A braking control device includes a front wheel motor that controls a front wheel hydraulic pressure to adjust a front wheel braking torque, a first motor that adjusts a right rear wheel braking torque, and a second motor that adjusts a left rear wheel braking torque. The front wheel motor includes two-system coils, and the first and second motors include one-system coils. A controller that controls the electric motors includes a one-side drive circuit that energizes one of the two-system coils of the front wheel motor, an other-side front wheel drive circuit that energizes the other of the two-system coils of the front wheel motor, a first rear wheel drive circuit that energizes the one-system coil of the first motor, and a second rear wheel drive circuit that energizes the one-system coil of the second motor.

Vehicle braking control device

A vehicle includes a regenerative generator on a front wheel. A braking control device includes an actuator that applies a front wheel torque and a rear wheel torque, and a controller that individually adjusts the front wheel torque and the rear wheel torque. The controller is configured to determine the front wheel torque and the rear wheel torque to zero when a regenerative braking force Fg generated by the regenerative generator has not reached a maximum regenerative force Fx which is a generatable maximum value. On the other hand, the controller is configured to increase the rear wheel torque from zero before increasing the front wheel torque from zero when the regenerative braking force Fg reaches the maximum regenerative force Fx.

Braking control device for vehicle

A braking control device includes a master unit including a master chamber connected to a front wheel cylinder and a servo chamber that applies forward force opposing a reverse force applied to a master piston by the master chamber to the master piston, a pressure adjustment unit that adjusts brake fluid discharged by a pump to a first liquid pressure by a first solenoid valve and introduces the first liquid pressure to a rear wheel cylinder, and adjusts the first liquid pressure to decrease to a second liquid pressure by a second solenoid valve and introduces the second liquid pressure to the servo chamber; and a regenerative coordination unit having an input piston operable in conjunction with a braking operation member and an input cylinder fixed to the master cylinder, and in which a gap between the master piston and the input piston is controlled by the second liquid pressure.

A braking control device includes a first adjustment unit, a master unit, a regenerative coordination unit, a first opening/closing valve, a second opening/closing valve, a reaction force hydraulic pressure sensor, an input hydraulic pressure sensor, a controller. The master unit includes a master cylinder and a master piston, a master chamber, a servo chamber, and a reaction force chamber. The regenerative coordination unit includes an input piston. The first opening/closing valve provided in a first fluid passage. The second opening/closing valve provided in a second fluid passage. The reaction force hydraulic pressure sensor detects a pressure in the reaction force chamber. The input hydraulic pressure sensor detects a pressure in the input cylinder. The controller determines, based on the reaction force hydraulic pressure and the input hydraulic pressure, suitability of at least one of the master unit, the regenerative coordination unit, the first opening/closing valve, and the second opening/closing valve.

A brake control device including a pressure adjusting unit including an electric pump and an electromagnetic valve, and that adjusts, using the electromagnetic valve, a brake liquid discharged by the electric pump to an adjusted liquid pressure and introduces the adjusted liquid pressure to the wheel cylinders of the rear wheels; and a master unit that includes a master cylinder and a master piston, and that includes a master chamber connected to the wheel cylinders of the front wheels and a servo chamber to which the adjusted liquid pressure is introduced and which provides, to the master piston, an advancing force that opposes a retreating force applied to the master piston by the master chamber.

Vehicle brake control device

A brake control device adjusts a front wheel braking hydraulic pressure of front wheel cylinders provided on front wheels of a vehicle and a rear wheel braking hydraulic pressure of rear wheel cylinders provided on rear wheels of the vehicle. The brake control device includes a hydraulic pressure generating unit configured to adjust a hydraulic pressure generated by an electric motor to an adjusted hydraulic pressure and apply the adjusted hydraulic pressure as the rear wheel braking hydraulic pressure and a hydraulic pressure correcting unit configured to adjust to decrease the adjusted hydraulic pressure to be a corrected hydraulic pressure, and apply the corrected hydraulic pressure as the front wheel braking hydraulic pressure.

Brake control device

This electric braking device uses drive torque of an electric motor to push a friction member against a rotating member secured to a vehicle wheel and produce braking torque in the vehicle wheel. This device comprises a body power source for electric motor power supply secured to a body of the vehicle, and a vehicle wheel power source for electric motor power supply secured to the vehicle wheel. The body power source supplies power to the vehicle wheel power source via a first electric path, and the vehicle wheel power source supplies power to the electric motor via a second electric path. When braking torque is produced in the vehicle wheel, the electric motor is normally driven using the vehicle wheel power source. An electric braking device is thereby provided in which a power line electrically connecting the body side and the vehicle wheel side bends readily.

