A multilayer fabric includes a binding portion in which weft fiber layers stacked in a thickness-wise direction are all bound by warps and a non-binding portion including a slit where a fifth fiber layer and a seventh fiber layer, which are the weft fiber layers, are not bound by warps. The multilayer fabric includes an intersection formed at a boundary of the binding portion and the non-binding portion. The intersection is formed by intersecting the warps that are adjacent in a second direction.

Disclosed is a toner for electrophotography containing at least a binder resin. This toner for electrophotography is characterized in that (a) the tetrahydrofuran (THF) soluble content in the toner has a first peak in the molecular weight region of not less than 2,000 but less than 5,000 and a second peak in the molecular weight region of not less than 100,000 but less than 200,000 in the chromatogram obtained by gel permeation chromatography (GPC); (b) the binder resin contains at least a carboxyl group-containing vinyl resin (C) and a glycidyl group-containing vinyl resin (E); and (c) the mass ratio of the styrene monomer to the acrylic monomer in the binder resin, namely (S/A), is not less than 4.6 but less than 8.5.

Disclosed is a resin composition for toners, which contains a resin (D) obtained by reacting a styrene polymer (A) containing an active hydrogen group and having a peak molecular weight (Mp) of not less than 30,000 but not more than 2,000,000, a styrene polymer (B) containing a carboxyl group and having a peak molecular weight (Mp) of not less than 2,000 but not more than 20,000, and a crosslinkable compound (C) having an isocyanate group.

Resin composition for toner, and toner using the resin composition

A polyester binder resin for a toner that excels in low-temperature fixing properties, offset resistance, development durability, long-term storability, electrification properties, pulverizability, etc.; and a toner containing the same. The binder resin for a toner is comprised of a polyester resin and, dispersed therein, a wax having a substituent selected from among a substituent of aromatic structure (representative example thereof is a group derived from a styrene compound), a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group, or comprised of a polyester resin having the above wax introduced in the structure thereof. Binder resin for toner and electrophotographic toner for static charge image development containing the same

A binder resin for a toner comprises a polyester component having a specific structure which is not soluble in tetrahydrofuran, and a polyester component having a specific branched structure which is soluble in tetrahydrofuran. The binder resin can provide a toner, which is superior in low-temperature fixation and offset resistance and can be used in high speed printing in response to the recent market demands owing to its specific structure.

A binder for a toner containing a polyester resin (A); and a block copolymer (B) comprising a block comprising a sequence of ethylene hydrocarbon and/or a conjugated diene hydrocarbon-derived constituent units, and a block comprising a sequence of styrene-derived constituent units; and/or the hydrogenated product of the block copolymer, i.e., the hydrogenated block copolymer. Recycled PET products can also be used for raw materials, thus contributing to the recycle society.

A resin composition for toners which comprises: (A) a wax composition comprising an ethylene polymer having a melt index of from 0.1 to 100 as measured at 190&plusmn;0.4&deg; C. and a paraffin wax having a melting point of from 70&deg; C. to 120&deg; C. or a Fisher-Tropsch wax having a melting point of from 70&deg; C. to 120&deg; C.; and (B) a binder resin for toners.
