A laminate of optical elements comprises a transparent first optical element, a second optical element, and a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for bonding the first optical element to the second optical element. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a base adhesive zone, a transparent refractive index-adjusting zone. The base adhesive zone is made essentially of a transparent base pressure-sensitive adhesive material and formed over a given range from a first principal surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer facing the first optical element, in a thickness direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The a transparent, adherent, refractive index-adjusting zone is formed over a given range from a second principal surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer facing the second optical element.

Laminate of optical elements having a layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a method for producing such laminate of optical elements

In the case where a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a refractive index adjustment zone is provided in such a manner that two PET separators are laminated to opposite surfaces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, it is difficult to distinguish between obverse and reverse sides of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet itself. The present invention is directed to solving the above problems and, specifically, to offering a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a refractive index adjustment zone capable of being easily produced at low cost, in a state in which it is preliminarily laminated with a substrate provided with an electroconductive layer, thereby making it possible to resolve complexity in handling (to easily distinguish between one surface defined by the refractive index adjustment zone and the other surface defined by the remaining zone).

Electroconductive film laminate comprising transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer

A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a support and a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the support. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a base adhesive zone made essentially of a transparent base pressure-sensitive adhesive material and formed over a given range from a first principal surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in a thickness direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a transparent, adherent, refractive index-adjusting zone formed over a given range from a second principal surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the thickness direction, and wherein the refractive index-adjusting zone has a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the base pressure-sensitive adhesive material.

Pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer

As one sensor layer structure for a capacitive touch panel, a layer structure in which a transparent electroconductive layer is formed on each of opposite surfaces of a single film substrate, so-called GFD structure, is used. In the structure, for sufficiently suppressing internal reflection from the transparent electroconductive layer, it is necessary to employ a technique of forming one or more refractive index adjustment (IM) layers on each of the opposite surfaces of the single film substrate. This causes a problem that production yield is likely to deteriorate, and a production cost is increased. The present invention is directed to solving such a problem and, specifically, to laminating a refractive index adjustment zone-formed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of being produced easily and at low cost, to each transparent electroconductive layer of a double-sided transparent electroconductive film, so as to effectively suppress internal reflection in the resulting laminate.

A transparent conductive film having a transparent polymer substrate and a transparent conductive layer on one main surface of the transparent polymer substrate. A cured resin layer with surface irregularities is formed: at least one of: between the transparent polymer substrate and the transparent conductive layer; and on the main surface opposite to the surface with the transparent conductive layer formed thereon of the transparent polymer substrate. The cured resin layer is preferably 1 &#x3bc;m or more and 3 &#x3bc;m or less in thickness and preferably contains a resin composition containing at least two components that undergo phase separation based on a difference in physical properties and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of fine particles to 100 parts by weight of the solid content of the resin composition. The particle size of the fine particles is preferably 25 to 80% of the thickness of the cured resin layer.

Transparent conductive film and touch panel

Provided are a double-sided transparent conductive film which has blocking resistance and a low reflectance, and is inhibited from scattering reflected light to exhibit good visibility; a roll thereof; and a touch panel. The double-sided transparent conductive film of the present invention includes a base material film with an optical adjusting layer laminate and a transparent conductive layer formed in this order on each of both sides, the optical adjusting layer laminate including two or more optical adjusting layers, wherein the optical adjusting layers have different refractive indexes in each of the optical adjusting layer laminates, an anti-blocking layer containing particles is formed between the base material film and at least one of the optical adjusting layer laminates, the anti-blocking layer includes a flat portion, and a protrusion portion resulting from the particles, a value obtained by subtracting a value of a thickness of the flat portion of the anti-blocking layer from a value of a mode diameter of the particles is larger than a value of a thickness of the optical adjusting layer laminate, and the optical adjusting layer laminates each have a thickness of not less than 60 nm and not more than 250 nm.

Double-sided transparent conductive film and touch panel

A touchscreen sensor includes a transparent base material, a first transparent electrode pattern, a first index-matching layer and a first adhesive layer disposed in this order at one side of the transparent base material, and a second transparent electrode pattern, a second index-matching layer and a second adhesive layer disposed in this order at another side of the transparent base material. The first index-matching layer has a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the first adhesive layer. The second index-matching layer has a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the second adhesive layer. Each of the first index-matching layer and the second index-matching layer has a thickness of 85 nm to 120 nm.

A double-sided transparent conductive film including a base material film, having an anti-blocking layer, an optical adjusting layer and a transparent conductive layer formed in this order on each of both sides of the base material film, wherein an anti-blocking layer containing particles is formed at least one of: a location between the base material film and one optical adjusting layer; and a location between the base material film and the other optical adjusting layer, the anti-blocking layer has a flat portion and protrusion portions caused by the particles, and a value obtained by subtracting a thickness of the flat portion of the anti-blocking layer from a mode diameter of the particles is larger than a thickness of the optical adjusting layer.

A transparent conductive film includes a film base, a cured resin layer formed at one side of the film base, and an indium composite oxide layer laminated at a side of the cured resin layer opposite to the film base. The indium composite oxide layer has a thickness of 20 nm to 50 nm. The cured resin layer has a plurality of spherical particles and a binder resin layer which fixes the plurality of spherical particles to the film base. A difference w&#x2212;d between a mode particle size w and a thickness d of the binder resin layer is greater than zero and less than or equal to 1.2 &#x3bc;m, where w is a mode particle size of the spherical particles and d is a thickness of the binder resin layer.

Transparent conductive film

A touchscreen sensor includes a transparent base material, a first index-matching layer, a first transparent electrode pattern, a second index-matching layer and a first adhesive layer disposed in this order at one side of the transparent base material, and a third index-matching layer, a second transparent electrode pattern, a fourth index-matching layer and a second adhesive layer disposed in this order at another side of the transparent base material. Each of the first, second, third and fourth index-matching layers has a refractive index of 1.6 to 1.8 and a thickness of 50 nm to 150 nm.

A conductive film includes an elongated film base, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a third conductive layer in this order. The elongated film base has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The width direction dimension of the elongated film base is greater than or equal to 1 m. The first conductive layer is an indium-based oxide layer. The second conductive layer is a metal layer. The third conductive layer is an oxidized metal layer having a thickness of 1 nm to 15 nm formed by sputter deposition.

Conductive film
