A hydraulic control apparatus includes: a branch path that branches from a passage connected to an oil pump and equipment to which oil is supplied by the oil pump; an accumulator connected to the branch path to accumulate and discharge high-pressure oil supplied from the branch path; a check valve provided in an oil inlet path through which oil flows into the accumulator; a balance valve unit including a reference pressure chamber, a balance valve body that is biased toward an opening side by an opening compression spring, and a control pressure chamber; and a control solenoid that introduces or discharges the high-pressure oil into or from the control pressure chamber.

An oil pump has a pump body, an outer rotor, and an inner rotor. The pump body includes a rotor chamber, an inlet port and an outlet port formed in the rotor chamber, an inlet passage communicating with the inlet port, an outlet passage communicating with the outlet port, a relief valve, a relief chamber formed on a discharge side of the relief valve, and an oil return passage formed from the relief chamber to the inlet passage. The outer rotor is supported by the inner circumferential support wall of the rotor chamber. A dielectric filter including a dielectric block having two through bores, an outer conductor covering an outer peripheral surface of the block and one end face of the block, an inner conductor covering an inner periphery of the block, and a pair of input and output electrodes formed on the surface of the block, the other end face of the block being in the form of an open end face having no conductor layer. The pair of input and output electrodes are opposed to each other on one plane, and a dielectric block exposing portion having no conductor layer thereon is formed between the two electrodes. The invention provides a dielectric resonator device comprising a coaxial dielectric resonator which comprises a dielectric block having a bore extending therethrough, an outer conductor layer formed on an outer peripheral surface of the dielectric block , an inner conductor layer formed on the dielectric block over an inner peripheral surface thereof defining the bore , a short-circuiting conductor layer providing a short circuit between the outer conductor layer and the inner conductor layer , and a separated conductor layer formed on the outer peripheral surface of the dielectric block and electrically separated from the outer conductor layer . The separated conductor layer is connected to the ground by a switch SW, which varies the capacity of the resonator upon switching to alter the resonance frequency thereof.

An input buffer having a differential amplifier includes a protection circuit located between an input terminal and the differential amplifier. The protection circuit serves to protect a MOS transistor constituting the differential amplifier when a high voltage is applied to the input terminal of the input buffer. The protection circuit is an N-channel type MOS transistor with a drain electrode connected to the input terminal, a source electrode connected to a gate terminal of the MOS transistor constituting the differential amplifier and a gate terminal supplied with a power source voltage Vcc. In this configuration, the input buffer prevents occurrence of an unnecessary through current.
