An object of the present invention is to improve the reliability of a power converter against electromagnetic noise. A power converter according to the present invention includes: a power semiconductor circuit unit; a DCDC converter circuit unit; a first drive circuit board that outputs a drive signal to the power semiconductor circuit unit; a second drive circuit board that outputs a drive signal to the DCDC converter circuit unit; and a control circuit board that outputs a first control signal for controlling the first drive circuit board and a second control signal for controlling the second drive circuit board, in which the control circuit board is arranged at a position facing the second drive circuit board with the power semiconductor circuit unit and the DCDC converter circuit unit interposed therebetween, the first drive circuit board is arranged to be substantially parallel to an array direction of the control circuit board and the second drive circuit board, and the first drive circuit board has a relay wiring that relays the second control signal output from the control circuit board to the second drive circuit board.

Power converter

An electronic control device includes a relay including a relay case and an electromagnet and a contact part. The relay case is structured to contain the electromagnet and the contact part. The contact part is structured to be opened and closed by action of the electromagnet. A connector terminal is electrically connected to the relay. A circuit board is structured to mount the relay and the connector terminal thereon. An exterior shell is structured to contain the circuit board such that the connector terminal is exposed outside the exterior shell. A thermal mass element is disposed in a wiring route between the relay and the connector terminal.

Inverter control device

The present invention relates to a vehicle control device that is communicably connected to other control devices so that controller area network (CAN) communication can be performed through a communication bus and a diagnostic method thereof. The vehicle control device includes a CAN data transmission unit that can generate and transmit CAN data, a transmission stop unit that stops transmission of the CAN data transmitted from the CAN data transmission unit to the communication bus when a transmission stop signal is inputted, an abnormality detection unit that outputs the transmission stop signal to the transmission stop unit when detecting an abnormality in the vehicle control device, and a diagnostic unit that causes the abnormality detection unit to output the transmission stop signal regardless of the detection of abnormality, causes the CAN data transmission unit to transmit the CAN data, and diagnoses a transmission stop function that stops the transmission of the CAN data to the communication bus on the basis of a result of comparison between the transmitted CAN data and data on the communication bus.

Vehicle control device capable of controller area network communication and diagnostic method therefor

A control device is provided that includes a power supply unit. First and second MOSFETs are serially connected to a sub power supply line in the power supply unit by connecting their respective drains to one another. Third and fourth MOSFETs are serially connected to a sub power supply in a control unit by connecting their respective drains to one another. By controlling these MOSFETs, power of the sub power supply is supplied to a load. The drain voltage of each MOSFET, and the voltage between the second MOSFET and the third MOSFET are monitored to determine a short-circuit fault and an open-circuit fault of the MOSFET, and a ground fault in the sub power supply line between the power supply unit and the control unit.

Power supply unit and its control device

A method and apparatus for alignment and astigmatism correction for a scanning electron microscope can prevent an alignment or correction error attributable to the conditions of a particular specimen. First, a difference is determined between optimal values acquired from an automatic axis alignment result on a standard sample, and those obtained from each of a plurality automatic axis alignment results on a observation target sample. An optimal value is then adjusted using the standard sample, by use of the difference thus obtained. Correspondingly, an optimal stigmator value (astigmatism correction signal) is acquired by using the standard sample, and storing the optimal stigmator value as a default value. The optimal stigmator value and the default value depending on the height of an observation target sample pattern are added, and an astigmatism correction is performed on the basis of the resultant stigmator value.

An electro-mechanical brake achieves a safe traveling and braking with a high accuracy device for detecting a piston position at which a brake pad and a disk rotor contact each other. A pad contact position detecting device in which an electric circuit is not formed to prevent an electric current from flowing therethrough when a pad pressing force is not generated and the electric circuit is formed to enable the electric current to flow therethrough when the pad pressing force is generated is applied to the electro-mechanical brake. A pad contact position can thereby be detected accurately.

Electro-mechanical brake

An object of the present invention is to prevent foreign bodies attracted by a magnetic field of an objective lens or an electric field of an electrode plate and adhered to a surface of the objective lens or electrode plate from dropping onto the surface of a sample and adhering there during observation of the sample. To achieve the above object, an electron microscope in which, when a sample to be measured is moved away from below an objective lens, an exciting current to the objective lens of a scanning electron microscope is turned off or excitation thereof is made weaker than before the sample to be measured being moved away, or an applied voltage to an acceleration cylinder for accelerating an electron beam is turned off or made lower than before the sample to be measured being moved away is proposed.

Electron microscope

A communication control system has a plurality of control units that are connected via a communication bus to provide bidirectional communication. A control unit detects a failure when it occurs. Upon failure detection, the control unit generates a failure detection signal which operates a communication signal cutoff means to cut off the communication signal transmission from the control unit. In accordance with the communication signal reception state in a control unit other than the control unit in which the failure is detected, the former control unit identifies a failure occurrence in the latter faulty control unit.

A charged particle beam examination equipment for examining and measuring a semiconductor wafer, comprising a wafer exchange portion for exchanging an unexamined wafer and an examiner wafer with each other, which has a first arm longitudinally sliding for reciprocation, a first wafer gripping part provided to the distal end of the first arm, for gripping/releasing the wafer, a second arm longitudinally sliding for reciprocation, and a second wafer gripping part provided to the distal end of the second arm, for gripping/releasing the wafer. An electric power supply system for a vehicle has an electric power line wired in a loop configuration. From the electric power line power is supplied to a load, and to another system which supplies control system power supply. One shutdown circuit is provided in a module connected to the loop configured power supply line. When the electric power line and the load are short circuited, the shutdown can isolate and shut down only the failure point. Further, when the car is not in use, by stopping the power supply to the load, current consumption can be restrained. In response to detection of a ground short and a failure of a connection of a connector, an over-current prevention of an electric power line, a simple construction can be provided and a low current consumption can be realized.

Power supplying apparatus for vehicle and intensive wiring apparatus

A power supply line is wired in a loop from a battery power supply, and a power supply relay circuit is installed intermediately of the power supply line such that power is supplied from the power supply relay circuit to an electric load connected to a terminal unit of an intensive wiring line. By this arrangement, not only wires for control signals but also wires for power supply can be reduced. The terminal unit may serve also as the power supply relay circuit.
