A valve device includes a housing and a cylindrical valve body. The housing defines: an inflow port; a first outflow port and a second outflow port which are opened apart in a circumferential direction and respectively have first and second opening widths; and an accommodation chamber. The valve body is arranged in the accommodation chamber to open and close the first and second outflow ports and includes: an internal passage; a first outflow communication port which expands in one direction in the circumferential direction continuously with a region facing the first outflow port, and has an opening width larger than the first opening width; and a second outflow communication port which expands in the other direction in the circumferential direction continuously with a region facing the second outflow port, and has an opening width larger than the second opening width.

Reed valve

A synthetic resin tube structure including a first synthetic-resin member which includes a flange having a plurality of bores formed therein, and a plurality of first divided pipes formed integrally with the flange; and a second synthetic-resin member which includes a plurality of second divided pipes, and a connector to connect the plurality of second divided pipes to each other. In the synthetic resin tube structure, the plurality of first and second divided pipes are subjected to vibration welding to form a plurality of pipes respectively having therein passages which communicate with the respective corresponding bores, and the vibration welding is performed while a direction, in which the plurality of first and second divided pipes are vibrated, is inclined at an angle &#x3b8; with respect to a reference plane in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of each of the bores formed in the flange.

Synthetic resin tube structure

The present invention provides an intake apparatus which ensures the collision safety by having sufficient clearance margin to the engine hood by utilizing the space around the intake manifold which is not conventionally utilized, while achieving cost reduction by reduction in parts count and assembling time. The third membercovers the first memberin which the first roomis formed and the second memberin which the second roomis formed. The third roomwhich is formed in the third memberconnects the first roomand the second room. With this structure, the second roomcan be disposed adjacent to the first roomat almost the same height. Consequently, the height of the intake apparatus can be lowered, and the clearance between the intake apparatus and the engine hood can be enlarged. In addition, the intake air amount can be increased.
