A compressor module includes: a compressor; and a high-pressure gas cooler which cools gas discharged from the compressor, wherein the high-pressure gas cooler includes a plurality of gas cooler partial bodies, wherein each gas cooler partial body includes a high-pressure casing which is formed in a cylindrical container shape extending in a horizontal direction and to which the gas is introduced and a high-pressure heat exchange unit which is installed in the high-pressure casing and cools a gas passing in one direction orthogonal to a center axis of the high-pressure casing, and wherein the gas cooler partial bodies are arranged in parallel so that the center axes of the high-pressure casings are parallel to each other, the gas sequentially flows through the gas cooler partial bodies.

The variable-speed accelerator includes an electric device, a transmission device, and a power supply portion that supplies electric power of a constant rated frequency supplied from a power supply to the electric device when the electric device is started. The electric device includes a constant-speed electric motor that rotates a constant-speed input shaft of the transmission device, and a variable-speed electric motor that functions as a generator in a generator mode and also functions as an electric motor in an electric motor mode. When starting the electric device, the power supply portion supplies the electric power generated by the variable-speed electric motor in the generator mode to the constant-speed electric motor after supplying starting power to the constant-speed electric motor and the variable-speed electric motor.

A geared compressor includes a drive gear, a first intermediate gear, a second intermediate gear, a first impeller and a second impeller connected to a first driven gear, and a third impeller and a fourth impeller connected to a second driven gear. When viewed from an axial direction, a drive axis of the drive gear is disposed below a first intermediate axis of the first intermediate gear, a second intermediate axis of the second intermediate gear, a first driven axis of the first driven gear, and a second driven axis of the second driven gear in a vertical direction. The first impeller has a larger outer diameter than the second impeller, the third impeller, and the fourth impeller.

A planetary gear mechanism includes a sun gear rotatable about an axis, a first shaft that is fixed to the sun gear and is rotatable integrally with the sun gear, a plurality of planetary gears that mesh with the sun gear and are rotatable about a center line thereof parallel to the axis, an internal gear that includes internal teeth facing inside in a radial direction to mesh with the planetary gears and is rotatable about the axis, a second shaft that extends in the axial direction to be connected to the internal gear and rotates about the axis together with the internal gear, and a reinforcing member that is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the internal gear and is formed in an annular shape of a material having a higher specific strength than that of a material forming the internal gear.

Planetary gear mechanism and rotary mechanical system

A compressing system includes a compression section that compresses a target gas to an intermediate pressure, which is equal to or higher than a critical pressure and lower than a target pressure to generate an intermediate supercritical fluid, a cooling section that cools the intermediate supercritical fluid generated in the compression section to near a critical temperature to generate an intermediate supercritical pressure liquid, and a pumping section that compresses the intermediate supercritical pressure liquid generated in the cooling section to a pressure that is equal to or higher than the target pressure. A compressor system includes a driving unit having a drive shaft, a plurality of compressors which compress a gas, and a transmission mechanism which increases a speed of a rotation of the drive shaft and transmits the rotation to the plurality of compressors. The transmission mechanism includes a main shaft which rotates together with the drive shaft and a plurality of gear mechanisms which transmit a rotation of the main shaft to the corresponding one compressor. Compressor

A rotary machine includes a plurality of shafts that extend in an axial direction, in which an axis extends, around the axis, are disposed such that at least parts of positions in the axial direction of the plurality of shafts overlap each other, and are rotatable relative to each other around the axis; a plurality of seal members that are disposed at intervals in the axial direction to seal gaps between the plurality of shafts in a radial direction with respect to the axis; and a seal gas supply unit configured to supply a seal gas from outside to a space surrounded by the plurality of shafts and the plurality of seal members.

A transmission includes a first shaft which is rotatably supported by a first radial bearing, a ring member which is connected to an end portion of the first shaft, a sun roller which is disposed inside the ring member in a radial direction, a second shaft which extends from the sun roller, a plurality of planetary rollers which are disposed in a state of being in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the ring member and an outer peripheral surface of the sun roller, and a planetary roller supporting member which rotatably supports the planetary roller and restrains a movement of the planetary roller in the circumferential direction, in which the ring member is in contact with the plurality of planetary rollers in a state of pressing the plurality of planetary rollers inward in the radial direction so that the plurality of planetary rollers face the sun roller.

Transmission and compressor system

A cooling device includes a cooler disposed inside a shell, an inlet nozzle that is configured to feed a fluid into the shell, an outlet nozzle that is configured to feed the fluid passing through the cooler so as to flow outward, and a guide member that is configured to change a flowing direction of the fluid. The guide member has a collision surface which spreads in an inclined direction inclined with respect to the flowing direction of the fluid fed into the shell from the inlet nozzle, and which collides with the fluid, and an uneven portion formed in at least a portion of a peripheral edge portion of the collision surface.
