A connector unit comprises: a connector that has terminals connected to terminal parts of electric wires, and a housing that holds the terminals; and a cylindrical connector cover that is formed from an elastic material and that covers the housing. The connector cover has an annular seal part provided at a position at which it is possible to contact a mating connector-side surface in a fitted state with the mating connector.

Connector unit, wire harness, and connector fitting structure

A connector unit comprises: a connector having terminals connected to the terminal parts of wires, and a housing for holding the terminals; and a cylindrical connector cover that is made of an elastic material and that covers the housing. The connector has a connector position guarantee component for guaranteeing correct fitting into a counterpart connector. The connector cover has an open window for exposing the connector position guarantee component to the exterior of the connector cover, and a lid part for covering the open window in an openable/closable manner.

Connector unit and wire harness

A connector is provided with a flexible wire, a terminal to be connected to the wire, and a housing for accommodating the wire and the terminal. The housing includes a housing body for accommodating the wire and a holder for accommodating and holding the terminal. The holder is configured to be swingable in a plane direction together with the terminal with respect to the housing body by being attached to the housing body with a play between the housing body and the holder. The wire extends to the outside of the housing body in an extending direction intersecting a Z-axis direction and is slidable in the extending direction with respect to the housing body, following a swinging motion of the terminal. A gap for allowing the wire to be bent, following a swinging motion of the terminal, is provided between the housing body and the wire.

A winding temperature estimation device for a rotating electric machine includes a rotating electric machine including a stator, which has a winding, and a rotor, a coolant supply part configured to supply a coolant, a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of the coolant, a heat reduction amount calculation part configured to calculate a heat reduction amount of the winding using the temperature of the coolant and a heat resistance between the coolant and the winding, a heating value calculation part configured to calculate a heating value due to a loss of the winding, and a winding temperature calculation part configured to calculate a temperature of the winding using the heat reduction amount from the winding and the heating value due to the loss of the winding.

Rotating electric machine winding temperature estimation device and rotating electric machine winding temperature estimation method

A temperature estimation apparatus for a rotating electric machine includes a coolant dissipator, a heat dissipation amount calculator, a coolant temperature calculator, and a temperature calculator. The coolant dissipator is to cool down a coolant by heat exchange with a cooling air outside a rotating electric machine. The heat dissipation amount calculator is to calculate heat dissipation amount of the coolant in the coolant dissipator based on a physical quantity correlating with air speed of the cooling air and a physical quantity correlating with flow rate of the coolant. The coolant temperature calculator is to calculate, based on the heat dissipation amount, temperature of the coolant that has passed through the coolant dissipator. The temperature calculator is to calculate, based on the temperature of the coolant, temperature of the rotating electric machine which the coolant cool down.

Terminal block

A wiring harness () for connecting a first device and a second device includes a first shield connector () to be connected to the first device, a second shield connector () to be connected to the second device, wires () arranged between the first shield connector () and the second shield connector (), and a shield () made of an electrically conductive metal cloth. After the wires () are arranged between the first shield connector () and the second shield connector (), the sheet-like shield () is mounted to cover the wires (), thereby shielding between the first and second devices.

Wiring harness

A fitting-equipped electrically conductive sheet and a connection fitting configured to electrically connect to another member, in which both a low connection resistance and a high fixing strength are easily achieved. The connection fitting has a crimp section that is crimped to an edge section of the electrically conductive sheet material. The crimp section includes a pair of plate-shaped holding sections between which the edge section of the sheet material is sandwiched, and a folded-back section that connects them. At least one first projection () projects forward on a front end part () of the fitting () in the connecting direction and at least one second projection () projecting toward the first projection () is formed on a part of a back wall () of the receptacle () corresponding to the first projection (). A fitting depth of the first and second housings () is specified by the contact of a tip () of the first projection () and a tip () of the second projection () when the first and second housings () are connected properly.
