that detects a physical quantity; a terminal base including a terminal for transmitting a signal from the detector outward; a cover covering an opening of the outer-case and being different in hardness from the inner-case; a cable whose first end is connected to the terminal; and a cylindrical-cable-drawing portion drawing a second end of the cable and projecting from a circumferential surface of the outer-case. The inner case includes: a case threaded-portion; and a terminal-base-setting portion on which the terminal base is set. The detector includes: a bottom connector connected to the bottom; and a joint attachable to a target. The cover includes: a cover body covering the terminal-base-setting portion; and a cover threaded-portion provided to the cover body and screwable with the case threaded-portion.

Physical quantity measuring device

A circuit board including an electronic circuit unit and electronic adjusting units is disposed in a case. A signal transmitting member connected to the circuit board is mounted in a mount hole of a cover member. Operation holes corresponding to a plurality of operable portions of the electronic adjusting units are provided to the cover member. A cap member including a plurality of cap bodies and a connection portion connecting the cap bodies is attached to the cover member to close the operation holes. The operation holes for adjusting the electronic adjusting units are thus covered/uncovered by the simple cap member. The operation holes are reliably waterproofed by the cap member.

A folded type mobile terminal apparatus is comprised of a receiving section, a main display unit, an external display unit, a driver section and a control circuit. The receiving section receives a call or an e-mail from a counter end. The main display unit is provided on an inner surface exposed when the mobile terminal is in an opened state, and the external display unit is provided on an outer surface exposed when the mobile terminal is in a closed state. The driver section drives the main display unit and the external display unit. The control circuit controls the driver section such that data relating to the reception of the call or the e-mail and data of the received call or e-mail are displayed on the main display unit displays in the opened state of the mobile terminal and on the external display unit in the closed state of the mobile terminal.

An absence reception information device for informing the user of a folding portable cellular phone about occurrence of a call during the user's absence is proposed. A folding portable cellular phone generally has a body, a cover section which is rotatably attached to the body, and an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) for displaying necessary information. The LCD is usually provided on the inner side of the body or the cover section and can not be seen by the user when the cover section is closed. The absence reception information device comprises an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) which is placed on the folding portable cellular phone so as to be seen by the user when the cover section is closed, and an open/close detection circuit. The open/close detection circuit detects whether the cover section is opened or closed. The LED executes absence reception information display for informing the user about occurrence of a call during the user's absence, when the open/close detection circuit is detecting that the cover section is closed. The user can easily see the LED and check whether or not a call from a calling party occurred during the user's absence, even if the cover section is closed, that is, even if the folding portable cellular phone is folded up.

A character storage circuit outputs stored character data after receiving the enlargement instruction signal or the displaying control signal. A displaying control circuit outputs a displaying signal after receiving the character data. An indicator displays characters by virtue of the displaying signal. A hook detection circuit outputs a hook detection signal after judging whether or not the portable telephone is fastened.
