Provided is a sound generation device wherein noise can be reduced in accordance with a predetermined frequency band. An elastic member () is provided to obtain a sound pressure characteristic having a sub-peak at a predetermined frequency on the lower side than a lowest resonance frequency, and a phase characteristic such that a change rate of phase difference is lowered around the predetermined frequency. When the phase characteristic is calculated by simulation or actually measured in advance and an input signal is controlled such that the generated sound has an opposite phase to the noise, the generated sound can be made less prone to deviate from the opposite phase to the noise even if a time difference is caused between noise sound collection and sound generation at around the predetermined frequency, with the result that the noise can be effectively reduced. In addition, restrictions regarding the equivalent mass and resonance frequency of a diaphragm () can be reduced, the flexibility of design can be improved, and the noise can be reduced in accordance with the predetermined frequency band.

Sound generation device

A speaker unit emits a sound towards a box-like space formed by a vehicle. The speaker unit is accommodated in an enclosure. At least one of the enclosure and the speaker unit is provided with a tubular member and/or a vibration member configured to generate a resonance sound of a frequency different from a lowest resonance frequency of the speaker unit. At least a part of the enclosure also serves as a body of the vehicle.

Lower back assistance apparatus

A flat speaker device capable of emitting loud reproduced sound with a relatively simple configuration is provided. The speaker device includes a diaphragm, a frame supporting the diaphragm vibratably in the vibration direction, a magnetic circuit disposed in the frame, and a driving member for driving the diaphragm. The driving member includes a voice coil movably disposed in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit, a driving part formed movably in a direction different from the vibration direction of the diaphragm, and an angle conversion and transmission part, one end of which is angle-variably joined to the driving part and another end of which is angle-variably joined to the diaphragm. The angle conversion and transmission part has rigidity and is obliquely disposed with respect to each of the vibration direction of the diaphragm and the moving direction of the driving part.

Speaker device

A speaker vibrating body vibrated by a driving part includes a plurality of diaphragms vibratably supported by a static part supporting said driving part and a diaphragm connecting part, provided between a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm among said plurality of diaphragms, coupling said first diaphragm and said second diaphragm and synchronously moving said first diaphragm and said second diaphragm toward or away from each other.

Vibrating body for speaker and speaker device

The present invention is to provide a speaker having desirable sound characteristics with a smaller size, and a speaker unit having the speaker. The speaker unit has the speaker and an attachment unit. The speaker has a case, a magnetic circuit, a diaphragm, and a passage. A first chamber is disposed between an inner surface of an outer case of the case and an outer surface of the magnetic circuit. A second chamber is disposed between the diaphragm and the magnetic circuit. The passage communicates with the first and second chambers and has a groove disposed on a bottom wall of the case.

Speaker and speaker unit

It is an object of the present invention to use a simplified structure to improve a strength of a neck portion of a conical diaphragm in the vicinity of a voice coil fixing section, thereby inhibiting an undesired dividing vibration in a speaker device. The speaker device of the present invention comprises: a generally conical diaphragm having an opening formed in a generally central position thereof; a voice coil bobbin fixed in the inner circumferential portion of the foregoing opening of the diaphragm; and a diaphragm reinforcing annular member disposed near a fixing section fixing together the diaphragm and the voice coil bobbin. The annular member includes, in the form of an integrally formed body, a diaphragm reinforcing portion having an inclined surface which contacts an inclined surface of the diaphragm close to the inner circumferential portion thereof and is fixed to the inclined surface of the diaphragm by virtue of an adhesive agent, and a cylindrical portion having a liquid holding portion which is formed between the voice coil bobbin and the annular member and is filled with the adhesive agent.

Mounting bracket and speaker unit

A speaker apparatus comprises: a drive cone transferring a drive power of a voice coil to the diaphragm; a diaphragm disposed in a driving direction; and a diaphragm disposed in a driving direction. The drive cone is fixed to a diaphragm support of a frame. An outer circumference of the diaphragm is fixed to the diaphragm support of the frame. An outer circumference of the diaphragm is fixed to the diaphragm support of the frame. The diaphragm, the drive cone and the frame surround a sealed space where the diaphragm and the drive cone are connected through a non-ring-shaped connection piece. A vibration system is supported through a voice coil bobbin by a spring property of air contained in the sealed space.

Speaker apparatus and manufacturing method thereof

A Vibration system part for a speaker device includes a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric made of basalt fiber produced by twist yarn or roving yarn being a continuous long-fiber. The vibration system part for the speaker device may be a diaphragm, a center cap, an edge or a damper, for example. In a preferred example, the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric is impregnated with thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin. Additionally, a lamination member, such as paper, foam material, resin or a film, is preferably laminated (coated) on the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric. Thus, the vibration system parts for the speaker device, having excellent acoustic property and reliability, can be obtained at a low price.

A cross-sectionally substantially-semicircular portion of an edge portion adapted to connect an outer periphery of a diaphragm to a speaker frame is configured to have an uneven-thickness structure in which the thickness of the portion gradually decreases toward a sticking portion of an outer peripheral portion of the speaker frame from a sticking portion of the outer periphery of the diaphragm. Thus, the propagation characteristic of vibrations generated on the edge portion is improved.
