A method and system for analyzing a problem in a computing environment. Symptom rules that include associated problem information are generated in a symptom catalog. An input file including a stack trace provided in response to detecting the problem is received. Function names included in contiguous lines in the stack trace are identified. In response to a search for the function names in the symptom catalog, the function names found in the search are matched to keywords included in a symptom rule. The computing system retrieves problem information that corresponds to the matched keywords. A report is generated that includes the stack trace and a solution included in the retrieved problem information. The generated report uses a text attribute to emphasize the text of the function names included in the stack trace.

Problem analysis via matching contiguous stack trace lines to symptom rules

A fan motor, which is mounted on an upper surface of an electronic component to cool the electronic component. The fan motor includes a fan motor and a thermally dissipating surface to which the fan motor is fixed. The fan motor includes a motor portion having cooling blades and an attaching plate having leg portions formed in its peripheral portions to fix the motor portion to the thermally dissipating surface. The thermally dissipating surface has a hole portion substantially as large as the attaching plate, and recessed portions capable of accommodating at least the leg portion therein. The attaching plate is passed through the hole portion toward the rear surface side and is rotated so that the leg portions are accommodated in the recessed portions.

Fan motor

A fan motor includes: a single-phase stepping motor including a stator excited by applying an electric current to a coil to function as a single-phase magnetic pole, and a rotor which has a permanent magnet magnetized to a single phase and rotates as the magnetic pole of the stator changes; an impeller which is rotated by a rotating shaft of the rotor; and a drive circuit for controlling an application of a current to the coil. The drive circuit applies pulse voltage to the coil and the coil constant is set so that a mean value of the current applied to the coil is 10 mA or smaller.

This invention provides a compact, flat axial fan which is not limited by the shape of an incorporated rotor magnet and ensures a sufficiently large air flow and wind pressure, wherein the slide (under) piece of a mold that forms the under-molding portions of the vanes of the impeller of the axial fan is pulled out while being twisted (while performing a helical motion) in the direction of central axis of the base portion of the impeller, so that the mold can be formed simple to realize a multi-cavity mold, and the vanes can be formed into an ideal form by setting vane angles depending on different rotating peripheral velocities of the vanes, so that air can be supplied form the under-molding portions of the vanes to the vanes on the outer circumferential side during rotation of the impeller, a method of manufacturing an impeller for the axial fan, and a mold for manufacturing the impeller of the axial fan. For this purpose, in an axial fan comprising an impeller integrally formed, by resin molding, with a plurality of vanes extending from a bottomed cylindrical body to which a rotary axial support shaft body is formed at a center of rotation, each of the vanes is integrally formed by resin molding with a main vane extending from an outer circumferential surface of the bottomed cylindrical body at a predetermined tilt angle.

Mold for manufacturing an impeller for an axial fan

An impeller includes a vane component integrally molded with a plurality of vanes having predetermined tilt angles that change continuously from a central portion of rotation, and a bottomed cylindrical component formed with a rotating shaft body, so that the vanes have an ideal shape with tilt angles that match the rotational peripheral velocity. For this purpose, the impeller of an axial fan serves as a rotor arranged to be rotatable with respect to a stator fixed to a main body of the axial fan. The impeller includes a bottomed cylindrical component formed by injection molding from a predetermined resin material such that a shaft body axially supported by a rotary bearing of the main body is formed at a central portion of rotation thereof, and a vane component formed by injection molding from a predetermined resin material such that a plurality of vanes are equidistantly formed thereon.
