An operation indicating lamp-equipped electromagnetic relay has an excitation coil, a contract member that has electromagnetic interaction with the excitation coil to open and close a circuit, a housing in which the excitation coil and the contact member are disposed, and having a display surface arranged in a top surface thereof, a light source having an optical axis that is oriented toward a direction other than the display surface in order to display an operating situation of the electromagnetic relay, and being disposed in the housing so as to emit light according to a situation of power supplied to the excitation coil, a reflecting member disposed in the housing so as to reflect the light emitted from the light source toward the display surface, and a diffusion structure that diffuses the light reflected by the reflecting member formed in the display surface.

The present invention includes an optical system disposed on an optical path of light that is emitted by a light emitting section, travels to a detection target object, is reflected by the detection target object, and reaches a light receiving section. The optical system, in a sub scanning direction, that is, the direction in which a detection target object is moving, collects light so that the light receiving section has, for light from the light emitting section, a regularly reflected light receiving area and a diffuse-reflected light receiving area that differ from each other in position within a predetermined range. The optical system, in a perpendicular direction that is perpendicular to the movement direction, refracts light so that a light receiving area, which covers the regularly reflected light receiving area and the diffuse-reflected light receiving area, is wider in the perpendicular direction than in the sub scanning direction.

A relay has a case, a relay body disposed in the case, a light source disposed in the case that emits light in accordance with an operation of the relay body, a light guide path which that receives, via a first end surface, the light emitted from the light source, and causes the light to exit outward from a second end surface, and a diffusion structure disposed in an optical path of the light which exits from the second end surface of the light guide path.

A lens array substrate and an image displaying device which can prevent unstable operation and malfunction of the TFTs by suppressing the rise in the temperature of liquid crystal display panel are provided. According to the invention, a lens resin layer and a sealing resin layer are provided on the glass substrate, and a lens array is formed at the interface of the lens resin layer and the sealing resin layer which have different refractive indexes from each other. On a cover substrate provided on the sealing resin layer, a light blocking member comprising a material with high reflectance such as Al and Ag is formed along the region corresponding to the boundary edges between the lenses in the lens array, then, a transparent electrode is formed on the all surface of the cover substrate via the light blocking member.

Lens array substrate and liquid crystal display apparatus

A plurality of cells which have input terminals and output terminals on four sides are divided into a plurality of groups of cells. The plurality of cells are placed in an array form at positions which are either adjacent or nonadjacent. A plurality of groups of cells are placed one after another such that the resulting layout becomes substantially rectangular or square. Power buses are routed parallel to each other, and power supply lines are routed from the power buses to cells. Data lines are routed between the terminals of the cells.

Method for designing a large scale integrated (LSI) layout

This invention is to realize a final circuit by wiring only the top layer depending on the individual circuits, by fabricating a master slice in the step of up to forming plural semiconductor elements such as transistors on a semiconductor substrate, forming a lower layer of versatile wiring pieces thereon, and forming contact holes thereon. In this way, since the step just before formation of the top layer wiring can be carried out regardless of the features of individual circuits, preliminary mass productions are possible, and final products can be completed only by forming the wiring of the top layer depending on the requirements of the users. Accordingly, it is applicable to a wide variety of products, and the term for development and manufacture can be tremendously shortened.
