A fluid control valve includes a diaphragm assembly including a shaft member joined to an end of a drive shaft on the side near an annular valve seat, a membrane member made of Perfluoro alkoxy Alkane and located in surface contact with the end face of the shaft member on the opposite side to the end joined to the drive shaft, and a weld part formed by laser welding at the interface between the shaft member and the membrane member to join the shaft member and the membrane member. The shaft member is made of fluorine resin with carbon-based additive dispersed.

Fluid control valve and method for manufacturing the same

A manufacturing method is provided for a fluid control apparatus, in which the flow of a fluid is controlled by bringing a diaphragm valve element into contact with or separating the diaphragm valve element from a valve seat. The diaphragm valve element may be a joint body that is a combination of (a) a seat member that makes contact with the valve seat and (b) a body member. The joint body is formed by machining a material joint body obtained by welding together a seat-member material which is a material for the seat member and a body member material which is a material for the body member. The welding is performed on contact faces of the seat-member material and the body-member material of the material joint body in a range wider than contact faces of the seat member and the body member of the joint body.

Manufacturing method for fluid control apparatus

A fluid control valve includes: a drive section; body provided with first port, second port, and valve seat; and valve element formed columnar-shaped and coupled with the drive section, and the valve element includes annular sealing protrusion annularly protruding from end face located on side facing the valve seat, the sealing protrusion being provided at leading end with annular sealing portion to be pressed against the valve seat for sealing and at least the annular sealing protrusion is made of fluororesin. The valve element is configured such that the annular sealing portion is radially displaced with displacement amount of no more than 6.175 &#x3bc;m when the annular sealing portion is pressed against the valve seat by the drive section so that abrasion caused by deformation of the valve element in valve closing is restrained and generation of particles is prevented.

Fluid control valve

In an assembling structure of an actuator part of a chemical liquid valve, a cover is formed with a protrusion extending in a radial direction of a valve element, and a cylinder is formed with an engagement part engageable with the protrusion. A cover is placed to hold a spring in a compressed state in the cylinder and make a cap part cover an opening of the cylinder. The protrusion and the engagement part are engaged with each other to integrally connect the cylinder and the cover without separating from each other.

A fluid control valve is configured in a manner that a first passage has at one end portion thereof a first port communication passage communicating with a first port, and at the other end portion thereof a first valve hole communication passage communicating with a valve hole, and the first port communication passage and the first valve hole communication passage communicate with each other. The resin valve body is provided with a valve seat support part which supports the valve seat and which is provided between the valve chamber, and the first port communication passage and the first valve hole communication passage. The valve seat support part has a valve seat reinforcement part, and the valve seat reinforcement part is formed so as to partially close the inside of the first passage.
