An connection box includes a circuit board. The box includes a control board connected to the circuit board. The control board includes an insulation board. The box includes a radiative device mounted on the control board. The radiative device is spaced away from the insulation board. The radiative device includes a wire extending therefrom above the insulation board.

Connection box

A mounting structure of a connector for use with a circuit board includes fixing parts provided on one side of the connector and fixed to the circuit board , terminals contained in the connector and connected to the circuit board by soldering, a plurality of wiring boards to arranged adjacent to the circuit board, and a pair of support walls provided on the other side of the connector and projected from the connector. The support walls are abutted at their lower ends against the uppermost wiring board , enabling the connector to be supported by both the support walls and the fixing parts . The fixing parts and the support walls are projected in directions intersecting at a right angle so that the support walls may be abutted against the wiring board in an engaging direction of a mating connector . The support walls are projected longer than the terminals toward the wiring board .

Mounting structure of connector for use with circuit board

A junction box which includes a casing and a junction box body. The junction box body includes a first board with a conducting member forming a circuit thereon; second and third boards mounted on the first board, each with a circuit formed thereon to be connected to the circuit of the first board; and a cover for housing them. The third board includes a substrate, a terminal block fitted on the substrate, and a conductor which is connected to the circuit of the third board and provided with a pressure terminal extending out of the terminal block. The pressure terminal penetrates through the first board to be connected by solderless connection to the conducting member of the first board.

Junction box for vehicle

In an optical connector, a sleeve is located between an optical fiber 6 and a light receiving/transmitting module 4 and makes an optical connection therebetween. The sleeve has a light guiding passage which is tapered from the optical fiber toward the light receiving/transmitting module, thereby forming a conical shape with its sloped side wall. The end face having a reduced diameter of the light-guiding passage 26 thus formed is arranged oppositely to the light receiving/transmitting module.

Optical connector

In an optical fiber connector,, optical fibers,are inserted respectively into ferrules,to form optical fiber plugs,, and distal end portions of the optical fiber plugs,are inserted into a connector housing,, and a holder,is fitted on the connector housing from rear end portions of the optical fiber plugs. The optical fiber connector,is fitted into a light receiving-emitting device,, so that distal end surfaces of the optical fiber plugs are kept spaced a predetermined distance respectively from light receiving-emitting elements received within the light receiving-emitting device. The holder includes insertion holes,for respectively passing the optical fibers therethrough in a direction of insertion of the optical fiber plugs, and introduction notches,communicating respectively with the insertion holes in a direction intersecting the inserting direction. A ferrule-pressing member,is mounted on the optical fiber plugs so as to spring-bias the optical fiber plugs, fitted respectively into the insertion holes through the respective introduction notches after the distal end surfaces of the optical fibers are polished, toward the connector housing.

An electrical unit is provided, in which a damage caused by catching fire of heat-generating components therein is minimized without raising a molding cost of a terminal-attached cover of the electrical unit, thereby improving a quality of the electrical unit. The electrical unit contains a terminal-attached cover that covers a plurality of heat-generating components mounted on a circuit board. The terminal-attached cover contains a base, surrounding walls extended vertically downwardly from peripheries of the base, and terminals that penetrate the base and stick out up and down, wherein the terminal-attached cover made of flameproof resin is integrally molded.

Electrical unit

A bulb socket terminal to be accommodated in a socket body of a connector bulb socket. The terminal includes a base, an elastic contact portion adapted to contact a filament or an earth of a bulb on one side of the base, and a connecting portion adapted to be connected to a connector on the other side thereof. The bulb socket terminal is integrally formed intermediate of the elastic contact portion and the connecting portion with a resin flow blocking wail which contacts an insert-molding metal mold to seal an area of the elastic contact portion at the time of insert-molding. Accordingly, the area where the elastic contact portion extends is sealed by the rein flow blocking wall at the time of insert-molding with use of the metal mold to thereby prevent the resin from flowing into this area. Therefore, the spring elasticity of the elastic contact portion will not be restricted.

Bulb socket terminal

A bulb socket terminal to be accommodated in a socket body of a connector bulb socket. The terminal includes a base, an elastic contact portion adapted to contact a filament or an earth of a bulb on one side of said base, and a connecting portion adapted to be connected to a connector on the other side thereof. The bulb socket terminal is integrally formed intermediate of the elastic contact portion and the connecting portion with a resin flow blocking wall which contacts an insert-molding metal mold to seal an area of the elastic contact portion at the time of insert-molding. Accordingly, the area where the elastic contact portion extends is sealed by the rein flow blocking wall at the time of insert-molding with use of the metal mold to thereby prevent the resin from flowing into this area. Therefore, the spring elasticity of the elastic contact portion will not be restricted.

Automobile light bulb socket

A bulb socket for holding a bulb having wedge-shaped contact portions comprises (a) a socket housing (E) composed of a bulb holding portion (E1) and a connector holding portion (E2) formed integral with each other; and (b) two socket terminals (F) each composed of a bulb contact portion (F1) with a roughly rectangular base plate portion (1) and a pair of opposing extensional side walls (5) bent at both sides of and perpendicular to the base plate portion (1) so as to form a pair of opposing inwardly bent convex contact portions (3) at each free end of each extensional side wall (5), respectively; and a connector contact portion (F2) formed integral with the bulb contact portion (F1). Since the bulb contact portions (3) of the terminal can be formed by simply bending the extensional side walls (5) inwardly, respectively and further these bulb contact portions (F1) can be protected by an outer end (4) of the terminal base plate portion (1), the socket terminal (F) can be simplified in structure and therefore reduced in insertion molding cost by using a simple molding die including a simple core.
