The electrical equipment battery includes: a circuit board mounted with a heat generating element; and an outer case having a heat radiation plate made of metal. A heat transfer space is defined between the circuit board and the heat radiation plate, and then an electrical-insulating and heat-conducting gel is filled in the heat transfer space. Heat energy of the heat generating element is radiated to the outside via the heat radiation plate of the outer case. The heat radiation plate is provided with a flow-out block partition on the outer side of the heat transfer space. The flow-out block partition suppresses the electrical-insulating and heat-conducting gel from flowing out from the heat transfer space.

Electrical equipment battery for vehicles

In a battery system, an output lead is exposed at an opening of an outer case, and the outer case accommodates a cradle mounting a lead plate and disposed at a fixed position. The cradle includes an upper plate allowing the lead plate to be disposed on the upper plate, a peripheral wall disposed around the lead plate, a drainage hole opened in the upper plate, and a drainage channel for water flowing from the drainage hole. The outer case is provided with a drainage opening allowing water flowing from the drainage channel to be externally drained. The lead plate includes a planar part disposed inside the peripheral wall, and a rising part crossing over the peripheral wall. Entering water flowing from the opening flows from the drainage hole and passes through the drainage channel to be externally drained out of the drainage opening of the outer case.

In boiling heat transfer tube, fins,are provided on an outer surface of the tube body,in a manner such that the fins,each extend in a peripheral direction of the tube and a direction inclined to the tube axis at a pitch P,in the tube axial direction. Protrusions,and recesses,are alternately formed in a length direction of a fin, a protrusion coming after a recess or vice versa, by being pressed. Opening,widths at the top ends of the cavity,between an adjacent pair of fins,are narrowed by inward jutting-out of the fins at both recesses,and protrusions,A profile of each of the protrusions in section perpendicular to the tube axis assumes a trapezoid. Ribs are provided on an inner surface of the tube body in a spiral fashion, wherein a rib lead angle (&agr;) to the tube axis is 41 degrees&lE;&agr;&lE;50 degrees, a rib height (h) is 0.22 mm&lE;h&lE;0.45 mm and a rib pitch (P,) in a tube axial direction is 2.6 mm&lE;P,&lE;6.5 mm.

Boiling heat transfer tube

An absorption chiller that uses an aqueous salt solution as an absorbent and water as a refrigerant, the absorption chiller including an evaporator that allows the water to trickle or flow downward onto the outer surface of a heat exchanger tube installed horizontally or approximately horizontally, an absorber that allows the aqueous salt solution to trickle or flow downward onto the outer surface of a heat exchanger tube installed horizontally or approximately horizontally, and a condenser that allows the water to be supplied onto the outer surface of a heat exchanger tube installed horizontally or approximately horizontally. At least one of the heat exchanger tubes is provided, on the inner surface thereof, with protruded threads formed in a spiral fashion. A plurality of rows of projections of a height of 0.2 to 0.4 mm with flat portions on the top is provided on the outer surface of the tube successively at a pitch of 0.4 to 0.8 mm between projections. The plurality of rows of projections is arranged in a spiral fashion in a direction opposite to that of the protruded threads and separated from each other at a pitch of 0.7 to 1.4 mm. Furthermore, the present invention provides the heat exchanger tube constructed in the forgoing manner.

Absorption chiller and heat exchanger tube used the same

To provide a heat transfer tube for an absorber in which the quantity of residence of an absorbing liquid on the surface of the tube staying in trough portions is large, and the staying absorbing liquid is thinly and widely spread on the surface of the tube to materially promote an absorbing performance. On an outer surface of a metal tube having an outer diameter of D, a group of N (N is a natural number) number of trough portions, wherein the length L1 in a longitudinal direction of the tube is 70 mm.ltoreq.L1.ltoreq.130 mm, and the depth H is 0.23 mm.ltoreq.H&lt;0.5 mm, is formed on a circumference of a circle formed in section of the tube in the case of being cut perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the tube so that the pitch P (=.pi. D/N) is set in the range of 6.2 to 8.7 mm, said group of trough portions being formed in plural in a longitudinal direction of the tube, and said group of trough portions adjacent to the longitudinal direction of the tube being arranged so that the ends of each trough portion are entered each other.
