A thermoplastic resin composition obtained by mixing 100 parts by weight of at least one thermoplastic resin (A) with 0.1 to 4 parts by weight of (B) a polyfunctional compound having three or more functional groups in which at least one of the terminal structures having the functional groups is a structure represented by formula (1): where R is an alkylene group with 1-15 carbon atoms; n is an integer of 1 to 10; and X is at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl group, aldehyde group, carboxyl group, sulfo group, amino group, isocyanate group, carbodiimide group, oxazoline group, oxazine group, amide group, silanol group and silyl ether group.

Thermoplastic resin composition

A resin composition comprising a polylactic acid-based resin (A) and methacrylic resins (B), wherein the methacrylic resins having at least (a) a difference of 10&#xb0; C. or more in glass transition temperature or (b) a difference of 3% or more in syndiotacticity; it is preferred that at least one of the methacrylic resins (B) is a methacrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 450,000, a glass transition temperature of 110&#xb0; C. or higher and a syndiotacticity of 40% or more, and that the resin composition further contains a multilayer structure polymer formed as particles each consisting of a core layer and one or more shell layers covering it (C). A molded article made of said resin composition.

Resin composition and molded article composed of the same

A resin composition is described that is excellent in strength, impact resistance, heat resistance and moldability, while further allowing for a reduction in the amount of COneeded for its production. The resin composition includes a styrene-based resin (A), an aliphatic polyester (B) and at least one species selected from a compatibilizer (C) and a dicarboxylic anhydride (D), wherein the compatibilizer is preferably at least one species selected from: (C-1) a methyl methacrylate polymer; (C-2) a vinyl-based polymer to which an epoxy unit or acid anhydride unit is copolymerized; (C-3) a graft polymer in which a methyl methacrylate unit is grafted to a rubbery polymer; and (C-4) a block copolymer having a polylactide segment and a vinyl-based polymer segment.

Resin composition and molded article made thereof

A resin composition comprises a polylactic acid resin (A) 75-10 wt %, an aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) 25-90 wt % and a polymer compound to which a glycidyl compound or an acid anhydride is grafted or copolymerized (D) 1-50 wt parts with respect to 100 wt parts of the total of the component (A) and the component (B).

Resin composition and molded article comprising the same

A thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article thereof, respectively excellent in flowability and mechanical properties, and, in a preferred mode, also excellent in low warping property, laser transmittance and laser weldability, is obtained by mixing (B) 0.1 to 4 parts by weight of a polyfunctional compound having three or more functional groups, in which at least one of the terminal structures having the functional groups is a structure containing alkylene oxide units, with (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, and further provides a molded particle thereof. It is preferred that the (A) thermoplastic resin is one or more selected from a polyester resin and polycarbonate resin.

A resin composition in which a polylactic acid resin (A) 95-5 wt %, an aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) 5-95 wt %, and, with respect to 100 wt parts of the total of the (A) and the (B), at least one compatibilizer selected from a polymer compound containing an acrylic resin or styrene resin unit as a graft (C), a polymer compound to which a glycidyl compound or an acid anhydride is grafted or copolymerized (D) and an oxazoline compound, an oxazine compound and a carbodiimide compound (E) are compounded.

Disclosed are a resin composition comprising a polylactic acid resin and a polyacetal resin, and such a resin composition in which the polylactic acid resin and the polyacetal resin are kept miscible with each other. The resin composition has good moldability, workability, mechanical properties, heat resistance and transparency, and may be worked into moldings, films and fibers for practical use.

A polyester composition prepared by melting and blending a polyester with a glycidyl ester compound, a glycidyl ether compound and a catalyst has good hydrolysis resistance and, when melted, gives little gas generation and undergoes little viscosity change. It is most favorable for parts of automobile, electric and electronic appliances such as connectors.
