The present invention provides covered particles wherein insulating layers cover the surfaces of electroconductive particles, and the covered particles are excellent in the adhesion between the surfaces of the electroconductive particles and the insulating layers. The covered particles includes: electroconductive particles in which metal films are formed on the surfaces of core materials, and a triazole-based compound is disposed on the outer surfaces on the sides opposite to the core materials in the metal films; and insulating layers covering the electroconductive particles, and the insulating layers comprise a compound having phosphonium groups.

Covered particle

An evaporator includes a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger includes a first path in which coolant flows downwardly, a second path in which the coolant from the first path flows upwardly, and a third path in which the coolant from the second path flows downwardly. The second heat exchanger includes at least two paths including a first path in which the coolant from the first heat exchanger flows upwardly. The number of tubes in the first path of the first heat exchanger is smaller than that in any one of the other paths of the exchangers. The number of tubes in the second path of the first heat exchanger is equal to or greater than that in the third path of the first heat exchanger. The number of tubes in the first path of the second heat exchanger is smaller than that in the third path of the first heat exchanger.

Evaporator

An evaporator includes a downwind-side heat exchanging part and an upwind-side heat exchanging part. In the heat exchanging part, paths are formed by partitions. In the evaporator, the flowing direction of coolant flowing in the upwind-side path is opposite to the flowing direction of the coolant flowing in the downwind-side path opposing to the upwind-side path. The number of heat exchanging passages in the path where the coolant rises is smaller than the number of heat exchanging passages in the paths where the coolant downs. As a result, the evaporator enables an increasing of the quantity of coolant flowing in the paths. Thus, if superimposing the upwind-side heat exchanging part on the downwind-side heat exchanging part, then it is possible to reduce an area causing a rise in blowout temperature of the coolant due to its short supply.

Evaporator having heat exchanging parts juxtaposed

In an inlet heat exchange unit, wherein a refrigerant's dryness is low and its flow distribution is likely to cause deviation, a number of heat exchange passages in an ascending flow path at an upstream side is less than the number of heat exchange passages in descending flow paths. Accordingly, refrigerant flowing in the ascending flow path increases, and a region in which the refrigerant lacks is reduced, thereby decreasing temperature variations. In an outlet heat exchange unit, wherein the refrigerant's dryness is high and its flow distribution is unlikely to cause deviation, the number of heat exchange passages a most downstream path is greater than the number of heat exchange passages in the immediately preceding path, thereby suppressing an increase in flow resistance in the most downstream path and keeping flow resistance in the outlet heat exchange unit low.

A display control device is provided with an input signal processing section for processing an input signal, a display section for displaying an image, a first display control section for processing an output signal from the input signal processing section to be displayed on the display section, a second display control section operated by an operation program for OS, and a signal switching section for outputting the display signal from the second display control section on to the display section at the normal time. The second display control section processes an output signal from the first display control section to be displayed on the display section. The signal switching section outputs the display signal from the first display control section onto the display section when an abnormal condition of the second display control section is detected.

Display control device

The condenser assembly structure is disclosed. The opening of the outgoing pipe is positioned below the upper openings of the heat transfer tubes in the inner space of the upper header pipe. Cutouts are formed in the upper ends of heat transfer tubes, which are located within an upper header pipe. A lubricant mixed in a refrigerant is introduced from the inside of the upper header pipe into the heat transfer tubes by way of the cutouts. The outgoing pipe defining is attached to the lower header pipe at a position close to its end. A total passage area of first heat transfer tubes through which the refrigerant flows downward is larger than that of second heat transfer tubes through which the refrigerant flows upward. The total passage area of the second heat transfer tubes is smaller than that of third heat transfer tubes through which the refrigerant flows downward.

Condenser assembly structure

A casing forming a liquid tank is welded through coupling brackets to a first header pipe forming a condenser by brazing. This coupling brackets are smaller in thermal capacity than the casing and the first header pipe.

A heat exchanger includes at least one elongate header of metal, a plurality of refrigerant flow tubes each having one open end exposed to the interior of the header and a plurality of heat radiation fins extending along the tubes. A connector of metal is brazed to the header to provide a fluid communication between the interior of the header and an external pipe member through an opening formed in a wall of the header. The connector comprises a mating surface which mates the wall of the header; a connecting surface positioned at an opposite side of the mating surface; a pair of side surfaces each being positioned between the mating and connecting surfaces; a through bore which extends between the mating and connecting surfaces; and a groove formed in each of the side surfaces along an axis of the elongate header. The groove is positioned close to the mating surface to leave or define therebetween a thin mounting portion of the connector. The thin mounting portion is so sized as to achieve a desired argon arc spot welding between the connector and the wall of the header.

Connector for heat exchanger

A second tubular portion, having a closed distal end, is formed at an inner surface of a connector block constituting the joint portion. A threaded hole, which is open to an outer surface of the connector block, is formed in the tubular portion. A bolt is threaded into the threaded hole to fix a piping joint to the connector block.

In the end-closed pipe of the invention, a pair of half-cylindrical portions are opposed to each other to form a pipe portion, and part of an end portion of each of the half-cylindrical portions is folded or formed into a V-shaped or a U-shaped cross-section to form a half closure portion projecting from an inner surface thereof, and the half closure portions of the two half-cylindrical portions are bonded together so as to form a closure portion at the end portion of the pipe. Two closure portions are formed at the both ends of the pipe, and a partition portion which has same structure as that of the closure portion is formed between the two closure portions. In the heat exchanger header of the invention, a plurality of tube insertion holes are formed in the above end-closed pipe, and are spaced from one another along an axis thereof.

Pipe with closure portion, heat exchanger header and method of producing

In a pipe in which a plate material is formed into a cylindrical shape, and a one-side edge portion and the other-side edge portion are joined to each other to thereby form a pipe body, a fitting convex portion is integrally formed on the one-side edge portion of the pipe body, and a fitting concave portion is integrally formed in the other-side edge portion so that the fitting convex portion is fitted into the fitting concave portion. Further, a top end portion of the fitting concave portion is bent and received in a recess portion formed in the pipe body.

Pipe and method for producing the same

In an end-closed pipe of a pair of half-cylindrical portions are opposed to each other to form a pipe portion, and part of an end portion of each of the half-cylindrical portions is folded or formed into a V-shaped or a U-shaped cross-section to form a half closure portion projecting from an inner surface thereof, and the half closure portions of the two half-cylindrical portions are bonded together so as to form a closure portion at the end portion of the pipe. Two closure portions are formed at the both ends of the pipe, and a partition portion which has same structure as that of the closure portion is formed between the two closure portions. In the heat exchanger header a plurality of tube insertion holes are formed in the above end-closed pipe, and are spaced from one another along an axis thereof.
