Disclosed is an acrylic rubber composition comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of carboxyl group-containing acrylic rubber, 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of a diurethane compound represented by the general formula: R(SO)(CH)OCONHRNHCOO(CH)(SO)R(R: a divalent organic group; R: when it is in a carbamate structure form, a group that decomposes by the action of a basic vulcanization accelerator; n: 0, 1, or 2; and m: 0 or 1), 0.3 to 3 parts by weight of a diaminodiphenyl ether-based compound, and 0.08 to 1.2 parts by weight of an N-containing heterocyclic compound; the composition being free from 1,3-o-tolylguanidine. This acrylic rubber composition allows high-speed vulcanization, without using 1,3-di-o-tolylguanidine generating o-toluidine, and has excellent scorch stability. Furthermore, the vulcanization-molded product of the acrylic rubber composition can sufficiently satisfy compression set characteristics required for sealing parts.

Fluororubber-based sealing material having good sealing properties under high/low temperature load

It is an object of the present invention to provide a rubber composition having: excellent sealing properties, heat resistance and acid resistance; a low reaction force, low hardness and low compression set; and excellent low-temperature recovery properties that contribute to sealing properties particularly in low-temperature environment. It is another object of the invention to provide uses of the rubber composition and main bodies on which the rubber composition has been mounted. The rubber composition of the present invention comprises a specific ethylene/&#x3b1;-olefin/non-conjugated polyene copolymer [A], a SiH group-containing compound [B] having two SiH groups in one molecule, and a SiH group-containing compound [C] having three SiH groups in one molecule.

The fluororubber composition has surface has a lower friction coefficient, and the surface roughness of the cross-linked fluororubber product can be increased without applying a treatment to a mold.

A fluororubber composition includes a polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber, a crosslinking accelerator, a polyol crosslinking agent and calcium hydroxide, with the crosslinking accelerator having a specific weight ratio relative to the polyol crosslinking agent, and is heat treated under specific conditions to give a low-friction fluororubber crosslinked product that is well balanced and excellent in properties such as low frictional properties, low tackiness and low resilience properties and that is favorably employed as rubber vibration insulators and impact-absorbing stoppers represented by HDD stoppers.
