An autonomous work system includes a charging station and an autonomous work machine. The charging station includes a power transmitter unit. The autonomous work machine includes a traveling body, a motor, a battery, and a power receiver unit. The battery supplies electric power to the motor. The autonomous work machine performs a predetermined task while autonomously traveling, moves to the charging station to charge the battery by wireless power transfer. The power transmitter unit includes a power-transmitting coil. The power-transmitting coil is arranged parallel to an installation surface on which the charging station is placed. The power receiver unit includes a power-receiving coil. The receiving coil is arranged parallel to the installation surface. The autonomous work machine moves to the charging station so that the power-receiving coil is positioned above the power-transmitting coil, and charges the battery.

Autonomous work system and autonomous work machine

A power feeding station according to one or more embodiments may include a feeder including a feeder coil that feeds power to a receiver in an electric mobility vehicle, a power supply circuit that supplies AC power to the feeder coil, and a control circuit that controls a frequency and a voltage of the AC power. The control circuit provides, through a notification source a notification of guidance about a stop position of the electric mobility vehicle relative to a housing to increase power transmission efficiency from the feeder to the receiver in accordance with the frequency of the AC power supplied to the feeder coil with which the receiver outputs a constant voltage or in accordance with the voltage of the AC power supplied to the feeder coil with which the receiver outputs a constant and predetermined voltage.

Power feeding station

A wireless power supply system supplies power to an electrical device by wireless power supply. The electrical device is equipped with a power receiving unit including a power receiving coil. The wireless power supply system includes a flat surface, a power transmitting unit, and a standing portion. The electrical device is placed on the flat surface. The power transmitting unit includes a power transmitting coil disposed below the flat surface. The power transmitting unit supplies power to the power receiving unit by the wireless power supply. The standing portion defines, on the flat surface, a boundary between the outside and the inside of a placement area for the electrical device for supplying power from the power transmitting unit to the power receiving unit by the wireless power supply. The standing portion protrudes from the flat surface.

A seismic sensor includes a measurement unit configured to measure acceleration; an earthquake determination unit configured to determine whether or not an earthquake has occurred based on the acceleration measured in a predetermined determination period; an index calculator configured to calculate an index value indicating a scale of an earthquake in an earthquake processing period after the predetermined determination period, when the earthquake determination unit determines that an earthquake has occurred; a continuous earthquake determination unit configured to determine whether or not an earthquake has occurred, based on the acceleration measured in the earthquake processing period; and a shut-off determination unit configured to inhibit output of the shut-off signal regardless of the index value when the continuous earthquake determination unit determines that no earthquake has occurred.

Seismic sensor and earthquake determination method

A multifunctional environmental sensor device is connectable to a terminal of an electronic device for use. The sensor device includes a substrate, a plurality of different types of components mounted on the substrate and including at least a light emitter and an illuminance sensor, and a wiring pattern located on a surface of the substrate and including a contact to be in contact with the terminal of the electronic device. The light emitter is mounted on a surface of the substrate opposite to a surface of the substrate on which the illuminance sensor is mounted.

Multifunctional environmental sensor device

Provided is a technique that can more reliably suppress erroneous determination of noise as an earthquake, in a seismic sensor. The seismic sensor operates in a power saving mode and a measurement mode with higher power consumption than that of the power saving mode. The seismic sensor includes: a measurement unit configured to measure acceleration; an earthquake determination unit configured to determine whether or not an earthquake has occurred based on the acceleration measured in a predetermined determination period after shifting to the measurement mode when shifting from the power saving mode to the measurement mode in a case where acceleration measured by the measurement unit exceeds a predetermined threshold; and an index calculator configured to calculate an index value indicating a scale of an earthquake in an earthquake processing period after the predetermined determination period, when the earthquake determination unit determines that an earthquake has occurred. The earthquake determination unit determines an occurrence of an earthquake based on the presence or absence of a pulse waveform in a waveform of acceleration measured in the determination period, and/or a frequency characteristic or a convergence characteristic after the pulse waveform in a waveform of the acceleration.

