An X-ray imaging apparatus is provided with an X-ray irradiation unit, an X-ray detection unit, a moving mechanism unit movable in a state of supporting the X-ray irradiation unit, an optical feature point acquisition unit, and a notification unit. The optical feature point acquisition unit is provided on either one of the X-ray irradiation unit and the X-ray detection unit and is configured to optically detect a feature point provided on the other of the X-ray irradiation unit and the X-ray detection unit to acquire the position of the feature point. The positional deviation acquisition unit acquires the positional deviation of the relative position between the X-ray irradiation unit and the X-ray detection unit based on the position of the feature point. The notification unit performs a notification based on the positional deviation.

A biological information measuring apparatus includes a detector, a measuring unit, a calculator, and a determining unit. The detector detects pulse waves continuously. The measuring unit measures first biological information. The calculator calculates second biological information from the pulse waves based on the first biological information. The measuring unit suspends the measurement and resumes the measurement after a lapse of a period in a case where the determining unit does not determine that the result of measurement is normal, and the measuring unit continues the measurement in other cases where the body motion is not generated, the pulse waves are not irregular or the blood pressure value fails to vary.

A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the second axis and a rotation angle about the first axis in a state where a roll angle of the sensor section is controlled to the optimal roll angle. Then, the control unit, presses the sensor section against the body surface in a state where the sensor section is controlled into the optimal roll angle and the optimal pitch angle, detects a pulse wave based on pressure signals detected by pressure detecting elements during the increase, and calculates vital information based on the detected pulse wave.

Pulse wave detection device, biological information measurement device, and control method for pulse wave detection device

The pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section in which two element rows consisting of a plurality of pressure detecting elements arranged in a direction B are arranged in a direction A perpendicular to the direction B, and an air bag pressing the sensor section to a body surface in a state that the direction B intersects a direction in which an artery below the body surface of a living body. An arrangement interval between the two element rows in the direction A is 5 mm or more and 15 mm or less.

A blood pressure measurement device is equipped with a pressing surface which is formed with pressure sensors, an air bag for pressing the pressing surface toward a radius artery that runs under a skin of a living body; an air bag drive unit for controlling the pressing force of the air bag, and a control unit for calculating blood pressure values in the radius artery on the basis of pressure pulse waves that were detected by all of the pressure sensors in a process that the pressing force was increased or decreased.

A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the first axis based on DC components of pressure detecting elements included in element rows. Then, in a state where the sensor section is controlled to the optimal pitch angle, the sensor section is pressed against the body surface, and a pulse wave is detected based on pressure signals detected by pressure detecting elements in this state, and vital information is calculated based on the detected pulse wave.

A pressure pulse wave detector includes: a pressing member which includes a pressing face in which element arrays each including pressure detecting elements arranged in one direction are arranged in a direction intersecting with the one direction; a pressing mechanism which presses the pressing face against a body surface of a living body; a rotation driving mechanism which rotates the pressing face around each of two axes which are perpendicular to a pressing direction of the pressing face pressed by the pressing mechanism and include a first axis extending in the one direction and a second axis perpendicular to the one direction; a support member which supports the pressing mechanism, the rotation driving mechanism and the pressing member; a housing which houses therein the support member; and a movement mechanism which moves the support member in the one direction inside the housing.

Pressure pulse wave detector and biometric information measurement device

A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the second axis and a rotation angle about the first axis in a state where the sensor section is pressed against the body surface with a prescribed pressing force. After determining the optimal roll angle and the optimal pitch angle, the control unit reduces the pressing force to a reset value smaller than the prescribed pressing force and larger than zero, increases the pressing force from this state, detects a pulse wave based on pressure signals detected by pressure detecting elements during the increase, and calculates vital information based on the detected pulse wave.

A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the first axis, and determines a rotation angle about the second axis in a state where a pitch angle of the sensor section is controlled to the optimal pitch angle. Then, in a state where the sensor section is controlled to the optimal roll angle and the optimal pitch angle, the sensor section is pressed against the body surface, and a pulse wave is detected in this state based on pressure signals detected by pressure detecting elements, and vital information is calculated based on the detected pulse wave.

A flow rate control apparatus includes a flow rate detection unit that detects the flow rate of a fluid flowing through a solenoid valve, a correlation storage unit that stores a correlation between a flow start point voltage at which the fluid starts to flow through a sample solenoid valve, which has substantially the same characteristic as the solenoid valve, and a limit voltage at which the sample solenoid valve is fully open, and a control unit that, when starting control of the flow rate of the fluid, changes the driving voltage of the solenoid valve, obtains the driving voltage at a time when the start of flowing of the fluid is detected as the flow start point voltage, and uses the correlation for the sample solenoid valve to set the driving voltage of the solenoid valve within a range between the flow start point voltage and the limit voltage.

The embodiment provides a blood pressure measurement device equipped with a pressing surface having plural pressure sensors arranged in one direction, an air bag for pressing the pressing surface against a living body part in a state that the one direction crosses a direction in which the radius artery T runs, an air bag drive unit, a rotational drive unit for driving the pressing surface rotationally about at least one of axes X and Y, and a control unit which performs a rotation control on the basis of pressure pulse waves that were detected by the pressure sensors in a process that the pressing force was increased and calculates blood pressure values on the basis of pressure pulse waves that were detected by the pressure sensors after the rotation control in a process that the pressing force was decreased.

A blood pressure measurement device is equipped with a pressing surface which is formed with an element array of plural pressure sensors arranged in one direction and an element array of plural pressure sensors arranged in the one direction, an air bag for pressing the pressing surface against a living body, a control unit for calculating blood pressure values in a radius artery on the basis of pressure pulse waves that are detected by the pressure sensors in a state that the pressing surface is pressed against the living body by the air bag, and a rotational drive unit for performing driving to rotate the pressing surface about each of axes that are perpendicular to a pressing direction of the air bag.

The embodiment provides a blood pressure measurement device equipped with an air bag drive unit, a pressing surface formed with pressure sensors, and a control unit which calculates first blood pressure values on the basis of a first pressure pulse wave that was detected by the pressure sensors, generates calibration data using the first blood pressure values, and calculates second blood pressure values by calibrating, using the calibration data, a second pressure pulse wave that is detected by the pressure sensors in a state that the pressing force is set at an optimum pressing force. The control unit performs the processing of calculating second blood pressure values by calibrating the second pressure pulse wave if detection conditions of the second pressure pulse wave coincide with detection conditions of a pressure pulse wave used for generation of the calibration data.

An electronic blood pressure monitor retrieves a pulsewave signal that is superimposed on a cuff pressure signal and indicates a pulsewave at a measurement site, and acquires a string of pulsewave amplitudes indicated by the pulsewave signal. A first envelope connects the amplitudes created for the acquired string of pulsewave amplitudes. Local maxima and minima in the first envelope are detected. With respect to the strings of amplitudes corresponding respectively to the local maxima and minima, a local-maximum envelope and a local-minimum envelope connecting the amplitudes are created. Two pressure values at points at which portions on the high-pressure-side and low-pressure-side with respect to the maximum peaks of the local-maximum envelope and the local-minimum envelope respectively cross first and second threshold levels are obtained, and the average values of each pair of pressure values are calculated as the systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure respectively.
