A new analgesic has been developed for T-type calcium channels as therapeutic targets. The present invention provides a T-type calcium channel inhibitor which is a compound represented by formula (1):  The present invention also provides this T-type calcium channel inhibitor, a medicament containing the T-type calcium channel inhibitor, and a therapeutic or prophylactic agent for a disease having an effective T-type calcium channel inhibitory action.

T-type calcium channel inhibitor

The present invention provides a T-type calcium channel inhibitor which is a compound represented by formula (1), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of this compound or a solvate of this compound. The present invention also provides: this T-type calcium channel inhibitor; a pharmaceutical product containing this T-type calcium channel inhibitor; and a therapeutic agent or prophylactic agent for diseases, the effective action of which is a T-type calcium channel inhibitory action. (In formula (1), each of Rand Rindependently represents H, &#x2014;OH or &#x2014;ORwherein Rrepresents a Calkyl group; each of Rand Rindependently represents H, &#x2014;OH or &#x2014;OR, wherein Rrepresents a Calkyl group; and each of Rand Rindependently represents H, a halogen atom, a Calkyl group, a Calkenyl group, a Calkynyl group, a phenyl group (which may be substituted by a Calkoxy group or a halogen atom), a &#x2014;Calkyl-phenyl group (which may be substituted by a Calkyloxy group or a halogen atom) or a Cprenyl group.)

Provided is a coating film that can more reliably exhibit an excellent water repellency and an excellent oil repellency. This water- and oil-repellent coating film is a coating film formed on a surface of a material in order to impart water repellency and oil repellency, wherein (1) the coating film contains a metal oxide-containing composite particle; (2) the composite particle contains a) a metal oxide particle and b) a covering layer that contains a polyfluoroalkyl methacrylate resin and is formed on the surface of the metal oxide particle; and (3) a value obtained by dividing the fluorine content (weight %) of the composite particle by a surface area (m/g) of the metal oxide particle is 0.025 to 0.180.

A lid member for a press-through package, and a press-through package packing body using the same, includes a lid member which is not to be inadvertently torn, while tablets or capsules as its contents can be removed under a uniform opening strength by a predetermined force or more using fingers. The lid member of the packing body includes a resin film, an adhesive, an aluminum foil, and a thermal adhesive layer, in which tapered through holes are formed in the resin film. The resin film is laminated to the aluminum foil to reinforce the lid member so that the lid member is not to be inadvertently torn. When contents of a container are pushed out using fingers, the lid member is broken starting from the tapered through holes provided in the resin film, and so the contents can be easily taken out.