Erroneous determination of noise as an earthquake is reduced in a seismic sensor. The seismic sensor operates in a power saving mode and a measurement mode in which power consumption is larger than that in the power saving mode. The seismic sensor includes: a measurement unit configured to measure acceleration; an earthquake determinator configured to transition from the power saving mode to the measurement mode when the acceleration measured by the measurement unit exceeds a predetermined threshold, to determine whether an earthquake is generated based on the acceleration measured in the measurement mode; and an index calculator configured to calculate an index value indicating a scale of the earthquake when the earthquake determinator determines that the earthquake is generated. The earthquake determinator determines whether the earthquake is generated by determining whether a predetermined condition is satisfied, the predetermined condition being determined based on the acceleration measured in at least one determination period, each determination period into which a period after the power saving mode transitions to the measurement mode is divided being set to a processing unit, and the measurement mode transitions to the power saving mode when the earthquake determinator determines that the earthquake is not generated.

Provided is a technique that can suppress erroneous determination of noise as an earthquake in a seismic sensor and erroneous output of a shut-off signal. The seismic sensor includes: an earthquake determination unit configured to determine an occurrence of an earthquake based on acceleration measured in a determination period after shifting from a power saving mode to a measurement mode with higher power consumption when measured acceleration exceeds a predetermined threshold; and an index calculator configured to calculate an index value indicating a scale of an earthquake in an earthquake processing period after the determination period, when the earthquake determination unit determines that an earthquake has occurred. The seismic sensor causes output of a shut-off signal when the index value is equal to or larger than a threshold in the earthquake processing period. The seismic sensor further includes: a continuous earthquake determination unit configured to determine whether or not an earthquake has occurred, based on acceleration measured in the earthquake processing period; and a shut-off determination unit configured to inhibit output of the shut-off signal regardless of the index value when the continuous earthquake determination unit determines that no earthquake has occurred.

An environment sensor includes a heat generation component, a first sensor and a second sensor disposed such that conductive heat resistances between the first sensor and the heat generation component and between the second sensor and the heat generation component are different from each other, and a controller. The first sensor and the second sensor are capable of measuring a predetermined physical quantity. The first sensor and the second sensor obtain a measured value from the predetermined physical quantity. The measured value fluctuates depending on ambient temperature. The controller is configured to correct the measurement value of one of the first sensor and the second sensor based on the measurement value of the first sensor and the measurement value of the second sensor when the predetermined physical quantity is measured.

Environment sensor

A seismic sensor that suppresses power consumption operates in a power-saving mode and a measurement mode in which the power consumption is larger than that in the power-saving mode. The seismic sensor includes a measurement unit that measures an acceleration, a filtering unit that, if the acceleration measured by the measurement unit exceeds a predetermined threshold, causes a shift from the power-saving mode to the measurement mode to be performed, and performs filtering on the measured acceleration, an earthquake determination unit that determines whether or not an earthquake has occurred based on the filtered acceleration, and an index calculation unit that, if where the earthquake determination unit determined that an earthquake has occurred, calculates an index value indicating the scale of the earthquake. A shift from the measurement mode to the power-saving mode is performed if the earthquake determination unit determined that no earthquake has occurred.

Power consumption of a seismic sensor is suppressed. The seismic sensor is operated in a power-saving mode and a measuring mode in which the power consumption is larger than that of the power-saving mode. The seismic sensor includes: a measuring part configured to measure an acceleration; an index calculator configured to transition from the power-saving mode to the measuring mode to calculate an index value indicating a size of an earthquake when the acceleration measured with the measuring part exceeds a first threshold; and a threshold adjuster configured to change the first threshold so as to increase the first threshold relative to a predetermined reference value when a tendency of the acceleration measured with the measuring part satisfies a predetermined condition.

Seismic sensor and threshold adjusting method

A sensor device includes a data acquisition unit configured to acquire different types of measurement data from a plurality of sensors that measure the measurement data, an event determination unit configured to determine that an event occurs when the measurement data satisfies an event condition corresponding to the occurrence of the event, and a transmission controller configured to transmit transmission data in which the measurement data is stored in a predetermined data format. The transmission controller varies the data format of the transmission data in a case where the event does not occur and in a case where the event occurs.