Electric braking device for vehicle

A vehicle brake control device includes an electric motor controlled based on a target energization amount calculated based on an operation amount (Bpa) of a braking operation member. Based on the operation amount (Bpa), it is determined whether or not an inertia compensation control for compensating for the influence of the inertia of a brake actuator is necessary. When the inertia compensation control is determined to be necessary, an inertia compensation energization amount for compensating for the influence of the inertia of the brake actuator is calculated based on a time-series pattern set in advance based on the maximum response of the brake actuator. Based on the inertia compensation energization amount, the target energization amount is calculated. The vehicle brake control device is thus able to generate a braking torque that appropriately compensates for the influence of the inertia of the entire device including the inertia of the electric motor.

A vehicle brake control device generates rear wheel braking torque by an electric motor by pressing a friction member against a rotating member rotating together with the rear wheel, reduces rear wheel braking torque by controlling the electric motor based on a target energization amount calculated from a slip state quantity of the rear wheel, and rapidly stops electric motor rotation motion based on an adjusted target energization amount calculated from the target energization amount and a slip state quantity of a front wheel.

A mount member is fixed to a support member by first and second fastening members, and a caliper is mounted to the mount member by first and second guide members. A motor axis of an electric motor and an axis of a shaft member configured to press a pressing member are different from each other. The electric motor is fixed to the caliper. When viewed from an axial direction of the first guide member, the motor axis is positioned inside a fastening quadrangle having four corners corresponding to positions of respective axes of, and is perpendicular to the axis, and the motor axis is orthogonal to a plane of the fastening quadrangle. As a result, there may be provided a vehicle electric braking device in which an axial direction dimension may be reduced to suppress an amplitude caused by vibration, and components sensitive to vibration influence are appropriately arranged.

Vehicle electric braking device

Based on a difference (&#x394;Fb) between a target value (Fbt) and an actual value (Fba) of a friction member force for pressing a brake disc, a feedback energization amount (Ipt) is calculated using a proportional gain smaller than an ultimate sensitivity gain. If &#x394;Fb falls within a fluctuation range of torque ripple, a first compensation energization amount (Ibt) is calculated using a proportional gain larger than the ultimate sensitivity gain, and if &#x394;Fb falls outside the fluctuation range, the first compensation energization amount (Ibt) is calculated to be constant. A second compensation energization amount (Ift) is calculated based on a calculation characteristic that is preset based on a torque fluctuation over a predetermined range of an electric motor position and based on an actual position of the electric motor. An indication energization amount calculated according to Fbt is adjusted by Ipt, Ibt, and Ift to calculate a target energization amount.

An electric motor is controlled based on a target energization amount calculated based on an operation amount of a braking operation member. Based on the operation amount, it is determined whether or not an inertia compensation control for compensating for the influence of the inertia of a brake actuator is necessary. When the inertia compensation control is determined to be necessary, an inertia compensation energization amount compensating for the influence of the inertia of the brake actuator is calculated using a time-series pattern set in advance based on the maximum response of the brake actuator. Using the inertia compensation energization amount, the target energization amount is calculated. The vehicle brake control device causes an electric motor to generate a braking torque and appropriately compensates for the influence of the inertia of the entire device including the inertia of the electric motor.

A vehicle electric braking device wherein: a first degree of contribution associated with the actual pressing force value and a second degree of contribution associated with an estimated pressing force value, are determined based on operation amount of a braking operation member; the second degree of contribution is determined to be larger than the first degree when the operation amount is small; the first degree of contribution is determined to be larger than the second when the operation amount is large; a combined pressing force is calculated based on a value obtained by accounting for the first degree of contribution in the actual pressing force value and a value obtained by accounting for the second degree of contribution in the estimated pressing force value; and an electric motor target power supply amount is calculated based on the combined pressing force and a target pressing force calculated from the operation amount.

Electric braking system for vehicle

When a braking operation amount is reduced, a stiffness value representing a ratio of variation in actual pressing force of a friction member to a variation in actual position of an electric motor are sequentially computed. The actual position when the stiffness value changes from being higher than or equal to a predetermined value to being lower than the predetermined value is stored as a candidate position. When a duration during which the stiffness value is lower than the predetermined value is shorter than a clearance corresponding value corresponding to a transmission member clearance in a state where the candidate position is stored, the candidate position is deleted. When the duration during which the stiffness value is lower than the predetermined value exceeds the clearance corresponding value, the stored candidate position is determined as a reference position at which the friction member and the rotary member begin contacting each other.

Based on a difference between target and actual values of a friction member force pressing a brake disc, feedback control over the pressing force is executed. As the actual value, a 'limit pressing force (Fbs) obtained by placing a limitation on a temporal change amount of the Fba based on a limit value (Lmt)' is used. The limit value (Lmt) is set based on an electric motor speed (dMkt, dMka), a wheel speed (Vwa), and a temporal change amount (&#x394;Tmp) of the friction member temperature. The Lmt is set to increase as the dMkt (dMka) increases and the temporal change amount (&#x394;Tmp) of the temperature increases, and to also increase as the wheel speed (Vwa) decreases. Thus, even when a rotating member (brake disc) is deformed, braking torque control can be appropriately executed without accelerating a fluctuation of a braking torque on the wheel.
