A hair care device according to the present disclosure includes a tank that stores a liquid, a pump that outputs the liquid stored in the tank, and a controller that controls an output of the pump. The hair care device according to the present disclosure further includes a detector that detects swing of the hair care device. The controller adjusts the output of the pump based on a detection value of the detector. Thus, the hair care device that suitably sprays a cosmetic component is provided.

A hair care device according to the present disclosure includes a tank that stores a liquid, a liquid feed pump that outputs the liquid stored in the tank, and a controller that controls an output of the liquid feed pump. The hair care device according to the present disclosure further includes a detector that detects torque of the liquid feed pump. The controller adjusts the output of the liquid feed pump based on a detection value of the detector. Thus, the hair care device that suitably sprays a cosmetic component is provided.

A discharge device includes a discharge electrode, a counter electrode that faces the discharge electrode in a first direction, and voltage application unit that applies an application voltage between the discharge electrode and the counter electrode. The counter electrode includes a dome-shaped electrode having a recessed inner surface recessed to a side opposite to the discharge electrode in the first direction, and a protruding electrode that protrudes in a second direction intersecting the first direction from an opening edge of an opening of the dome-shaped electrode, the opening being provided at an end opposite to the discharge electrode. The discharge device forms a discharge path having at least partial dielectric breakdown between the discharge electrode and the protruding electrode, when the discharge occurs. The discharge path includes a first dielectric breakdown region generated around the discharge electrode and a second dielectric breakdown region generated around the protruding electrode.

An electrode device includes a discharge electrode and a counter electrode, and discharges when a voltage is applied across the discharge electrode and the counter electrode. The discharge electrode is a columnar electrode having a discharge portion on its front end. The counter electrode faces the discharge portion. The counter electrode has a peripheral electrode portion and a projecting electrode portion. The peripheral electrode portion is disposed to surround an axis of the discharge electrode. The projecting electrode portion projects from a part of the peripheral electrode portion toward the axis of the discharge electrode. A thermoplastic resin film manufacturing method and manufacturing device are disclosed wherein an air volume sprayed by the auxiliary cooling device onto the surface of the film on the opposite side thereof to the cooling drum side thereof is set to be larger than the suction amount by an exhaust mechanism between nozzles, to avoid the suction of the air containing the high concentration of oligomer around the extrusion die into the auxiliary cooling device, thereby preventing precipitation and deposition of the oligomer onto spraying nozzles within the auxiliary cooling device and the suction surface of the exhaust mechanism between nozzles.

An air injection nozzle has an air injection face with a number of air injection holes arrayed at an interval (Py) in first and second staggered rows. The first row and the second rows are positioned at an interval (Px). The air injection face and the sheet running face confront each other at a distance (L). The air injection holes in the air injection face have a diameter (D). The interval (Px), the interval (Py), the distance (L) and the diameter (D) satisfy Formula (1): 6&#x2266;(L/D)/(Px/Py)&#x2266;9, and Formula (2): 4&#x2266;L/D&#x2266;8. This air injection nozzle is employed as a resin film heat treating apparatus in a tenter oven to be used for manufacturing the resin film.

A first coating rod placed on an upper-surface side of a resin film is pressed onto the resin film in a state where the first coating rod is circumscribed and supported by support members each comprising a pair of rollers and spaced with intervals therebetween in a length direction of the first coating rod so that the first coating rod is rotated in a forward direction at a speed substantially equal to that of the resin film, and a lower surface of the resin film is supported by a guide roll or a second coating rod placed on a downstream side of the first coating rod and an upstream side of a tenter so that the coating liquid continuously measured and supplied to an upper surface of the resin film is smoothened by the first coating rod.

A former is used to manufacture a bag in a packaging machine. The radius of curvature of the former top along a film guiding direction is between 0.27 mm and 0.50 mm, the average surface roughness of the former top is less than 10 &mgr;m, and the number of high projections per unit length of 10 mm of the former top along a width direction of the film guided by the collar into the cylinder. The high projection is defined as a projection of the surface of the former top that is as tall as or taller than 5 times the average surface roughness of the former top. It is found that the minimum radius of curvature of the former top should be equal to or larger than the critical radius that is defined by a radius of the curvature which causes an elastic limit strain at an innermost portion of a support layer of a laminated film immediately outside a barrier layer of the laminated film when the laminated film is bent over the former top. This makes it possible to effectively avoid undesired increase in oxygen transmission of the bag made of the laminated film.
