A vehicle includes running wheels traveling on traveling road surfaces of tracks; a pair of position detection parts disposed at an interval in a width direction that output signals by detecting a distance from measured objects; a control unit controlling the amount of steering of the running wheels according to the signals from the position detection parts; and a steering mechanism steering the running wheels via the control unit. Each of the position detection parts outputs a signal having characteristics such that the output increases as the distance from the measured objects increases while an output change ratio is decreased in a range wherein the distance from the measured objects is not less than a predetermined value, and is configured such that, when the distance between one position detection part and the measured object is decreased, the distance between the other position detection part and the measured object is increased.

This track-guided vehicle is provided with a car body, and a bogie that supports the car body from the bottom, and has a frame capable of pivoting around an axis perpendicular to a track. A bogie for a vehicle guided by guide wheels rotating while contacting a guide rail arranged along a guideway of the vehicle has a steering mechanism which operates in conjunction with the guide wheels to steer running wheels; a guide frame including a pair of traverse beams each of which is equipped with the guide wheels rotatably on both ends thereof and connecting members connecting the pair of the traverse beams with each other, the traverse beams being respectively arranged on a front side and a rear side of the bogie; a connection rod connecting the steering mechanism to the guide frame to move the steering mechanism in conjunction with the guide frame and steer the running wheels; and a turning bearing having a circular or an arc shape to rotatably support the guide frame on an axle of the bogie or a supporting member of the axle.

A guide wheel device for a guide rail vehicle includes a wheel shaft rotatably supported on a bearing, and a main guide wheel and a branch guide wheel rotatably mounted to upper and lower portions of the wheel shaft, wherein the main guide wheel has a rotation center eccentric to an axis of the wheel shaft, a plurality of fitting body receiving portions are provided in an outer peripheral surface of the wheel shaft so as to be arranged sequentially in a circumferential direction, a fitting body to be fitted into the fitting body receiving portions is provided in the bearing, and fitting adjusting means capable of pressing the fitting body against the fitting body receiving portions toward the wheel shaft or releasing the pressing of the fitting body is provided.

Guide wheel device for guide rail vehicle

A bogie for a vehicle which is guided by guide wheels that rotate while keeping contact with a guide rail arranged along a guideway of the vehicle. The bogie comprises a guide frame which includes a pair of transverse beams and a connecting member arranged between the pair of the transverse beams and each of the traverse beams being equipped with the guide wheels rotatably on both ends thereof, an axle supported on a non-turning part of the bogie such that the axle is capable of turning and running wheels which are attached to both ends of the axle. The running wheels are rigidly fixed to the axle and the guide frame is fixed to the axle so as to steer the guide frame, the axle and the running wheels integrally.

A vehicle includes a vehicle body, a bolster spring, a bogie supporting the vehicle body via the bolster spring and a vehicle height adjusting mechanism. The vehicle height adjustment mechanism includes an integrating device, a measuring device and an elastic force adjusting device. The integrating device integrates a first relative displacement amount at a first position between the vehicle body and the bogie and a second relative displacement amount at a second position between the vehicle body and the bogie. The measuring device measures an integrated value of the first relative displacement amount and the second relative displacement amount. The elastic force adjusting device adjusts elastic force of the bolster spring based on the integrated value so as to adjust a relative displacement amount between the vehicle body and the bogie.

In a guide rail type vehicle, a guide wheel includes a main guide wheel that rolls in contact with a main guide rail and a branch guide wheel that rolls in contact with a branch guide rail, a guide frame includes a guide arm that extends in a vehicle width direction and a guide link, the guide arm and the guide link are rotatably connected to each other via a first rotational shaft, the guide link includes a second rotational shaft in which the main guide wheel and the branch guide wheel are rotatably mounted to both ends, a buffer mechanism is provided between the guide arm and the guide link, and when the guide link rotates around the first rotational shaft with the guide wheel contacting with the guide rail, the buffer mechanism suppresses rotation of the guide link.
