Hybrid vehicle drive control apparatus, and control method of hybrid vehicle drive apparatus and program thereof

A hybrid drive apparatus includes an engine, a first electric motor for generating electric power by using at least a portion of its output and for controlling the speed of the engine and a control unit for controlling the engine and the first electric motor. The control unit performs a prepositioning control for positioning the engine being fuel-cut to a predetermined cranking start position such as a constant crank angle position or a constant cranking load position by the motoring of the first electric motor. As a result, the engine can always be started under identical conditions, and the torque vibrations to be outputted to a wheel have identical waveforms so that a simple torque correction can be made by outputting corresponding waveform data.

Drive device

A hybrid vehicle drive controller, to improve driving comfort during running control, that detects the position of the vehicle and road-condition information, calculates a required deceleration, an optimal speed-change stage, and an adjustable torque. The invention includes, transmission to change the vehicle's speed on the basis of the vehicle position, road-condition information and optimal speed-change stage, and a torque control processor for driving a drive motor that generates the adjustable torque. A regenerative torque is calculated and generated on the basis of the required deceleration and the deceleration corresponding to the optimal speed-change stage.

A hybrid vehicle has an internal-combustion engine; an electric motor; a generator from which rotational speed is controlled; an output shaft connected for driving drive wheels; a differential gear unit composed of at least three elements in which a first element is connected to the engine, a second element is connected to the generator, and a third element is connected to the output shaft and the electric motor; electric storage means for supplying electric power to the electric motor and for storing electric power generated in the electric motor and the generator, the electric storage means being electrically connected to both the electric motor and the generator; required minimal load judgment means for judging the required minimal load for driving the vehicle; and generator control means for controlling a rotational speed of the generator and a change rate of the rotational speed, in which the generator control means controls in response to the required minimal load judged by the required minimal load judgment means. The hybrid vehicle allows for controlling shock produced by, for example, engaging the brake.

A control system for control of a vehicle prime mover includes an operation mode selecting device for selecting an operation mode, an accelerator operator, an operation mode detector for detecting the selected operation mode, an accelerator sensor for detecting an accelerator operating amount, an accelerator instruction value calculator for setting an accelerator instruction value to 0 unconditionally when the non-travel mode is selected and determining the accelerator instruction value based on a difference between the accelerator operating amount and a zero point value when the travel mode is selected, and an instruction value output calculator for determining and outputting an instruction value to the prime mover. The accelerator instruction value calculator sets the zero point value corresponding to the accelerator operating amount when the operation mode is changed.

An abnormality detecting system, for detecting an abnormality in a rotor position detector for detecting a magnetic pole position of a motor, includes a speed calculator for calculating the speed of the motor, and an abnormality detector for detecting an abnormality in the rotor position detector. A method for detecting an abnormality in rotor position includes calculating a instantaneous speed and average speed of the motor, judging whether or not the absolute value of a difference between the instantaneous speed and the average speed is greater than a set value, and, when it has been judged that the absolute value of the difference therebetween is greater than the set value, detecting an abnormality in the rotor position detecting means. A motor control system includes the rotor position detector, torque instruction value detector, a PWM signal control device, an inverter, the speed calculator, the abnormality detector, and a PW signal interrupter.
