A disposable wearing article includes, in an inner end portion of a front waist region, a pair of first side elastic zones spaced apart from each other in a transverse direction and a first middle inelastic zone lying between the first side elastic zones. The article further includes, in an inner end portion of a rear waist region, a pair of second side elastic zones spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction and a second middle inelastic zone lying between the second side elastic zones. A crotch panel includes a pair of leg elastics intersecting with the first and second side elastic zones. A dimension in the transverse direction of the second middle inelastic zone is larger than that of the first middle inelastic zone. A dimension in the transverse direction of the respective first intersection zones is larger than that of the respective second intersection zones.

A disposable sanitary garment includes a chassis defining an outer surface thereof, the chassis is provided along its transversely opposite side edge portions destined to extend around a wearer's thighs with a pair of first leg-hole elastic members extending circumferentially around the thighs and with a pair of second leg-hole elastic members describing a circular arc being convex inwardly of the garment. The chassis is folded back inwardly of the garment along one side edges of the respective members with the second leg-hole elastic members inside and a portion of the chassis extending inside the zone along which the chassis has been first folded back is folded back along the other side edges of the respective members.

A disposable article for dealing with feces adapted to be used in conjunction with a disposable diaper or diaper cover. The article includes a feces receiving region that is provided in the form of a laminate that includes a top layer provided with at least one opening having an area of 20&tilde;500 mm , a feces holding layer in the form of a three-dimensional network structure underlying the top layer, a liquid-absorbent layer underlying the holding layer and a liquid-impervious back layer covering a lower surface of the absorbent layer. The laminate has its width progressively reduced toward a front end of the feces receiving pocket and a leakage barrier is formed along transversely opposite side edges of the top layer.
